一种清肺化痰和止咳平喘的胶囊剂药物及制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比共粉碎成（30～50目）的颗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡50min，然后再将浸泡好的药物放入砂锅内，加入原料中药重量8～9 倍的冷开水进行第一次武火煎煮，待煎煮到18min时，转文火熬制120min，滤取药液；②药渣中再次加入原料中药重量7～8 倍的冷开水进行第二次武火煎煮，待煎煮到15min时，转文火熬制110min，滤取药液；③将两次药液混合浓缩成相对密度为1.08 的清膏，然后干燥、研末和消毒后备用；
C、①按照传统制备中药胶囊剂的方法，将“B”中研磨好的细末过筛后，加入适量的微粉硅胶、微晶纤维素和淀粉，混合搅拌均匀，然后制备成胶囊剂（其胶囊锁合后总长度为23.3mm，药粉容量0.4～0.5g/粒），②继而抛光、消毒，分装密封即得。

罂粟壳，性味：酸、平，具有敛肺止咳、涩肠、定痛之功效，用于治疗久咳、久泻、久痢、脱肛、便血、心腹筋骨诸痛、滑精、多尿、白带等症；
马兜铃，性味：味苦、微辛、性寒，具有清肺降气、止咳平喘，清泄大肠之功效，用于治疗肺热咳咳、痰壅气促、肺虚久咳、肠热痔血、痔疮肿痛、水肿等症；
麦冬，性味：甘、微苦、微寒，具有养阴生津、润肺清心之功效，用于治疗肺燥干咳、虚痨咳咳、津伤口渴、心烦失眠、内热消渴、肠燥便秘、咽白喉等症；
款冬花，性味：味辛、性温，具有润肺下气，止咳化痰之功效，用于治疗新久咳咳、喘息、肺痈、喉痹等症；
紫菀，性味：性味：苦、温，具有温肺、下气、消痰、止咳之功效，用于治疗风寒咳咳气喘、虚劳咳吐脓血、喉痹、小便不利；
枇杷叶，性味：苦、辛、寒，无毒，具有清肺止咳、和胃降逆、止渴之功效，用于治疗肺热痰咳、阴虚劳咳、咳血、衄血、胃热呕哕等症；
杏仁，性味：苦、微温，有小毒，具有降气止咳平喘、润肠通便之功效，用于治疗咳咳气喘、胸满痰多、血虚津枯、肠燥便秘；
百合，性味：甘、微苦、微寒，具有养阴润肺、清心安神之功效，用于治疗阴虚久咳、痰中带血、热病后期、余热未清或情志不遂所致的虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦、精神恍惚、痈肿、湿疮等症；
桑白皮，性味：甘、寒，具有泻肺平喘、利水消肿之功效，用于治疗肺热喘咳、水肿胀满尿少、面目肌肤浮肿；
浙贝母，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清热化痰、降气止咳、散结消肿之功效，用于治疗风热或痰热咳咳、肺痈吐脓、瘰疬瘿瘤、疮痈肿毒等症；
满山红，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有止咳祛痰之功效，用于治疗咳咳气喘痰多。

经临床诊断对清肺化痰和止咳平喘患者共1165例，年龄为32岁以上的660例，只有505例为32岁以下。1165例患者中痊愈的1045例，有效的85例，无效的35例。总有效率达97%。
