本发明涉及饲料领域,具体涉及一种马匹防病饲料。
背景技术
马肉,具有补血、益气补虚等保健功能,其因营养价值高而深受人们喜爱,正因为如此,养马业也在不断兴起,养马场的规模越来越大,但是在马匹的养殖过程中,马很容易感染病菌,病菌主要是由寄生虫引发,寄生虫分为体内寄生虫和体外寄生虫两大类,体内寄生虫主要有蛔虫、蛲虫、绦虫、鞭虫、结节线虫等,这几种寄生虫对马机体的危害大,成虫与马争夺营养成分,幼虫破坏马的肠壁、肝脏和肺脏组织结构和生理机能,造成马的日增重减少,抗病力下降等诸多问题;而目前解决马匹体内寄生虫的问题主要就是对马匹进行药物注射,但效果不佳,复发率高,且容易使马匹产生抗药性,影响马肉的质量。

本发明的目的在于:针对上述问题,本发明提供一种马匹防病饲料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种马匹防病饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:米糠20-30份、发酵青饲料30-40份、橄榄叶提取物12-14份、动物油8-16份、蚯蚓粉4-8份、花生粕15-20份、玉米芯20-30份、茶树木屑15-20份、核桃壳粉4-8份、益生菌菌种4-6份、金莲花10-14份、蒲公英16-20份、酸枣仁15-19份、五味子8-10份、鸡血藤2-6份、秦皮4-6份。
进一步地,所述益生菌菌种由等量的乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌混而成合。
进一步地,所述动物油由以下重量份的原料组成:鱼肝油10-18份、鸡油20-30份、牛油8-14份。
进一步地,所述橄榄叶提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜的橄榄叶放到食盐水中浸泡2-4小时,然后将橄榄叶烘干研磨成粉末,将橄榄叶粉末放入到乙醇溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在50-60℃下回流提取,将得到的提取液除杂、浓缩、干燥,即得到所述橄榄叶提取物。
进一步地,所述发酵青饲料的制备方法为:将重量比为4-6:3-5:1-2的玉米草、苏丹草和黑麦草混合粉碎成草粉,向草粉中加入与所述草粉等重量的水,得到湿润草粉,向湿润草粉加入所述湿润草粉重量0.3-0.6%的链霉菌、4-9%的蛋白胨、7-11%的蜂胶、2-8%的EM菌液混合搅拌均匀,得到一次混合料,将一次混合料摊开,于30-35℃下发酵3-4天,再将温度调整至28-30℃下发酵5-7天,得到一次发酵料,向一次发酵料中加入所述一次发酵料重量0.3-0.6%的乳酸链球菌混匀,得到二次混合料,将二次混合料在28-30℃的条件下密封发酵5-8天,即可得到所述发酵青饲料。

实施例1:
一种马匹防病饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:米糠20份、发酵青饲料30份、橄榄叶提取物12份、动物油8份、蚯蚓粉4份、花生粕15份、玉米芯20份、茶树木屑15份、核桃壳粉4份、益生菌菌种4份、金莲花10份、蒲公英16份、酸枣仁15份、五味子8份、鸡血藤2份、秦皮4份;
所述益生菌菌种由等量的乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌混而成合;
所述动物油由以下重量份的原料组成:鱼肝油10份、鸡油20份、牛油8份;

实施例2:
一种马匹防病饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:米糠25份、发酵青饲料35份、橄榄叶提取物13份、动物油12份、蚯蚓粉6份、花生粕17份、玉米芯25份、茶树木屑17份、核桃壳粉6份、益生菌菌种5份、金莲花12份、蒲公英18份、酸枣仁17份、五味子9份、鸡血藤4份、秦皮5份;
所述益生菌菌种由等量的乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌混而成合;
所述动物油由以下重量份的原料组成:鱼肝油14份、鸡油25份、牛油11份;
所述橄榄叶提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜的橄榄叶放到食盐水中浸泡3小时,然后将橄榄叶烘干研磨成粉末,将橄榄叶粉末放入到乙醇溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在55℃下回流提取,将得到的提取液除杂、浓缩、干燥,即得到所述橄榄叶提取物;
所述发酵青饲料的制备方法为:将重量比为5:4:1.5的玉米草、苏丹草和黑麦草混合粉碎成草粉,向草粉中加入与所述草粉等重量的水,得到湿润草粉,向湿润草粉加入所述湿润草粉重量0.45%的链霉菌、6.5%的蛋白胨、9%的蜂胶、5%的EM菌液混合搅拌均匀,得到一次混合料,将一次混合料摊开,于32℃下发酵4天,再将温度调整至29℃下发酵6天,得到一次发酵料,向一次发酵料中加入所述一次发酵料重量0.45%的乳酸链球菌混匀,得到二次混合料,将二次混合料在29℃的条件下密封发酵7天,即可得到所述发酵青饲料。
实施例3:
一种马匹防病饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:米糠30份、发酵青饲料40份、橄榄叶提取物14份、动物油16份、蚯蚓粉8份、花生粕20份、玉米芯30份、茶树木屑20份、核桃壳粉8份、益生菌菌种6份、金莲花14份、蒲公英20份、酸枣仁19份、五味子10份、鸡血藤6份、秦皮6份;
所述益生菌菌种由等量的乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌混而成合;
所述动物油由以下重量份的原料组成:鱼肝油18份、鸡油30份、牛油14份;
所述橄榄叶提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜的橄榄叶放到食盐水中浸泡4小时,然后将橄榄叶烘干研磨成粉末,将橄榄叶粉末放入到乙醇溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在60℃下回流提取,将得到的提取液除杂、浓缩、干燥,即得到所述橄榄叶提取物;
所述发酵青饲料的制备方法为:将重量比为6:5:2的玉米草、苏丹草和黑麦草混合粉碎成草粉,向草粉中加入与所述草粉等重量的水,得到湿润草粉,向湿润草粉加入所述湿润草粉重量0.6%的链霉菌、9%的蛋白胨、11%的蜂胶、8%的EM菌液混合搅拌均匀,得到一次混合料,将一次混合料摊开,于35℃下发酵4天,再将温度调整至30℃下发酵7天,得到一次发酵料,向一次发酵料中加入所述一次发酵料重量0.6%的乳酸链球菌混匀,得到二次混合料,将二次混合料在30℃的条件下密封发酵8天,即可得到所述发酵青饲料。
综上所述,本发明的马匹防病饲料,营养丰富,能够消灭马匹体内的寄生虫,增强马匹的抗病能力和机体免疫力,马匹长期食用也不会产生任何耐药性,体内不会残留药物,使马匹肉质更佳,保证了食品安全。

1.一种马匹防病饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:米糠20-30份、发酵青饲料30-40份、橄榄叶提取物12-14份、动物油8-16份、蚯蚓粉4-8份、花生粕15-20份、玉米芯20-30份、茶树木屑15-20份、核桃壳粉4-8份、益生菌菌种4-6份、金莲花10-14份、蒲公英16-20份、酸枣仁15-19份、五味子8-10份、鸡血藤2-6份、秦皮4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种马匹防病饲料,其特征在于,所述益生菌菌种由等量的乳酸杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌混而成合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种马匹防病饲料,其特征在于,所述动物油由以下重量份的原料组成:鱼肝油10-18份、鸡油20-30份、牛油8-14份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种马匹防病饲料,其特征在于,所述橄榄叶提取物的制备方法为:将新鲜的橄榄叶放到食盐水中浸泡2-4小时,然后将橄榄叶烘干研磨成粉末,将橄榄叶粉末放入到乙醇溶液中,加入纤维素酶,在50-60℃下回流提取,将得到的提取液除杂、浓缩、干燥,即得到所述橄榄叶提取物。
