Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a full-automatic dumpling wrapping device, the height of which can be flexibly customized according to actual needs, and the device is lighter in weight and more convenient to use.
The invention provides a technical scheme that:
a full-automatic dumpling inclusion device comprises a filling injection functional module, a conveying assembly and an inclusion functional module. Furthermore, the stuffing filling assembly comprises a connecting hose and a stuffing filling head, one end of the connecting hose is communicated with the accommodating cavity, the other end of the connecting hose is connected with the stuffing filling head, the stuffing filling head is arranged opposite to the conveying assembly, and the adjusting assembly is connected with the stuffing filling head to adjust the stuffing filling position of the stuffing filling head.
Furthermore, the stuffing filling head comprises a body, a connecting part and an installation part, wherein two ends of the connecting part are respectively connected with the connecting hose and the body, the connecting part and the body are of a hollow structure, the connecting part is communicated with the body, the connecting part is communicated with the connecting hose, the installation part is respectively connected with the body and the adjusting component, and one end part, far away from the connecting part, of the body is arranged opposite to the conveying component.
Further, above-mentioned regulating assembly includes first regulating part, second regulating part and installed part, and the installed part is connected with the frame, first regulating part and installed part sliding connection, and first regulating part can slide along first direction relative to the installed part, second regulating part and first regulating part sliding connection, and the second regulating part can slide along the second direction relative to first regulating part, annotates the filling subassembly and is connected with the second regulating part.
Further, above-mentioned first packing subassembly includes first axis of rotation, the second rotates the wheel, first axis of rotation and second axis of rotation rotate with the base respectively and are connected, first axis of rotation is connected with first axis of rotation transmission, the second axis of rotation is connected with the second rotates the wheel transmission, first axis of rotation and second rotate the both sides that the wheel is located conveying assembly respectively, and first axis of rotation and second rotate the wheel and form first extrusion gap, first axis of rotation and second rotate the wheel and mutually support and be used for extrudeing the inclusion to the dumpling.
Further, the circumference of above-mentioned first rotation wheel is provided with at least one first extrusion arch, and the circumference of second rotation wheel is provided with at least one second extrusion arch, and first extrusion arch and second extrusion arch form first extrusion gap, and first extrusion arch and second extrusion arch mutually support in order to be used for carrying out the extrusion inclusion to the dumpling.

Further, above-mentioned conveying assembly includes first transmission axle, second transmission axle and the epaxial conveyer belt of first transmission axle and second transmission is located to the cover, and first transmission axle rotates with the frame to be connected, and second transmission axle rotates with the base to be connected, and the conveyer belt is used for driving the dumpling motion.

Compared with the prior art, the full-automatic dumpling wrapping equipment provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the filling function module is used for filling stuffing required by the dumplings into dumpling wrappers, the conveying assembly is used for conveying the stuffed dumpling wrappers to the inclusion function module, and the inclusion function module is used for including the dumpling wrappers to form the dumplings. Wherein the frame is used for supporting and is convenient for each part to connect. The containing cavity is used for containing stuffing required by making dumplings. The stuffing filling assembly is used for filling stuffing contained in the containing cavity into the dumpling wrapper. The adjusting component is used for adjusting the filling injecting position of the filling injecting component so as to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of filling injection. The base provides support for and mounts the components. The first and second packing components are used for packing dumplings to be packed, wherein the first packing component is used for extruding two sides of the dumplings so as to pack the dumplings. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrappers to enable the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers to be adhered together after extrusion; the second packing component is used for extruding the middle part of the dumpling to pack the dumpling. The second extrusion gap extrudes the opposite middle parts of the opened dumpling wrappers, so that the opening parts of the dumpling wrappers are bonded together after extrusion. The full-automatic dumpling wrapping equipment provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment provides a fully automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus 10, which is simple in structure and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.
The fully automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus 10 provided in this embodiment includes a filling injecting function module 100, a conveying assembly 300, and a wrapping function module 200.
It will be appreciated that the filling function module 100 functions to fill the desired filling for making dumplings into dumpling wrappers, the transfer assembly 300 functions to convey the filled wrappers to the inclusion function module 200, and the inclusion function module 200 functions to include the wrappers to form dumplings.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filling injection functional module 100 includes a frame 110, an accommodating cavity 120, a filling injection assembly 130 and an adjusting assembly 140, the accommodating cavity 120 is connected to the frame 110, one end of the filling injection assembly 130 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 120, the filling injection assembly 130 is movably connected to the frame 110 through the adjusting assembly 140, one end of the conveying assembly 300 is rotatably connected to the frame 110, and one end of the filling injection assembly 130, which is far away from the accommodating cavity 120, is opposite to the conveying assembly 300.
It will be appreciated that the frame 110 serves to support and facilitate the connection of the various components. The receiving cavity 120 is used for receiving a stuffing required for making dumplings. The stuffing filling assembly 130 is used for filling stuffing contained in the containing cavity 120 into dumpling wrappers. The adjusting assembly 140 is used for adjusting the filling position of the filling injecting assembly 130 to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of filling injection.
In this embodiment, the accommodating cavity 120 includes a first end 121 and a second end 122, the first end 121 has a larger cross-sectional dimension than the second end 122, the second end 122 is connected to the frame 110, and one end of the filling assembly 130 is communicated with one end of the accommodating cavity 120 close to the second end 122.
It can be understood that the receiving cavity 120 is arranged in an inverted triangle manner, so that the stuffing contained in the receiving cavity 120 can better enter the stuffing injection assembly 130, and the stuffing residue on the inner wall of the receiving cavity is prevented or reduced, thereby improving the utilization rate of the stuffing.
In this embodiment, the filling injecting assembly 130 includes a connection hose 131 and a filling injecting head 132, one end of the connection hose 131 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 120, the other end of the connection hose 131 is connected with the filling injecting head 132, the filling injecting head 132 is arranged opposite to the conveying assembly 300, and the adjusting assembly 140 is connected with the filling injecting head 132 to adjust the filling injecting position of the filling injecting head 132.
It can be understood that the stuffing contained in the containing cavity 120 enters the stuffing filling head 132 through the connection hose 131 and is filled by the stuffing filling head 132.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the filling injecting head 132 moves along with the adjusting assembly 140, and in order to facilitate the movement of the filling injecting head 132, in this embodiment, the connecting pipe connecting the filling injecting head 132 and the accommodating cavity 120 is the connecting hose 131. The connecting hose 131 has better flexibility and can assist the position adjustment of the filling head 132 in a larger range. Meanwhile, the connecting hose 131 has small loss when adjusted along with the stuffing filling head 132, so that the service life can be prolonged, the failure rate of equipment can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved to a certain extent.
In this embodiment, the filling head 132 includes a main body 1321, a connecting portion 1322 and a mounting portion 1323, two ends of the connecting portion 1322 are respectively connected to the connecting hose 131 and the main body 1321, the connecting portion 1322 and the main body 1321 are both hollow structures, the connecting portion 1322 is communicated with the main body 1321, the connecting portion 1322 is communicated with the connecting hose 131, the mounting portion 1323 is respectively connected to the main body 1321 and the adjusting assembly 140, and an end portion of the main body 1321, which is far away from the connecting portion 1322, is disposed opposite to the conveying assembly 300.
It will be appreciated that the connection part 1322 is used to connect the connection hose 131 with the body 1321, and both the connection part 1322 and the body 1321 are hollow structures to facilitate the passage of the stuffing. And the body 1321 may spray the stuffing by the driving means or open or close the hollow passage by the driving means to separate the stuffing from the body 1321. The mounting portion 1323 functions to mount the body 1321 to the adjustment member 140 so that the body 1321 can be positionally adjusted with the adjustment member 140.
Optionally, the body 1321 is made of food grade and corrosion resistant materials.
In this embodiment, the adjusting assembly 140 includes a first adjusting member 141, a second adjusting member 142 and a mounting member 143, the mounting member 143 is connected to the frame 110, the first adjusting member 141 is slidably connected to the mounting member 143, the first adjusting member 141 can slide along a first direction relative to the mounting member 143, the second adjusting member 142 is slidably connected to the first adjusting member 141, the second adjusting member 142 can slide along a second direction relative to the first adjusting member 141, and the stuffing filling assembly 130 is connected to the second adjusting member 142.
It will be appreciated that the sliding movement of the first adjustment member 141 relative to the mounting member 143 may be manually adjustable or may be drivingly adjustable and positionable by a drive means. Similarly, the sliding of the second adjuster 142 relative to the first adjuster 141 may be adjusted manually or by a driving device.
It will also be appreciated that in some embodiments of the invention, the mounting member 143 may also move relative to the frame 110, such as by sliding: the mounting member 143 slides in a third direction relative to the frame 110, etc.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the first direction, the second direction and the third direction in some other embodiments of the present invention only limit the sliding direction of the first adjusting member 141, the second adjusting member 142 and the mounting member 143, and the direction is a reciprocating direction. It is understood that the first direction, the second direction and the third direction may be the same direction, or may be different three directions. Optionally, any two of the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
It should be noted that the filling function module 100 may further include a support plate 150, and the support plate 150 is used for supporting the dumpling wrapper and transferring the dumpling wrapper together with the stuffing to the conveying assembly 300 after the dumpling wrapper receives the stuffing.
At this time, the support plate 150 is coupled to the frame 110, and the support plate 150 is provided with an opening 151 that can be opened and closed, and the opening 151 is disposed opposite to the transfer assembly 300.
Alternatively, the number of the openings 151 is plural.
In use, the dumpling wrapper is placed in the closed opening 151 position, and after the dumpling wrapper receives the stuffing, the opening 151 is opened and the dumpling wrapper together with the stuffing falls from the opening 151 to the transfer assembly 300. Moreover, such an opening 151 can also make the dumpling wrapper tighten inward to facilitate the closing of the functional module 200.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the supporting plate 150 can also cooperate with a dumpling wrapper conveying device to convey dumpling wrappers to the closed opening 151 on the supporting plate 150.
Referring to fig. 4, the closing function module 200 includes a base 210, a first closing component 230 and a second closing component 240, the transmission component 300 is connected to the base 210, the first closing component 230 and the second closing component 240 are respectively connected to the base 210 in a rotating manner, the first closing component 230 is provided with a first extrusion gap through which the dumplings pass, the second closing component 240 is provided with a second extrusion gap through which the dumplings pass, and the dumplings can pass through the first extrusion gap and the second extrusion gap in sequence under the driving of the transmission component 300.
It will be appreciated that the base 210 provides support for and mounts the components. The first and second packing members 230 and 240 are used for packing dumplings to be packed, wherein the first packing member 230 is used for pressing both sides of the dumplings to pack them. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrapper so that the opening 151 of the dumpling wrapper is adhered together after extrusion; the second packing member 240 serves to press the middle portion of the dumpling to pack it. The second extrusion nip extrudes the opposite middle portions of the opened dumpling wrappers to bond the opening 151 of the dumpling wrappers together after extrusion.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first wrapping assembly 230 includes a first rotating wheel 231, a second rotating wheel 232, a first rotating shaft 233 and a second rotating shaft 234, the first rotating shaft 233 and the second rotating shaft 234 are respectively rotatably connected to the base 210, the first rotating shaft 233 is in transmission connection with the first rotating wheel 231, the second rotating shaft 234 is in transmission connection with the second rotating wheel 232, the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 are respectively located at two sides of the conveying assembly 300, the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 form a first squeezing gap, and the first rotating wheel 231 and the second rotating wheel 232 are matched with each other to squeeze and wrap the dumplings.
In the present embodiment, the first rotating wheel 231 is circumferentially provided with at least one first pressing protrusion 2311, and the second rotating wheel 232 is circumferentially provided with at least one second pressing protrusion 2321. The first pressing protrusion 2311 and the second pressing protrusion 2321 form a first pressing slit, and the first pressing protrusion 2311 and the second pressing protrusion 2321 cooperate with each other for press-closing the dumpling.
In the present embodiment, the first pressing protrusion 2311 includes a first pressing portion 23111 and a second pressing portion 23112, and the second pressing protrusion 2321 includes a third pressing portion 23211 and a fourth pressing portion 23212.
It will be appreciated that the first extrusion 23111 cooperates with the third extrusion 23211 for press closing the dumplings and that the second extrusion 23112 cooperates with the fourth extrusion 23212 for press closing the dumplings.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the second wrapping element 240 includes a third rotating wheel 241, a fourth rotating wheel 242, a third rotating shaft 243 and a fourth rotating shaft 244. The third rotating shaft 243 and the fourth rotating shaft 244 are respectively connected with the base 210 in a rotating manner, the third rotating shaft 243 is in transmission connection with the third rotating wheel 241, the fourth rotating shaft 244 is in rotation connection with the fourth rotating wheel 242, the third rotating wheel 241 and the fourth rotating wheel 242 form a second extrusion gap, and the third rotating wheel 241 and the fourth rotating wheel 242 are matched with each other to extrude and enclose the dumplings.
The third rotating wheel 241 includes a first large wheel 2411 and a first small wheel 2412, the diameter of the first large wheel 2411 is larger than that of the first small wheel 2412, the distance between the first large wheel 2411 and the transferring assembly 300 is larger than that between the first small wheel 2412 and the transferring assembly 300, and the first large wheel 2411 and the first small wheel 2412 are concentrically arranged and are respectively in transmission connection with the third rotating shaft 243.
Fourth turning wheel 242 includes a second large wheel 2421 and a second small wheel 2422, the diameter of second large wheel 2421 is greater than the diameter of second small wheel 2422, the distance between second large wheel 2421 and conveying assembly 300 is greater than the distance between second small wheel 2422 and conveying assembly 300, and second large wheel 2421 and second small wheel 2422 are concentrically disposed and respectively in driving connection with fourth rotating shaft 244.
It should be noted that the first small wheel 2412 and the second small wheel 2422 form a space for the dumplings to pass through, the first large wheel 2411 and the second large wheel 2421 form a second extrusion gap, and the first large wheel 2411 and the second large wheel 2421 cooperate with each other for extrusion closing of the dumplings.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the diameter of first large wheel 2411 is equal to the diameter of second large wheel 2421, and the diameter of first small wheel 2412 is equal to the diameter of second small wheel 2422.
In this embodiment, the conveying assembly 300 includes a first conveying shaft (not shown), a second conveying shaft (not shown), and a conveying belt (not shown) sleeved on the first conveying shaft and the second conveying shaft, wherein the first conveying shaft is rotatably connected to the frame 110, the second conveying shaft is rotatably connected to the base 210, and the conveying belt is used for driving the dumplings to move.
It will be appreciated that additional transfer shafts may be added between the first transfer shaft and the second transfer shaft in order to further ensure the stability of the transfer during the longer distance transfer.
In this embodiment, the conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of non-slip protrusions (not shown). The anti-slip bulge can increase the friction between the dumpling wrappers and the conveyor belt so as to prevent the dumpling wrappers from being separated from the conveyor belt in the conveying process.
The fully automatic dumpling wrapping device 10 provided by the embodiment has the following beneficial effects: the filling function module 100 functions to fill stuffing required for making dumplings into dumpling wrappers, the transfer assembly 300 functions to convey the stuffed dumpling wrappers to the inclusion function module 200, and the inclusion function module 200 functions to include the dumpling wrappers to form the dumplings. The frame 110 is used for supporting and facilitating connection of various components. The receiving cavity 120 is used for receiving a stuffing required for making dumplings. The stuffing filling assembly 130 is used for filling stuffing contained in the containing cavity 120 into dumpling wrappers. The first extrusion gap extrudes two opposite ends of the opened dumpling wrapper so that the opening 151 of the dumpling wrapper is adhered together after extrusion; the second packing member 240 serves to press the middle portion of the dumpling to pack it. The second extrusion nip extrudes the opposite middle portions of the opened dumpling wrappers to bond the opening 151 of the dumpling wrappers together after extrusion. The fully automatic dumpling wrapping device 10 provided by the embodiment has a simple structure and is convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.
Second embodiment
The embodiment provides a full-automatic dumpling wrapping device (not shown), which is simple in structure and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristics of good inclusion effect and high forming quality.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a filling injecting function module 100, a conveying assembly 300, a spraying assembly 400, and a wrapping function module 200. The stuffing filling functional module 100 comprises a rack 110, a containing cavity 120, a stuffing filling assembly 130 and an adjusting assembly 140, wherein the containing cavity 120 is connected with the rack 110, one end of the stuffing filling assembly 130 is communicated with the containing cavity 120, the stuffing filling assembly 130 is movably connected with the rack 110 through the adjusting assembly 140, one end of a conveying assembly 300 is rotatably connected with the rack 110, and one end of the stuffing filling assembly 130 far away from the containing cavity 120 is arranged opposite to the conveying assembly 300. Inclusion function module 200 includes base 210, transfer assembly 300, first encapsulation subassembly 230 and second encapsulation subassembly 240, transfer assembly 300 is connected with base 210, transfer assembly 300 is used for driving the dumpling motion, first encapsulation subassembly 230 and second encapsulation subassembly 240 rotate with base 210 respectively and are connected, first encapsulation subassembly 230 is provided with the first extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, second encapsulation subassembly 240 is provided with the second extrusion gap that supplies the dumpling to pass, the dumpling can pass first extrusion gap and second extrusion gap in proper order under transfer assembly 300's drive. A spray assembly 400 is coupled to the base 210 and is used to spray liquid onto the dumplings.
The fully automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus provided in this embodiment is different from the fully automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus 10 provided in the first embodiment in that the fully automatic dumpling wrapping apparatus provided in this embodiment further has a shower unit 400.
It will be appreciated that the degree of tightness of the bond during filling of the dumpling is directly related to the quality of the dumpling's inclusion and formation. In this process, the dumpling wrappers need to be kept moist in order to increase their own stickiness.
