In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-8, the poultry incubator further comprises a temperature and humidity detection device and a control box, wherein the temperature and humidity detection device comprises a temperature and humidity detection element, a control element, a power conversion circuit and a storage battery are arranged in the control box, the control box is arranged on the cabinet door, and a display unit and an alarm are arranged on the control box; the temperature and humidity detection element is used for detecting the temperature and the humidity of the egg tray base and outputting temperature and humidity signals; the control element is arranged outside the cabinet door and used for receiving signals of temperature and humidity, controlling whether the heating net is heated and the fan is started, and controlling the start, stop and forward and reverse rotation of the first driving motor and the second driving motor; the power supply conversion circuit is used for converting the voltage of the storage battery into the voltage of the temperature and humidity detection element, and the display unit is installed outside the cabinet door and used for displaying the temperature and the humidity in the poultry incubator; the alarm is arranged outside the cabinet door and used for warning that the temperature and the humidity in the poultry incubator exceed a set range;
the storage battery provides power supply +5V direct current for the whole temperature and humidity detection device and each electronic element in the control box.
In a further embodiment, the control box further comprises a reset circuit; the reset circuit provides a reset signal to the control element through the reset button.
In a further embodiment, the control box further comprises a function key circuit, the control box is provided with 3 function keys, namely a temperature and humidity zero clearing key, a device start measuring key and a temperature and humidity measured value maintaining function key, and the three keys are all electrically connected with the control element.
In a further embodiment, the temperature and humidity detection element is a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, the control element is an STC89C51 single chip microcomputer, and the power conversion circuit is an LM1117 chip and can provide +3.3V direct current for the DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor; the control element in the control box selects the most popular 8-bit machine STC89C51 on the market, and the display unit selects two four-bit common cathode nixie tubes to respectively display the temperature and the humidity value. The P0 port of STC89C51 is connected with a display nixie tube through a pull-up resistor. The display circuit unit uses two pieces of 4-digit tubes with common cathodes, and dynamically displays the temperature value and the humidity value through the chip 74573. The sensor of the measuring device disclosed by the invention uses a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, the DHT11 is a digital sensor, so that the DHT11 can be directly connected with a single chip microcomputer for use, the DHT11 has very high consistency and can be completely exchanged, the highest humidity can reach +/-1% RH, and the DHT11 is very suitable for temperature and humidity measurement in a poultry incubator.
The invention also adopts another scheme that: a method of operating a poultry incubator, comprising the steps of:
(1) placing an egg support body filled with poultry eggs in a cabinet body, and inserting a turning plate of an egg turning mechanism into a slot of the egg support body; meanwhile, water used for increasing the humidity in the cabinet body is added into the water tank, and when the humidity in the cabinet body does not meet the requirement, the water in the water tank is added.
(2) Starting a device power supply, controlling the heating net, the fan motor and the first driving motor to be started through a control element, and simultaneously starting a water pump to circularly heat hot water in a water flow channel so as to uniformly heat a baking space; a temperature sensor in the water tank continuously detects the water temperature, when the water temperature is lower than a set value, the heating block heats, and when the water temperature is higher than the set value, the heating block stops heating.
(3) The temperature and humidity sensor continuously detects the temperature and the humidity and displays the temperature and the humidity on the display unit outside the cabinet door; when the temperature or the humidity is lower than or higher than the set value of each incubation stage, automatically stopping or starting the heating net and a water pump for hot water circulation heating so as to keep the temperature of the baking space to meet the set value of each incubation stage; the alarm alarms when the temperature in the toasting space is above 41 deg.C or when the humidity is below 50% or above 70%.
(4) The program of the control element is set with egg turning time, and when the egg turning time is set, the control element controls the second driving motor to move in the forward direction, and the second driving motor drives the egg turning plate to move to turn eggs at a small angle; stopping the rotation of the second driving motor after the turning angle reaches the limit; when next egg turning time is reached, the control element controls the second driving motor to reversely act to reversely turn the eggs; and so on; the egg turning angle is controlled within the range of 30-45 degrees.
(5) The control element program also sets egg cooling time, when the egg cooling set time is reached, the control element controls the heating net to stop heating, and stops the water pump to heat the bottom; after the egg cooling time is over, starting a heating net and a water pump to continue heating; eggs are usually cooled twice a day, 15-25 minutes each time.
(6) When the incubation time reaches a set value in the control element, the first driving motor, the second driving motor, the fan motor, the heating net and the water pump stop operating.

1. A poultry incubator comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door arranged on the front end face of the cabinet body; the space that the cabinet body and cabinet door formed is for toasting space, its characterized in that: a water storage partition plate, an egg turning mechanism, an egg support body and a uniform heating mechanism are sequentially arranged in the cabinet body from bottom to top; the bottom of the egg tray body is provided with a plurality of holes; a ventilation grid is arranged at the rear end of the cabinet body, and a dust removal filter screen is arranged in the ventilation grid;
the uniform heating mechanism comprises a heating net and a fan motor arranged at the upper end of the heating net, a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat are arranged on two side faces of the upper end of the cabinet body, a lead screw is rotatably connected between the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, and a first chain wheel is fixedly connected to the surface of the lead screw; a first driving motor is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the cabinet body, a second chain wheel is fixedly connected to an output shaft end of the first driving motor, the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel are in transmission connection through a chain, a sliding block is further connected to the surface of the lead screw in a meshed mode, a fan motor is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sliding block, and fan blades are fixedly connected to the output shaft end of the fan motor;
the egg turning mechanism comprises a second driving motor and a plurality of turning plates; the egg tray is characterized in that the second driving motor is fixedly installed on the water storage partition plate, a gear is fixedly connected to an output shaft end of the second driving motor, a third installation seat and a fourth installation seat are further arranged at the lower end of the egg tray body on the two side walls of the cabinet body, a cross rod is fixed on the third installation seat and the fourth installation seat, a rod sleeve is arranged outside the cross rod, a rack is arranged on one side of the rod sleeve, the rack is connected with the gear in a meshed mode, the turning plates are connected to the rod sleeve in a parallel rotating mode, and a plurality of turning plate inserting slots are formed in the egg tray body.

A poultry incubator according to claim 1, wherein: the poultry incubator further comprises a temperature and humidity detection device and a control box, wherein the temperature and humidity detection device comprises a temperature and humidity detection element, a control element, a power supply conversion circuit and a storage battery are arranged in the control box, the control box is arranged on the cabinet door, and a display unit and an alarm are arranged on the control box; wherein,
the temperature and humidity detection element is used for detecting the temperature and the humidity of the egg tray base and outputting the temperature,
A humidity signal;
the control element is arranged outside the cabinet door and used for receiving signals of temperature and humidity, controlling whether the heating net is heated and the fan is started, and controlling the start, stop and forward and reverse rotation of the first driving motor and the second driving motor;
the power supply conversion circuit is used for converting the voltage of the storage battery into the voltage of the temperature and humidity detection element;
the display unit is arranged outside the cabinet door and is used for displaying the temperature and the humidity in the poultry incubator;
the alarm is arranged outside the cabinet door and used for warning that the temperature and the humidity in the poultry incubator exceed a set range;
the storage battery provides +5V direct current for all electronic elements in the whole temperature and humidity detection device and the control box.
3. A poultry incubator according to claim 2, wherein: the control box is also internally provided with a reset circuit which provides a reset signal for the control element through a reset button.

A poultry incubator according to claim 2, wherein: the control box is internally provided with a functional key circuit, the control box is provided with 3 functional keys which are a temperature and humidity zero clearing key, a device measurement starting key and a temperature and humidity measured value maintaining functional key respectively, and the three keys are electrically connected with a control element.
5. A poultry incubator according to claim 2, wherein: the temperature and humidity detection element is a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, the control element is an STC89C51 single chip microcomputer, and the power conversion circuit is an LM1117 chip.
6. A poultry incubator according to claim 1, wherein: an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged between the egg support body and the uniform heating mechanism.

A poultry incubator according to claim 2, wherein: the water storage partition plate is internally provided with a water flow channel in a snake shape, the upper end of the water flow channel is provided with a water tank, the two ends of the water flow channel are respectively provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is connected with a water tank through a water pump, the water outlet is connected with the water tank through a water valve, and a heating block is arranged in the water tank.
8. A poultry incubator according to claim 7, wherein: the water tank is also internally provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the water temperature in the water tank, and a normally closed contact, a heating block and an external heating power supply of the temperature sensor are electrically connected in series.
9. A poultry incubator according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the cabinet body and the cabinet door are both of a double-layer structure, and the middle part of the double-layer structure is filled with heat insulation materials.
10. A method of operating a poultry incubator according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) placing an egg support body filled with poultry eggs in a cabinet body, and inserting a turning plate of an egg turning mechanism into a slot of the egg support body; meanwhile, water for increasing the humidity in the cabinet body is added into the water tank;
(2) starting a device power supply, controlling the heating net, the fan motor and the first driving motor to be started through a control element, and simultaneously starting a water pump to circularly heat hot water in a water flow channel so as to uniformly heat a baking space;
(3) the temperature and humidity sensor continuously detects the temperature and the humidity and displays the temperature and the humidity on the display unit outside the cabinet door; when the temperature or the humidity is lower than or higher than the set value of each incubation stage, automatically stopping or starting the heating net and a water pump for hot water circulation heating so as to keep the temperature of the baking space to meet the set value of each incubation stage; when the temperature in the baking space is higher than 41 ℃, or the humidity is lower than 50% or higher than 70%, the alarm gives an alarm;
(4) the program of the control element is set with egg turning time, and when the egg turning time is set, the control element controls the second driving motor to move in the forward direction, and the second driving motor drives the egg turning plate to move to turn eggs at a small angle; stopping the rotation of the second driving motor after the turning angle reaches the limit; when next egg turning time is reached, the control element controls the second driving motor to reversely act to reversely turn the eggs; and so on;
(5) the control element program also sets egg cooling time, when the egg cooling set time is reached, the control element controls the heating net to stop heating, and stops the water pump to heat the bottom; after the egg cooling time is over, starting a heating net and a water pump to continue heating;
(6) when the incubation time reaches a set value in the control element, the first driving motor, the second driving motor, the fan motor, the heating net and the water pump stop operating.
