Abstract

一种图像编码方法、装置以及图像处理设备。所述图像编码方法包括:确定颜色分量的个数信息和颜色分量所使用的比特数信息;以及在对图像帧的参数进行编码时不将所述每一颜色分量所使用的比特数信息编码到所述图像帧所对应的PPS。由此可以减少冗余信息,进一步降低编码的比特代价,并且可以优化HEVC的语法结构。
