本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法和装置,用以解决现有技术中存在的问题。本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法包括:基站确定用户设备的混合自动重传请求HARQ反馈信息的反馈方式;其中,所述反馈方式包括:反馈HARQ反馈信息,或者,不反馈HARQ反馈信息;所述基站根据所述HARQ反馈信息的反馈方式,确定第一信令;其中,所述第一信令隐式指示所述HARQ的反馈信息的反馈方式;向所述用户设备发送所述第一信令,以便所述用户设备根据所述第一信令确定所述HARQ反馈信息的反馈方式。
