本发明公开了一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液10‑25份、柠檬酸10‑15份、硬脂酰富马酸钠8‑12份、茶皂素12‑18份、酯基季铵盐3‑7份、椰油酰二乙醇胺8‑20份、棕榈油柔软剂4‑8份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠3‑10份、植物香精2‑4份。本发明的清洗剂能有效清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色,且加入的紫茎泽兰有效成分可以杀死衣物中的各类细菌及螨虫等,减少对人体皮肤的伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种衣物清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗去污过程实际上是一个复杂的物理化学过程,常用的衣物清洗剂有个共同的特点就是由表面活性剂和助剂复配加工而成,其中表面活性剂具有亲水、亲油的两亲特性,可将污垢润湿、渗透,并借助于搓捏刷洗等外力作用而使污垢乳化、分散至清洗剂溶液中,进而达到去污作用。因此,可以说,表面活性剂的性能直接反映出了清洗剂的优劣,直接关系到洗涤后衣物的洗剂效果。但是,现有的清洗剂由于表面的活性剂、助剂的选择不合理以及表面活性剂与助剂的复配不科学,目前现有的清洗剂产品存在去污能力差,清洗效果不是太好,洗涤后的衣物容易变色和褪色,清洗后的衣服在领口和袖口处经常会出现发黄、褪色、板结现象;而且,其制备工艺复杂,成本较高,对人体皮肤刺激大,不适合广泛推广。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种新的衣物清洗剂。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液10-25份、柠檬酸10-15份、硬脂酰富马酸钠8-12份、茶皂素12-18份、酯基季铵盐3-7份、椰油酰二乙醇胺8-20份、棕榈油柔软剂4-8份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠3-10份、植物香精2-4份。
进一步地,所述的衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液15-25份、柠檬酸12-13份、硬脂酰富马酸钠9-11份、茶皂素14-16份、酯基季铵盐4-6份、椰油酰二乙醇胺12-16份、棕榈油柔软剂5-7份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠5-8份、植物香精2-4份。
更进一步地,所述的衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液20份、柠檬酸12.5份、硬脂酰富马酸钠10份、茶皂素15份、酯基季铵盐5份、椰油酰二乙醇胺14份、棕榈油柔软剂6份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠6.5份、植物香精3份。
优选地,所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡20-24小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为60-80%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:8-10。
上述衣物清洗剂的制备:将各组分原料混合均匀即可。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的清洗剂能有效清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色,且加入的紫茎泽兰有效成分可以杀死衣物中的各类细菌及螨虫等,减少对人体皮肤的伤害。
2、紫茎泽兰是一种入侵植物,能破坏生态环境,本发明巧妙的利用紫茎泽兰的低毒副作用,杀死衣物中的各类细菌及螨虫等,同时不会对人体产生任何副作用,也进一步地对紫茎泽兰做了清除,减轻了其对生态环境的破坏。

一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液10份、柠檬酸10份、硬脂酰富马酸钠8份、茶皂素12份、酯基季铵盐3份、椰油酰二乙醇胺8份、棕榈油柔软剂4份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠3份、植物香精2份。
所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡20小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为60%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:8。
实施例2
一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液15份、柠檬酸12份、硬脂酰富马酸钠9份、茶皂素14份、酯基季铵盐4份、椰油酰二乙醇胺12份、棕榈油柔软剂5份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠5份、植物香精2份。
所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡21小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为65%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:8.5。
实施例3
一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液20份、柠檬酸12.5份、硬脂酰富马酸钠10份、茶皂素15份、酯基季铵盐5份、椰油酰二乙醇胺14份、棕榈油柔软剂6份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠6.5份、植物香精3份。
优选地,所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡22小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为70%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:9。
实施例4
一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液25份、柠檬酸13份、硬脂酰富马酸钠11份、茶皂素16份、酯基季铵盐6份、椰油酰二乙醇胺16份、棕榈油柔软剂7份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠8份、植物香精4份。
所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡23小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为75%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:9.5。
实施例5
一种衣物清洗剂,由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液25份、柠檬酸15份、硬脂酰富马酸钠12份、茶皂素18份、酯基季铵盐7份、椰油酰二乙醇胺20份、棕榈油柔软剂8份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠10份、植物香精4份。
所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡24小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为80%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:10。

1.一种衣物清洗剂,其特征在于由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液10-25份、柠檬酸10-15份、硬脂酰富马酸钠8-12份、茶皂素12-18份、酯基季铵盐3-7份、椰油酰二乙醇胺8-20份、棕榈油柔软剂4-8份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠3-10份、植物香精2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物清洗剂,其特征在于由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液15-25份、柠檬酸12-13份、硬脂酰富马酸钠9-11份、茶皂素14-16份、酯基季铵盐4-6份、椰油酰二乙醇胺12-16份、棕榈油柔软剂5-7份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠5-8份、植物香精2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衣物清洗剂,其特征在于由如下重量份原料制成:紫茎泽兰提取液20份、柠檬酸12.5份、硬脂酰富马酸钠10份、茶皂素15份、酯基季铵盐5份、椰油酰二乙醇胺14份、棕榈油柔软剂6份、十二烷基硫酸酯钠6.5份、植物香精3份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的衣物清洗剂,其特征在于所述紫茎泽兰提取液的制备方法为:取紫茎泽兰进行粉碎处理,得紫茎泽兰粉末,将紫茎泽兰倒入乙醇溶液浸泡,25℃下浸泡20-24小时,过滤得滤液,重复浸泡3次,将3次滤液混合得紫茎泽兰提取液,其中,乙醇溶液浓度为60-80%,植物混合粉与乙醇溶液的质量比为1:8-10。
