In order to improve the tightness between the check valve main body and the vacuum pressure sensor, a sealing ring is arranged between the vacuum pressure sensor and the lower half shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides the one-way valve of the vacuum pressure sensor, which can realize the detection of the vacuum degree, is integrated into the existing vacuum booster pipeline, not only meets the function of detecting and controlling the vacuum degree of the vacuum booster, but also ensures the condition and the control function of the one-way valve on the vacuum degree of a vacuum system, and reduces the cost compared with an integrated scheme, and on the other hand, the main function of the one-way valve of the vacuum pressure sensor is used for detecting the vacuum degree in the booster, and meanwhile, the one-way valve of the vacuum pressure sensor has the one-way conduction function, and the part consists of the vacuum pressure sensor and the one-way valve according to the functions, and the two parts are independently manufactured and finally assembled together.

Preventing air from flowing from the direction of the vacuum source or the direction of the air filtering to the direction of the vacuum booster, and ensuring that the vacuum of the vacuum booster can be effectively maintained.
The invention structurally designs a one-way valve unit, and the function of the one-way valve is realized by three parts of a flange of the upper half shell 3, an upper half shell supporting column 18 and a valve plate 5. When the check valve needs to be conducted, the valve plate 5 is attached to the lower half shell supporting column 19, and the gap at the lower end of the supporting column ensures that gas can smoothly pass through. On the contrary, when the check valve needs to be closed, the valve plate 5 is tightly attached to the flange of the upper half shell 3, so that the sealing requirement of the upper half shell 3 is ensured. When the vacuum pressure sensor 2 and the check valve body are assembled, the lower half shell 4 of the check valve is provided with a positioning boss and is connected with the sensor in a buckling way, so that the assembly is simple and reliable, and the positioning is firm. Meanwhile, the positioning guide plates are designed, so that the assembly accuracy of the positioning guide plates and the positioning guide plates is high.
The whole valve body is made of plastic materials, all parts are made of high-quality inlet materials, and the valve body is good in flame resistance and mechanical property. The check valve of the vacuum pressure sensor 2 is ensured to be normally used at the temperature of between 40 ℃ below zero and 150 ℃.
When the vacuum pressure sensor 2 is applied, one end of the lower half shell 4 is connected with the booster, the other end is connected with the vacuum pressure sensor 2, one end of the upper half shell 3 is connected with the air inlet manifold 10, air firstly enters the air inlet manifold from the vacuum booster due to the existence of a vacuum source, the vacuum degree in the booster is increased, and the vacuum pressure sensor 2 can test and detect the pressure in the vacuum booster due to the fact that the vacuum pressure sensor 2 is assembled on the lower shell of the one-way valve. When the vacuum level in the booster is greater than the manifold vacuum level, the check valve closes preventing other reverse flows. When the vacuum pressure sensor 2 detects that the pressure in the vacuum booster is lower than the safety vacuum, the automobile computer can obtain a signal and take corresponding commands such as starting the vacuum pump. The detection and control functions of the vacuum pressure sensor 2 are all active in the whole process.

an air inlet end (9) is arranged at one end of the upper half shell (3), an air inlet manifold (10) is arranged on the air inlet end (9), and a second barb (11) is arranged on the outer surface of the air inlet manifold (10);
the valve plate (5) is arranged between the upper half shell (3) and the lower half shell (4);
a clamping device (12) is arranged at one end of the lower half shell (4), and the vacuum pressure sensor (2) is buckled with the lower half shell (4) through the clamping device (12);
a sealing ring (17) is arranged between the vacuum pressure sensor (2) and the lower half shell (4);

the air inlet end (9) is connected with a vacuum booster of the automobile through the air inlet manifold (10);
when the check valve needs to be conducted, the valve plate (5) is attached to the support column (19) of the lower half shell, the gap at the lower end of the support column ensures that gas can smoothly pass through, otherwise, when the check valve needs to be closed, the valve plate (5) is attached to the flange of the upper half shell (3), and the sealing requirement of the upper half shell (3) is ensured.
