Abstract

本发明提供一种可以自由配置且具有出色的空间利用性的插座连接器。根据本发明的具有天线功能的插座连接器作为用于电连接插头连接器与电路基板的插座连接器包括金属机壳、触头组件及陶瓷机壳。在金属机壳的前表面处具有开口并内部形成为中空形状。触头组件安装在所述金属机壳的内部,并具备传输电信号的多个触头。陶瓷机壳以覆盖所述金属机壳的方式与金属机壳结合。在所述陶瓷机壳的上表面设置有天线图案。

Description

具有天线功能的插座连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插座连接器,更详细而言,涉及一种安装在便携式终端等电子设备内部的印刷电路板上的插座连接器。
背景技术
连接器是广泛应用于便携式终端等电子设备的组件。近来,随着电子设备越来越小型化,连接器逐渐变得越来越小。另外,安装在电路板上的电子元件的密度越高,连接器装置的触头的数量越多,触头之间的布置间距越窄。
通常,连接器包括插座连接器与插头连接器,其中插座连接器的多个插座触头安装在插座绝缘体中,在插头连接器的插头绝缘体安装有以一对一方式与插座触头接触的多个插头触头。
插座触头与插头触头分别连接到插座侧电缆与插头侧电缆,或者安装在电路板上。当插头***到插座中使得插座触头与插头触头接触时,插座侧电缆与插头侧电缆或电路板彼此电连接。因此,连接器执行与外部装置的数据通信或供应电力。
图1及图2示出现有插座连接器的示例。图1至图2所示的插座连接器包括接触组件10与机壳20构成,接触组件10的触头11通过***成型而形成在绝缘体12中,机壳20由覆盖绝缘体12的金属材料制成。在插座连接器中,触头11通过绝缘体12彼此绝缘,以规定的间距排列,并且借助用于覆盖绝缘体12的机壳20来受保护及屏蔽。油漆,机壳20作为主要部件影响插座连接器的电可靠性以及对于基板的接合强度与相应的插头连接器的匹配施加重要的影响。
然而,现有的插座连接器的机壳是由金属材料制成,因此当天线安装在插座连接器周围时,天线不能正常工作。另外,当天线与插座连接器分开配置以确保天线性能时,产品设计的自由度降低。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明是鉴于所述诸多问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种可以自由配置且具有出色的空间利用性的插座连接器。
技术方案
为了实现所述目的,根据本发明实施例的具有天线功能的插座连接器作为电连接插头连接器与电路基板的插座连接器,包括金属机壳、触头组件与陶瓷机壳。在金属机壳的前表面处具有开口并内部形成为中空形状。触头组件安装在金属机壳的内部,并具备传输电信号的多个触头。陶瓷机壳以覆盖金属机壳的方式与金属机壳结合。在陶瓷机壳的上表面设置有天线图案。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,多个触头可以形成在陶瓷基板上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,天线图案可以形成为从陶瓷机壳的表面凹陷的形态。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,触头组件进一步可以包括用于电连接金属机壳与多个触头中的局部触头后,以消除从触头产生的电噪声的电磁兼容性盖。
有益效果
根据本发明,不需要用于天线的单独空间,因此可以减小产品的整体尺寸。另外,在覆盖金属机壳的陶瓷机壳的上表面上设置有天线,从而可以防止由于金属机壳的金属而引起的天线的性能劣化。

以下说明通过后述的实施例会更加明确。在本说明书中,相似的附图标记在附图中显示相同的元件。另外,结构要素的形状或大小可能被夸大显示。另外,在说明本发明时,若判断为对相关公知技术的具体说明会导致本发明的要旨不明确时,则省略详细说明。
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明。
图3是根据本发明的一实施例的插座连接器的立体图,图4是图3的插座连接器的分解立体图。
参照图3至图4,插座连接器100是安装在电子设备内部的印刷电路板上用于电连接插头连接器与电路板,插座连接器100包括金属机壳10、触头组件20与陶瓷机壳30。
在金属机壳10的前表面处具有开口并内部形成为中空形状。金属机壳10可以形成为具有弯曲的侧表面的正六面体形状。金属机壳10可以通过压制金属板来制造。金属机壳10具有中空的形状,因此可***对应的插头连接器。
触头组件20安装在金属机壳10的内部,并具备用于传输电信号的多个触头22。插座连接器100的触头与插头连接器的触头接触,从而在插座连接器与插头连接器之间传输电信号。触头组件20可以包括触头22及设置在触头22之间使触头22彼此绝缘的插座绝缘体21。触头组件20可以通过将触头22***到模具中后通过注塑获得插座绝缘体21的方式制造。
陶瓷机壳30以覆盖金属机壳10的方式与金属机壳10连接。陶瓷机壳30的前表面处开口并且具有中空形状。陶瓷机壳30可以形成为具有弯曲的侧表面的正六面体形状。陶瓷机壳30可以制造成有颜色。为了向陶瓷机壳30添加颜色,将颜料加入到陶瓷粉中。通过包括彩色陶瓷机壳30制造的产品可以具有改进的美观性。
天线图案31设置在陶瓷机壳30的上表面上。将具有天线图案的柔性印刷电路板(FPCB)的单独构件可以付着在陶瓷机壳30的上表面,或者可以将天线图案形成在陶瓷机壳的表面上。为了形成天线图案31,可以用导电油墨印刷在陶瓷机壳的表面。导电油墨可以由银颗粒制成。
当使用具有所述天线功能的插座连接器100时,不需要用于天线的单独空间,因此可以减小产品的整体尺寸。另外,在覆盖金属机壳10的陶瓷机壳30的上表面上设置有天线,从而可以防止由于金属机壳10的金属而导致天线的性能劣化。
另外,多个触头22可以形成在陶瓷基板上。陶瓷基板可以使用在1000℃或更低温度下烧制的低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)或者在1500℃或更高温度下烧制的高温共烧陶瓷(HTCC)制成。陶瓷基板可以具有四方形状。多个触头22可以使用沉积技术或通过印刷形成在陶瓷基板上。
另外,天线图案31可形成为从陶瓷机壳30的表面凹陷的形态。为了使天线图案31具有从陶瓷机壳30的表面凹陷的形态,可以加工陶瓷机壳30的表面以形成天线图案的空间,然后可以用导电墨水填充该空间。当天线图案31具有从陶瓷机壳30的表面凹陷的形态时,可以减少发生由于摩擦或与另一构件的碰撞而对天线图案31造成损坏的现象。
天线图案31可以形成为从陶瓷机壳30的表面突出的形态。为了使天线图案31具有从陶瓷机壳30的表面突出的形态,陶瓷机壳30的表面可以印刷有导电墨水。通过使用导电墨水进行印刷陶瓷机壳30的表面来形成天线图案时,由于过程简单,从而提高生产性。
另外,触头组件20可以进一步包括用于电连接金属机壳10与局部触头22来消除从触头22产生的电噪声的电磁兼容性盖23。电磁兼容性盖23可以具有第一触头、第二触头以及连接部,第一触头与金属机壳10及触头22中的局部触头接触,连接部用于连接第一触头与第二触头。连接部可以弯曲。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有天线功能的插座连接器,用于电连接插头连接器与电路基板的插座连接器,其特征在于,包括:
金属机壳,在前表面处具有开口并内部形成为中空形状;
触头组件,安装在所述金属机壳的内部,并具备传输电信号的多个触头;以及
陶瓷机壳,以覆盖所述金属机壳的方式与金属机壳结合,
在所述陶瓷机壳的上表面设置有天线图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有天线功能的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述多个触头可以形成在陶瓷基板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有天线功能的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述天线图案可以形成为从所述陶瓷机壳的表面凹陷的形态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有天线功能的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述触头组件进一步包括用于电连接所述金属机壳与所述多个触头中的局部触头后,以消除从所述触头产生的电噪声的电磁兼容性盖。
