Background
The mode of toner cartridge row powder on the market at present can roughly be divided into two kinds, the first mode is that the surface of the barrel of toner cartridge has the screw thread portion of indent, at the rotatory in-process of barrel, the carbon dust that is located in the barrel can be through the rotation of screw thread portion and gradually by the propelling movement and towards the opening removal of barrel, thereby reach out the powder purpose, the second mode is then that having a rotatory powder device of dialling of barrel relatively in the barrel, along with dialling the rotation of powder device, the carbon dust in the barrel is stirred and is taken the opening part of barrel.

However, when the transmission cover rotates, the powder stirring device must be driven to rotate at the same time, and the second end of the sealing belt must be torn away from the outlet, because the torque force of the rotation of the transmission cover can only be applied to the rotation of the powder stirring device, and the adhesion force of the sealing belt must be overcome in addition under the condition of insufficient torque force, the transmission cover is often in a difficult situation of rotation.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a toner cartridge 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the toner cartridge 10 includes a barrel 20, a transmission cover 30, a sealing tape 40 (refer to fig. 7), a powder-pulling rod 50, a head cover 60, and a tail cover 70, and the toner cartridge 10 has an imaginary center line L.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an opening 21 is formed at one end of the cylinder 20, a powder outlet 221 is formed in a side periphery 22 of the cylinder 20, a sliding piece 222 is slidably disposed in the powder outlet 221, and a sealing member 223 is disposed on the sliding piece 222, the sliding piece 222 can slide between a closed position and an open position, when the sliding piece 222 is located at the closed position, the sealing member 223 can close the powder outlet 221, a powder guiding member 224 is disposed at a bottom edge of the powder outlet 221, a powder guiding piece 225 is disposed at each of two sides of the powder guiding member 224 and can collect carbon powder, and a limiting ring 241 is disposed at an inner periphery 24 of the cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the transmission cover 30 is rotatably disposed at one end of the cylinder 20 and closes the opening 21, the outer side surface 31 of the transmission cover 30 has two driving portions 311, the inner side surface 32 of the transmission cover 30 has two inner driving portions 321 and a shaft portion 323, the side periphery 33 of the transmission cover 30 has two convex rings 331, an outlet 333 located between the two convex rings 331, and two elastic pieces 335 located between the two convex rings 331, the powder outlet 221 of the cylinder 20 is also located between the two convex rings 331, the end of the powder guiding member 224 extends into between the two convex rings 331, the inner edge 34 of the transmission cover 30 abuts against the limiting ring 241 of the cylinder 20, so that the transmission cover 30 is limited by the limiting ring 241 and cannot move into the cylinder 20.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the sealing belt 40 has a first end 42 sealed at the outlet 333 of the transmission cover 30, and a second end 44 fixed at the bottom edge of the powder outlet 221 of the cylinder 20, in this embodiment, the second end 44 of the sealing belt 40 is fixed below the powder guiding member 224 by a screw, and the first end 42 is adhered to the outlet 333.
The powder stirring rod 50 is rotatably disposed inside the barrel 20, as shown in fig. 9, one end of the powder stirring rod 50 is provided with two radially extending receiving portions 52, the powder stirring rod 50 is provided with a plurality of stirring rods 51 capable of stirring carbon powder, and a stirring sheet 53 capable of stirring the carbon powder in the barrel 20 toward the opening 21, in this embodiment, one end of the powder stirring rod 50 is provided with a protruding shaft 54 protruding from between the two receiving portions 52, the shaft connecting portion 323 of the transmission cover 30 is provided for the protruding shaft 54 to extend into, so that the powder stirring rod 50 is consistent with the rotation axis of the transmission cover 30, and the powder stirring rod 50 is rotatably disposed on the transmission cover 30; in other possible embodiments, the number of the poking pieces 53 can be multiple.
The head cover 60 is disposed at one end of the barrel 20 to limit the transmission cover 30, so that the transmission cover 30 will not fall off from the barrel 20, and the tail cover 70 is disposed at the other end of the barrel 20 and connected to the powder stirring rod 50.
Fig. 10 shows the transmission cover 30 at an initial position, fig. 11 shows the transmission cover 30 at a ready position, fig. 12 shows the transmission cover 30 at a first position, fig. 13 shows the transmission cover 30 at a second position, when the toner cartridge 10 is in a brand new unused state, as shown in fig. 10, the two receiving portions 52 of the powder stirring rod 50 are at a predetermined position, the two inner driving portions 321 touch the two receiving portions 52 but do not apply force to the two receiving portions 52, and the first end 42 of the sealing tape 40 is adhered to the outlet 333 of the transmission cover 30; when the toner cartridge 10 is inserted into an electrophotographic apparatus such as a copier, the external driving portion 311 of the transmission cover 30 is driven by a driving member (not shown) of the electrophotographic apparatus to rotate the transmission cover 30, and as seen from the perspective of fig. 11, the transmission cover 30 rotates from the initial position to the ready position in a clockwise direction, the outlet 333 of the transmission cover 30 and the first end 42 of the sealing tape 40 adhered to the outlet 333 also rotate in the clockwise direction, and the two receiving portions 52 remain at the predetermined position; when the transmission cover 30 rotates clockwise from the preparation position to the first position, the first end 42 of the sealing belt 40 is pulled by the second end 44 to be torn away from the outlet 333 of the transmission cover 30, as shown in fig. 12, and then the transmission cover 30 continues to rotate to the second position as shown in fig. 13, at this time, the two inner driving portions 321 simultaneously abut against the two receiving portions 52, when the transmission cover 30 continues to rotate clockwise from the second position, the two inner driving portions 321 push the two receiving portions 52, so that the powder stirring rod 50 can rotate around the imaginary center line L and relative to the cylinder 20 along with the transmission cover 30, and then the carbon powder in the cylinder 20 is stirred by the powder stirring rod 50 to move to the opening 21 and is discharged from the outlet 333 to between the two convex rings 331, and the two elastic pieces 335 rotating along with the transmission cover 30 can bring the carbon powder between the two convex rings 331 to the powder guide 224, finally, the toner cartridge 10 is discharged from the toner outlet 221.
Therefore, the driving cap 30 can first make the sealing tape 40 adhered to the outlet 333 fall off, and then drive the powder-pulling rod 50 to rotate together, so that the toner cartridge 10 can avoid the trouble that the sealing tape 40 cannot be torn off or the powder-pulling rod 50 cannot be driven to rotate due to insufficient torque of the driving cap 30.
Other variations of the construction of the toner cartridge 10 are possible in accordance with the spirit of the present invention, such as: the second end 44 of the sealing strip 40 can be fixed at other positions of the cylinder 20, and the fixing manner is not limited; the connection mode and the corresponding structure of the powder-pulling rod 50 and the transmission cover 30 can be changed according to the circumstances, but the inner side 32 of the transmission cover 30 is provided with at least one inner driving part 321, and one end of the powder-pulling rod 50 is provided with at least one receiving part 52 for driving the at least one inner driving part 321; the limiting ring 241 of the inner periphery 24 of the cylinder 20 can be omitted, and the transmission cover 30 can not move toward the cylinder 20 because the axial connection part 323 of the transmission cover 30 can be used for the protruding shaft 54 of the powder stirring rod 50 to extend into; the structure of the side periphery 33 of the transmission cover 30 can be changed at will, but the outlet 333 is required to be arranged on the side periphery 33 for the carbon powder to leave; any structure that facilitates the removal of toner from the toner cartridge 10 may be modified as appropriate, and thus, it is understood that the two resilient pieces 335 or the toner guide 224 may be omitted; the manner in which the first end 42 of the sealing strip is disposed at the outlet 333 of the cover 30 can vary, but the first end 42 must be detachable from the outlet 333 when subjected to an external force; the number of the outer driving portion 311 and the elastic sheet 335 can be changed according to the requirement, as long as the number is at least one.

1. A toner cartridge, comprising:
