Technical Field
The application relates to the field of machine tools, in particular to a tool turret device and a machine tool with the same.
Background
The turret is an important component part used on machining equipment such as machine tools and the like and is used for cutting parts to be machined.
In the prior art, a turret is a tool head with a plurality of stations equally distributed over the circumference. During the processing, when different stations need to be changed, the cutter head can be replaced by rotating the cutter head, and the rotation of the cutter head is driven by a motor.
However, since the transmission assembly of the turret in the prior art is asymmetric, the motor can only be located at the fixed side of the turret box, and when the position of the motor needs to be changed due to interference between the position of the motor and the host, the turret in the prior art cannot change the position of the motor, and normal operation of the machine tool cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the prior art turret has poor versatility.
Disclosure of Invention
The application mainly aims to provide a tool turret device and a machine tool with the same, so as to solve the problem of poor universality of a tool turret in the prior art.

The turret device comprises a cutter head 10 and a transmission shaft 20 connected with the cutter head 10, wherein an output shaft 41 of a driving motor 40 is connected with a transmission gear set 30 through a transmission belt. Thus, when the driving motor 40 drives the driving shaft 20 to rotate through the driving gear set 30, the driving shaft 20 drives the cutterhead 10 to rotate so as to replace the cutterhead. Meanwhile, as the whole transmission assembly is symmetrically arranged, namely the transmission belt 50 can be sleeved on the output shafts 41 of the driving motors 40 at different positions, and the driving motors 40 are selectively installed along the circumferential positions of the transmission shafts 20, the position adjustment of the driving motors 40 can be further realized, the driving motors 40 are prevented from interfering with other parts of a machine tool, the universality of the tool turret device is improved, and the problem that the universality of the tool turret in the prior art is poor is solved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the transmission mode between the transmission gear set 30 and the transmission shaft 20 is that a first transmission gear 60 is disposed on the transmission shaft 20, the transmission gear set 30 includes a mounting rod 31, and a second transmission gear and a third transmission gear 32 disposed on the mounting rod 31, the second transmission gear is meshed with the first transmission gear 60, and a transmission belt 50 is sleeved on the third transmission gear 32 and a gear portion of the output shaft 41.
To support the drive shaft 20 and the drive gear set 30, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the turret apparatus further includes: the turret box 71, the transmission shaft 20 is arranged in the turret box 71; the mounting plate 72, the mounting plate 72 is provided at one end of the turret box 71, and the mounting rod 31 is rotatably provided through the mounting plate 72. In this way, the drive gear set 30 may be relatively conveniently implemented.
Preferably, turret box 71 is mounted with mounting plate 72 by bolts or screws.
In order to achieve the mounting of the drive motor 40, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the turret apparatus further includes: a support plate 73, the support plate 73 being selectively provided on the mounting plate 72 along the circumferential position of the mounting plate 72, the drive motor 40 being mounted on the support plate 73. By providing the support plate 73, and by adjusting the position of the support plate 73, the position of the driving motor 40 can be adjusted relatively conveniently.
The support plate 73 may be mounted to the mounting plate 72, preferably by bolting or welding.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting plate 72 and the support plate 73 in this embodiment are embodied in such a manner that the mounting plate 72 and the support plate 73 are rectangular plates, and one side of the support plate 73 is connected to a corresponding one of the sides of the mounting plate 72.
In order to facilitate the output shaft 41 to pass through the support plate 73 and ensure the normal rotation of the output shaft 41, as shown in fig. 1, an avoidance groove 731 for avoiding the output shaft 41 is provided on the support plate 73. In this way, normal rotation of the output shaft 41 and the transmission belt 50 can be ensured.
In order to form a supporting effect on the supporting bearing 81, as shown in fig. 2, a supporting bearing 81 is provided between the inner wall of the turret box 71 and the drive shaft 20 to support the drive shaft 20. By providing the support bearing 81, the turret casing 71 can be made to support the transmission shaft 20 relatively conveniently.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a supporting flange 711 protruding toward the transmission shaft 20 is provided on the inner wall of the turret box 71, a sleeve 82 is fitted over the transmission shaft 20, one end of the sleeve 82 is in contact with the side wall of the supporting bearing 81, and the other end of the sleeve 82 is in contact with the supporting flange 711. In this embodiment, the sleeve 82 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 20, so that the transmission effect of the transmission shaft 20 can be improved, and the sleeve 82 is clamped between the support flange 711 and the support bearing 81 by providing the support flange 711, so that the sleeve 82 can be positioned relatively conveniently.
In the present embodiment, a first limiting step 712 is provided on the inner wall of the turret box 71, and a second limiting step 21 is provided on the drive shaft 20; the transmission shaft 20 is sleeved with a buffer assembly 90, one end of the buffer assembly 90 is abutted with the first limiting step 712, the other end of the buffer assembly 90 is abutted with the second limiting step 21, and the buffer assembly 90 is arranged in a telescopic mode along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 20.
In this embodiment, the buffer assembly 90 is disposed between the first limiting step 712 and the second limiting step 21, so as to form a buffer effect on the transmission shaft 20, thereby improving the service life of the transmission shaft 20.
In order to improve the positioning effect on the buffer assembly 90, a positioning ring 83 is disposed on one side of the buffer assembly 90 away from the first limiting step 712, the positioning ring 83 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 20, and the buffer assembly 90 is clamped between the positioning ring 83 and the first limiting step 712.
Specifically, the buffer assembly 90 includes a buffer cylinder 91 and a buffer plug 92, the buffer cylinder 91 has a buffer chamber for introducing fluid, the buffer cylinder 91 abuts against the first limiting step 712, one end of the buffer plug 92 abuts against the second limiting step 21, and the other end of the buffer plug 92 is movably disposed in the buffer chamber so that the buffer plug 92 moves under the action of the fluid pressure in the buffer chamber. Thus, by injecting fluid into the buffer chamber, a cushioning effect of the transmission 20 can be achieved.
The application also provides a machine tool, which comprises a turret device, wherein the turret device is the turret device.
In the machine tool of the present embodiment, the drive motor 40 of the turret apparatus can be changed in position, thereby preventing interference between the drive motor 40 and other parts of the machine tool.
