With the gradual development of the information society and the gradual improvement of the service quality of banks, in order to provide convenient and rapid services for customers, each large bank successively promotes a large number of financial self-service terminals for different functions, including a plurality of self-service terminals for processing bill business. The image recognition module includes a first image recognition module 13 and a second image recognition module 14, the first image recognition module 13 being provided in the first mounting part 11, the second image recognition module 14 being provided in the second mounting part 12, the first image recognition module 13 being disposed opposite to the second image recognition module 14 with respect to the transmission path.
The transmission distance between the image recognition module and the medium input port is set to be greater than or equal to one half of the length of the medium, so that the part of the medium, which is positioned outside the image recognition device, is smaller than or equal to the part, which is positioned inside the image recognition device when the medium is recognized, and the gravity center of the medium is positioned inside the image recognition device, so that the medium is effectively prevented from sliding outwards due to unstable gravity center, the recognition precision of the medium is improved, and the fewer exposed parts of the medium are during recognition, the less exposed parts are easily interfered by external factors, and the ticket returning phenomenon caused by unintentional touching or tearing of people can be avoided. In this embodiment, the medium may be a ticket or other paper-based medium.
Further, in this embodiment, the first image recognition module 13 is fixedly installed in the first installation component 11, and an elastic component 15 is disposed between the second installation component 12 and the second image recognition module 14, so that the second image recognition module 14 moves upward on the second installation component 12, a limiting component 16 is disposed on a side wall of the second installation component 12, and the limiting component 16 is abutted to the second image recognition module 14 to limit the limiting position of the second image recognition module 14 moving upward on the second installation component 12, so that under the combined action of the elastic component 15 and the limiting component 16, the second image recognition module 14 is located at the limiting position of the second installation component 12 moving upward, the distance between the first image recognition module 13 and the second image recognition module 14 is ensured to be a preset distance, precise recognition of a medium passing through the transmission channel is realized, and the identification precision of the medium is further improved. In addition, in other embodiments, in addition to the elastic member 15 being disposed between the second image recognition module 14 and the second mounting member 12, the elastic member 15 may be disposed between the first image recognition module 13 and the first mounting member 11, a first limiting member may be disposed on a side wall of the first mounting member 11, a second limiting member may be disposed on a side wall of the second mounting member 12, and an extreme position of downward movement of the first image recognition module 13 on the first mounting member 11 may be limited by the first limiting member, and an extreme position of upward movement of the second image recognition module 14 on the second mounting member 12 may be limited by the second limiting member. The distance between the transmission channels formed by the first image recognition module 13 and the second image recognition module 14 can be ensured to be a corresponding preset distance, and accurate recognition of the medium passing through the transmission channels is realized.
In summary, for the image recognition module (including the first recognition module 13 and the second recognition module 14), the above-mentioned effects can be achieved as long as the image recognition module is floatingly connected to the mounting module (including the first mounting member 13 and the second mounting member 14), and the image recognition module can be pushed to move in the direction of the transmission path by the elastic member 15, and the continued position of the movement is limited by the limiting member (including the first limiting member and the second limiting member).
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, in the present embodiment, the limiting member 16 includes a connecting plate 161 and a limiting arm 162 connected to the connecting plate 161, the connecting plate 161 is fixed to the second mounting member 12, and the limiting arm 162 extends into the second mounting member 12, so that the limiting arm 162 abuts against the top of the second image recognition module 14, and the position of the second image recognition module 14 is limited. Specifically, the second mounting component 12 is provided with a second mounting cavity 121, the second image recognition module 14 is accommodated in the second mounting cavity 121, the connecting plate 161 is fixed on the outer side wall of the second mounting component 12, the side wall of the second mounting component 12 is provided with a mounting hole 18, and the limiting arm 162 penetrates through the mounting hole 18 and extends into the second mounting component 12. If the first image recognition module is also provided in the first mounting member 11 in a floating manner, the limiting member provided thereon is similar in structure and arrangement to the above-described limiting member.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the mounting holes 18 are all bar-shaped holes, and the bar-shaped holes are arranged along the moving direction of the second image recognition module 14 relative to the second mounting component 12, so before the limiting component 16 is fixed, the limiting arm 162 can slide along the bar-shaped holes to realize adjustment of the limit position of the limiting component 16 moving upwards on the second mounting component 12, so that adjustment and correction of the spacing between different transmission channels can be satisfied, on one hand, the spacing between the transmission channels close to the preset spacing can be obtained, and accurate recognition of the medium passing through the transmission channels can be realized; on the other hand, the transmission channel spacing of the image identification devices of different machine types can be adjusted, so that the identification of different media is realized. Specifically, a second connecting hole 19 is further provided on the second mounting component 12, the second connecting hole 19 is parallel to the mounting hole 18, the mounting hole 18 and the second connecting hole 19 are both bar-shaped holes, and are both arranged along the moving direction of the second image recognition module 14 relative to the second mounting component 12, a first connecting hole 163 matched with the second connecting hole 19 is provided on the connecting plate 161, the mounting position of the limiting arm 162 is determined according to the limit position of the upward movement of the second image recognition module 14 when the limiting component 16 is mounted, then a stud of a bolt is utilized to pass through the first connecting hole 163 and the second connecting hole 19, and finally the movable connection between the connecting plate 161 and the second mounting component 12 is realized by utilizing a nut screwed into the stud. When the relative positions of the limiting member 16 and the second mounting member 12 need to be adjusted, the nut is removed, and the limiting member 16 is moved upward or downward.
The side wall of the second installation cavity 121 is convexly provided with first staggered teeth 122 towards the inside of the second installation cavity 121, the periphery of the second image recognition module 14 is convexly provided with second staggered teeth 141 which are spliced with the first staggered teeth 122, and the second image recognition module 14 is prevented from deflecting when moving in the second installation component 12 by the cooperation of the first staggered teeth 122 and the second staggered teeth 141, so that the limiting effect is realized; on the other hand, by engagement of the first and second staggered teeth 122 and 141, clogging of the medium in the gap formed between the second image recognition module 14 and the second mounting member 12 is prevented. In addition, the first mounting member 11 is provided with the first mounting cavity 111, the side wall of the first mounting cavity 111 is provided with the third staggered teeth 112 protruding inwards, the outer periphery of the first image module 13 is provided with the fourth staggered teeth 131 inserted with the third staggered teeth 112, and the blocking phenomenon of the medium can be prevented.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the second mounting component 12 and/or the second image recognition module 14 are provided with a receiving groove 20 for receiving a portion of the elastic component 15, and the elastic component 15 is limited in the receiving groove 20, so that the elastic component 15 can be effectively prevented from being deviated when being extruded, and can be continuously stabilized to provide elastic force for the second image recognition module 14. As shown in fig. 7, the back of the second image recognition module 14 is convexly provided with a limiting shaft 21, and the limiting shaft 21 is inserted into the elastic component 15, so as to realize the guiding function on the elastic component 15. In the above description of the present embodiment, the second identification module 14 and the second mounting member 14 are mainly configured as a floating connection, and the elastic member 15 and the stopper member 16 are correspondingly configured, so that the second identification module 14 and the second mounting member 14 will be described as examples in the following configurations. The above-described structure described on the second recognition module 14 and the second mounting member 14 is equally applicable to all the mounting modules and all the image recognition modules.
