Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, a sliding limiting structure 5 is disposed between the first side plate 23 and the slot 33, the sliding limiting structure 5 includes a buckle 51 disposed at two ends of the first side plate 23, and a chute 52 disposed in the slot 33 and adapted to the buckle 51, and the chute 52 extends in the up-down direction. Thus, when the relative heights of the fixing block 3 and the ear clip 2 are adjusted, the relative sliding positions of the fixing block 3 and the ear clip 2 are controlled through the matching of the buckle 51 and the sliding groove 52, so that the fixing block 3 and the ear clip 2 are prevented from slipping.
