本发明涉及空气净化器技术领域,尤其是一种水洗式空气净化器,包括第一箱体,所述第一箱体的上端远离排风风扇的一侧设有第二箱体,所述进风风扇的左侧依次设有HEPA过滤网、静电装置、除臭除甲醛一体网、活性炭过滤网和透气储水装置,所述第一箱体的内部底端从左到右依次设有水箱和水泵。本发明同时设有排风风扇和进风风扇,能够加快空气的流通速度,提高空气的净化速度,还设有空气质量传感器能时刻对过滤后的空气进行监控,并给出指示,设有多层净化网,能够对空气进行很有效的净化和杀菌,有效的保障了室内的空气,适用于市场化,结构简单,易于操作,值得使用推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种水洗式空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来,随着环境的恶化,越来越多的人开始注重空气的质量。室内空气质量标准是一套衡量室内环境状况的综合数据,是用来指示室内环境健康和适宜居住的重要指标,主要的标准有含氧量、甲醛含量、水汽含量、颗粒物等。目前,随着工业企业不断发展,空气质量是社会大众关注的焦点问题之一。
为了改善室内空气质量,需要净化室内的空气,常见的空气净化方法主要包括以下几种类型:一是滤芯过滤法,这种净化方式是采用过滤的原理,使空气通过滤芯滤掉空气中含有的颗粒物,从而达到净化空气的效果,但是此方法会造成二次污染;二是等离子过滤法,是利用正负电荷原理,向空气中的颗粒物施加电荷,在通过一定的方式去吸附带电荷的颗粒物,从而达到净化目的,但是这种方式只适用于除去质量较小的颗粒物,难以清除质量稍大的颗粒物;三是紫外线过滤法,利用紫外线净化空气,主要是利用紫外线除去空气中的细菌、病毒等,但是紫外线会对人体产生伤害,紫外线辐照形成的臭氧也会对人体产生二次伤害。
因此需要一种没有危害的且净化效果好的空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,从而提出的一种水洗式空气净化器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种水洗式空气净化器,包括第一箱体,所述第一箱体的上端一侧设有排风风扇,所述排风风扇的上端设有出风网,所述第一箱体的上端远离排风风扇的一侧设有第二箱体,所述第二箱体的上端设有指示灯和操作面板,所述第二箱体的内部底端一侧设有空气质量传感器,且空气质量传感器延伸至第一箱体的内部,所述第二箱体的内壁底端远离空气质量传感器的一侧设有PLC控制器,所述第一箱体的一侧设有进风网,所述进风网的左侧设有进风风扇,所述进风风扇的左侧依次设有HEPA过滤网、静电装置、除臭除甲醛一体网、活性炭过滤网和透气储水装置,所述第一箱体的内部底端从左到右依次设有水箱和水泵,所述水箱和水泵之间通过水管连接,所述水泵远离水箱的一端通过水管与透气储水装置的一侧下部连接,所述水箱的一侧上部通过水管与透气储水装置的一侧上部连接,所述第一箱体远离进风网的一侧通过合页连接有箱门,所述水泵、排风风扇、空气质量传感器、指示灯、操作面板、PLC控制器、进风风扇和静电装置之间通过导线连接。
优选的,所述箱门远离合页的一侧设有凹槽,所述箱门与第一箱体接触的部分设有密封垫。
优选的,所述排风风扇和进风风扇的数量均至少为2个。
优选的,所述水泵与透气储水装置之间的水管上连接有UV杀菌机构。
优选的,所述第一箱体的底端两侧均固定设有万向轮。
本发明提出的一种水洗式空气净化器,有益效果在于:本发明同时设有排风风扇和进风风扇,能够加快空气的流通速度,提高空气的净化速度,还设有空气质量传感器能时刻对过滤后的空气进行监控,并给出指示,设有多层净化网,能够对空气进行很有效的净化和杀菌,有效的保障了室内的空气,适用于市场化,结构简单,易于操作,值得使用推广。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种水洗式空气净化器,包括第一箱体4,第一箱体4的底端两侧均固定设有万向轮1,为了便于移动净化器,提高使用效果。
第一箱体4的上端一侧设有排风风扇8,排风风扇8的上端设有出风网9,第一箱体4的上端远离排风风扇8的一侧设有第二箱体13,第二箱体13的上端设有指示灯11和操作面板12,第二箱体13的内部底端一侧设有空气质量传感器10,且空气质量传感器10延伸至第一箱体4的内部,第二箱体13的内壁底端远离空气质量传感器10的一侧设有PLC控制器14,第一箱体4的一侧设有进风网16,进风网16的左侧设有进风风扇15,排风风扇8和进风风扇15的数量均至少为2个,为了使空气流通更快,提高空气的净化速度。
进风风扇15的左侧依次设有HEPA过滤网17、静电装置18、除臭除甲醛一体网19、活性炭过滤网20和透气储水装置6,第一箱体4的内部底端从左到右依次设有水箱5和水泵2,水泵2与透气储水装置6之间的水管7上连接有UV杀菌机构3,为了队水中的有菌物质进行杀毒,提高净化效果。
水箱5和水泵2之间通过水管7连接,水泵2远离水箱5的一端通过水管7与透气储水装置6的一侧下部连接,水箱5的一侧上部通过水管7与透气储水装置6的一侧上部连接,第一箱体4远离进风网16的一侧通过合页21连接有箱门22,箱门22远离合页21的一侧设有凹槽23,箱门22与第一箱体4接触的部分设有密封垫,为了便于打开箱门22,增加密封性,放置外界空气进入影响净化效果。
水泵2、排风风扇8、空气质量传感器10、指示灯11、操作面板12、PLC控制器14、进风风扇15和静电装置18之间通过导线连接。
工作原理:使用时,通过操作面板12启动空气净化器,排风风扇8、空气质量传感器10、指示灯11、进风风扇15、静电装置18和水泵2启动,空气经进风网16进入第一箱体4,经HEPA过滤网17、静电装置18、除臭除甲醛一体网19、活性炭过滤网20和透气储水装置6对空气进行净化,水泵2对透气储水装置6的水来回更换,同时经UV杀菌机构3对水中的细菌进行杀毒,空气经排风风扇8从出风网9排出,净化后的空气经过空气质量传感器10时,空气质量传感器10将信号传给PLC控制器14,若空气质量不合格,PLC控制器14将控制指示灯11变红,提醒使用者急事做出处理。

1.一种水洗式空气净化器,包括第一箱体(4),其特征在于,所述第一箱体(4)的上端一侧设有排风风扇(8),所述排风风扇(8)的上端设有出风网(9),所述第一箱体(4)的上端远离排风风扇(8)的一侧设有第二箱体(13),所述第二箱体(13)的上端设有指示灯(11)和操作面板(12),所述第二箱体(13)的内部底端一侧设有空气质量传感器(10),且空气质量传感器(10)延伸至第一箱体(4)的内部,所述第二箱体(13)的内壁底端远离空气质量传感器(10)的一侧设有PLC控制器(14),所述第一箱体(4)的一侧设有进风网(16),所述进风网(16)的左侧设有进风风扇(15),所述进风风扇(15)的左侧依次设有HEPA过滤网(17)、静电装置(18)、除臭除甲醛一体网(19)、活性炭过滤网(20)和透气储水装置(6),所述第一箱体(4)的内部底端从左到右依次设有水箱(5)和水泵(2),所述水箱(5)和水泵(2)之间通过水管(7)连接,所述水泵(2)远离水箱(5)的一端通过水管(7)与透气储水装置(6)的一侧下部连接,所述水箱(5)的一侧上部通过水管(7)与透气储水装置(6)的一侧上部连接,所述第一箱体(4)远离进风网(16)的一侧通过合页(21)连接有箱门(22),所述水泵(2)、排风风扇(8)、空气质量传感器(10)、指示灯(11)、操作面板(12)、PLC控制器(14)、进风风扇(15)和静电装置(18)之间通过导线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述箱门(22)远离合页(21)的一侧设有凹槽(23),所述箱门(22)与第一箱体(4)接触的部分设有密封垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述排风风扇(8)和进风风扇(15)的数量均至少为2个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述水泵(2)与透气储水装置(6)之间的水管(7)上连接有UV杀菌机构(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述第一箱体(4)的底端两侧均固定设有万向轮(1)。
