Abstract
本发明公开了一种陶瓷清洗液及其制备方法和应用,该陶瓷清洗液包括以下重量份组分:氢氧化钠5~10%、多聚磷酸钠3~10%、羟甲基纤维素3~10%、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐3~10%、脂肪醇醚羧酸盐3~10%和去离子水余量。针对研磨抛光过程中产生的污染物,该陶瓷清洗液具有较好的清洁效果,同时,对产品基本无损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于研磨及其后处理领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷清洗液及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着材料科学的发展,3C技术领域所用到的材料的硬度越来越高,蓝宝石衬底、蓝宝石玻璃、陶瓷手机后盖、陶瓷指纹识别片和强化玻璃等产品所使用的材料都是莫氏硬度9的材质,在生产过程中经常需要采用磨具对这些产品的表面进行研磨抛光等加工。
对这些产品进行研磨抛光时,磨料是研磨抛光效果好坏的重要的因素之一,此外,研磨完成之后的后处理过程,也会对研磨效果产生较大的影响。研磨抛光过程中纳米级别的表面处理,会在表面残留很多污染物如小磨屑、有机物等,小颗粒附着后极难清洗处理。不清理干净会对工件的表面在使用时造成较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种陶瓷清洗液及其制造方法和应用,该陶瓷清洗液清洁效果好,同时,对产品基本无损伤。
一种陶瓷清洗液,包括以下重量份组分:
作为优选,所述的脂肪醇醚羧酸盐为脂肪醇醚羧酸盐AES。
本发明还提供了一种所述的陶瓷清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将氢氧化钠、多聚磷酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐和脂肪醇醚羧酸盐加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后,得到所述的陶瓷清洗液。
本发明还提供一种所述的陶瓷清洗液的应用,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待清洗的物品用30~45℃热水预清洗;
(2)将所述的陶瓷清洗液用30~60倍30~45℃热水稀释,清洗30~10分钟;
(3)用30~45℃热水清洗2~3次,干燥得到干净产品。
同现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明的陶瓷清洗液所用的原料价格价廉易得,同时,清洁能力较强,尤其是适合于清除陶瓷物抛光后表面残留很多污染物如小磨屑、有机物,并且对产品的损伤小。
具体实施方式
实施例1
配方:
制备方法:
将氢氧化钠、多聚磷酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐和脂肪醇醚羧酸盐加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后,得到陶瓷清洗液。
将制备得到的陶瓷清洗液对抛光后的陶瓷用品进行清洗,步骤如下:
(1)将待清洗的物品用30~45℃热水预清洗;
(2)将所述的陶瓷清洗液用30~60倍30~45℃热水稀释,清洗30~10分钟;
(3)用30~45℃热水清洗2~3次,干燥得到干净产品。在激光显微镜下统计晶体表面的大于0.2μm的残留颗粒数量n。
使用SJ-210型粗糙度仪测量陶瓷用品表面粗糙度值Ra1,分别在其中心位置和离中心2cm圆周位置选取3点,共计测量4次,然后取其平均值作为该陶瓷用品表面粗糙度值Ra1。
在测得Ra1之后,按照上文的清洗步骤,再对陶瓷用品清洗1次,并再次测量清洗后的Ra2,结果见表1。
实施例2

将制备得到的陶瓷清洗液对抛光后的陶瓷用品进行清洗,步骤如下:
(1)将待清洗的物品用30~45℃热水预清洗;
(2)将所述的陶瓷清洗液用30~60倍30~45℃热水稀释,清洗30~10分钟;
(3)用30~45℃热水清洗2~3次,干燥得到干净产品。在激光显微镜下统计晶体表面的大于0.2μm的残留颗粒数量n。

由表1的结果可知,清洗完成后,陶瓷用品表面的残留颗粒数量满足要求,说明本发明的清洗液具有较好的清洗效果;同时,对清洗过的陶瓷产品进行第二次清洗后,表面粗糙度无明显变化,说明该清洗剂不会腐蚀陶瓷产品的表面。

将氢氧化钠、多聚磷酸钠、羟甲基纤维素、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐和脂肪醇醚羧酸盐加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后,得到所述的陶瓷清洗液。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的陶瓷清洗液的应用,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待清洗的物品用30~45℃热水预清洗;
(2)将所述的陶瓷清洗液用30~60倍30~45℃热水稀释,清洗30~10分钟;
(3)用30~45℃热水清洗2~3次,干燥得到干净产品。
