本发明是一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,包括污水处理箱,在污水处理箱上设置有两个收集调酸箱,在每个收集调酸箱内设置有通过电机带动搅拌的搅拌叶片,在每个收集调酸箱内均***设置PH传感器和硫酸进料管,在每个收集调酸箱与污水处理箱之间设置有数个出料管,在污水处理箱的两侧分别设置还原剂进料管和石灰进料管,在污水处理箱的下端设置有出水管。本发明污水处理装置在酸性条件下向废水中加入还原剂,将Cr6+还原成Cr3+,然后再加入石灰,使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀,从而去除铬离子进行分离。

技术领域
本发明属于LED灯架加工技术领域,具体的说是一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置。
背景技术
LED灯架是铜制,需要在LED灯架的表面镀锡来防锈,电镀之后需要进行钝化,钝化后再进行干燥,目前的钝化后的污水中含有铬,需要处理后再进行排放。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,该装置有效的对污水中的铬进行了分离。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,包括污水处理箱,在污水处理箱上设置有两个收集调酸箱,在每个收集调酸箱内设置有通过电机带动搅拌的搅拌叶片,在每个收集调酸箱内均***设置PH传感器和硫酸进料管,在每个收集调酸箱与污水处理箱之间设置有数个出料管,在污水处理箱的两侧分别设置还原剂进料管和石灰进料管,在污水处理箱的下端设置有出水管。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在污水处理箱内设置有沉淀槽,沉淀槽通过连杆与气缸连接,在沉淀槽的下端设置过滤出沉淀物的筛网,在沉淀槽的下方设置活性炭过滤层,在沉淀槽的内部还设置有数个挡块,将沉淀物进行分隔,在污水处理箱上还设置有沉淀物取料口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的污水经过调酸箱调节后再进入到处理箱内进行还原沉淀处理,调酸箱内的污水通过多个管道流入,可以促进污水与处理箱内的还原剂和石灰的混合,该污水处理装置在酸性条件下向废水中加入还原剂,将Cr6+还原成Cr3+,然后再加入石灰,使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀,从而去除铬离子进行分离。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1 所示,本发明是一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,包括污水处理箱1,在所述污水处理箱1上设置有两个收集调酸箱2,污水经过调酸箱调节后再进入到处理箱内进行还原沉淀处理,在每个所述收集调酸箱2内设置有通过电机带动搅拌的搅拌叶片6,在每个收集调酸箱2内均***设置PH传感器4和硫酸进料管5,通过在收集调酸箱内通入硫酸来降低PH值至2-3,在每个所述收集调酸箱2与所述污水处理箱1之间设置有数个出料管3,调酸箱内的污水通过多个管道流入,可以促进污水与处理箱内的还原剂和石灰的混合,在所述污水处理箱1的两侧分别设置还原剂进料管7和石灰进料管8,在所述污水处理箱1的下端设置有出水管13,本发明的污水处理装置在酸性条件下向废水中加入还原剂,将Cr6+还原成Cr3+,然后再加入石灰,使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀,从而去除铬离子进行分离,在所述污水处理箱1内设置有沉淀槽9,所述沉淀槽9通过连杆15与气缸16连接,沉淀槽通过气缸带动有规律的上下运动,在所述沉淀槽9的下端设置过滤出沉淀物的筛网10,通过筛网过滤出沉淀物,而经过过滤后的水经过筛网后继续向下流出,在所述沉淀槽9的下方设置活性炭过滤层12,在所述沉淀槽9的内部还设置有数个挡块11,将沉淀物进行分隔,在所述污水处理箱1上还设置有沉淀物取料口14。
本发明的污水经过调酸箱调节后再进入到处理箱内进行还原沉淀处理,调酸箱内的污水通过多个管道流入,可以促进污水与处理箱内的还原剂和石灰的混合,该污水处理装置在酸性条件下向废水中加入还原剂,将Cr6+还原成Cr3+,然后再加入石灰,使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀,从而去除铬离子进行分离。

1.一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,包括污水处理箱(1),其特征在于:在所述污水处理箱(1)上设置有两个收集调酸箱(2),在每个所述收集调酸箱(2)内设置有通过电机带动搅拌的搅拌叶片(6),在每个收集调酸箱(2)内均***设置PH传感器(4)和硫酸进料管(5),在每个所述收集调酸箱(2)与所述污水处理箱(1)之间设置有数个出料管(3),在所述污水处理箱(1)的两侧分别设置还原剂进料管(7)和石灰进料管(8),在所述污水处理箱(1)的下端设置有出水管(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种LED灯架镀锡后污水处理装置,其特征在于:在所述污水处理箱(1)内设置有沉淀槽(9),所述沉淀槽(9)通过连杆(15)与气缸(16)连接,在所述沉淀槽(9)的下端设置过滤出沉淀物的筛网(10),在所述沉淀槽(9)的下方设置活性炭过滤层(12),在所述沉淀槽(9)的内部还设置有数个挡块(11),将沉淀物进行分隔,在所述污水处理箱(1)上还设置有沉淀物取料口(14)。
