And a new temperature limit air pressure curve is constructed each time, so that the reduction of the performance of the air bag caused by the environment and the aging of the air bag can be effectively adapted.
The control host monitors the air pressure of all the air bags to ensure that the air bags are always under the same air pressure, when the air bags are penetrated, the air pressure is rapidly reduced, the control host judges that the air bags are penetrated, and an alarm signal is sent;
and the control host detects the inflation frequency of the air bags, and sends an alarm signal to prompt the air bags and the belt to be overhauled when the inflation frequency of one air bag is 2 times higher than the average value of the inflation frequencies of all other air bags.
The air pressure detector of each air bag has a unique number, and when the air pressure detector works, once an alarm occurs, the control host displays the number of the abnormal air pressure detector to a user.

A penetrating belt damage detection device is characterized in that: the belt conveyor comprises a penetrating belt damage detection module (11) and a belt conveyor, wherein the penetrating belt damage detection module (11) is installed on the belt conveyor, and the penetrating belt damage detection module (11) comprises an air bag (1), an air bag outer cover (2), an air bag outer cover support frame (3), baffle plates (4) on two sides of the air bag outer cover and an air bag outer cover control panel (6); the belt conveyor comprises a buffer carrier roller bracket (7), a belt conveyor steel structure (5), a first buffer carrier roller (8), a second buffer carrier roller (9), a belt conveyor steel structure upright post (10), a conveying belt (12), a guide chute material blocking leather device (13) and a belt conveyor guide chute (14); the penetrating belt damage detection device is provided with at least two groups of penetrating belt damage detection modules (11); the penetrating belt damage detection module (11) is arranged right below a conveying belt (12) of a belt conveyor material guide groove (14), and in order to prevent the conveying belt (12) from interfering with the air bag (1) in the operation process, a gap exists between the penetrating belt damage detection module (11) and the conveying belt (12);
the air bag outer cover support frame (3) is arranged on the upper surface of a belt conveyor steel structure (5), and is required to be symmetrical along the central axis of a conveying belt (12) during installation, and meanwhile, the air bag outer cover support frame (3) is required to be positioned in the middle of a front buffer carrier roller support frame and a rear buffer carrier roller support frame (7) and cannot be contacted with the front buffer carrier roller support frame and the rear buffer carrier roller support frame (7), a first buffer carrier roller (8) and a second buffer carrier roller (9);
the penetrating belt damage detection module (11) comprises two air bag outer covers (2), wherein the air bag outer covers (2) and the air bags (1) are processed, fixed and sealed in a unified manner; the air bag outer cover (2) is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity, the front cavity is used for fixing the air bag (1), the periphery of the front cavity is sealed by adopting a metal material, and an inclined plane and a horizontal plane above the front cavity are reserved; an inclined plane and a horizontal plane above the front cavity of the air bag outer cover (2) are effective parts for detecting the penetration of a conveyor belt and are used for detecting the damage of the belt; gasbag dustcoat (2) rear chamber is the totally enclosed design, prevents that debris from getting into gasbag dustcoat (2) rear chamber, and wherein gasbag dustcoat (2) rear chamber one side has gasbag dustcoat control panel (6), and accuse gasbag dustcoat control panel (6) have show the gasbag actual pressure, control penetration belt damage detection module (11) and open and stop and the function of warning scintillation.

the control host machine detects the inflation frequency of the air bags, and when the inflation frequency of a certain air bag is 2 times higher than the average value of the inflation frequencies of all other air bags, an alarm signal is sent to prompt the air bags and the belt to be overhauled;
the air pressure detector of each air bag has a unique number, and when the air pressure detector works, once an alarm occurs, the control host displays the number of the abnormal air pressure detector to a user.
