In the reversing process of the gear, the rack assembly moves upwards, high-temperature high-pressure gas in a sealing cavity formed by the rack assembly and the steel pipe is greatly reduced, and resistance to the rack assembly is also reduced, so that shoulder belt force felt by an occupant is smoother, and the protection capability of the occupant is improved. The star level of the new car crash test NCAP gradually becomes a hard index of a selected car type of a consumer along with the improvement of the safety consciousness of people since the introduction of the Chinese new car evaluation rule C-NCAP in 2006. In order to meet the demands of people and the demands of national regulations, the host factories need to continuously upgrade the security configuration and improve the constraint performance. The seat belt is an important component of the restraint system, so that more and more host factories choose seat belts with pretensioning function to enhance occupant protection. The pretension structure of the seat belt is various, and the structure of the rack and pinion is one of them.
The rack-and-pinion pre-tightening retractor has the characteristics of high pre-tightening speed, large pre-tightening amount, small energy loss and the like. Referring to fig. 1, the gas generator 1 of the seat belt pretensioner is ignited to generate high temperature and high pressure gas when the seat belt is pretensioned. The high-temperature high-pressure gas pushes the rack assembly 2 to move forwards along the steel pipe 3, and the teeth of the rack assembly 2 are meshed with the gear 4 on the winding drum assembly and drive the winding drum to rotate, so that the webbing is pulled back, and the passengers are bound.
In order to be able to rewind the webbing rapidly and to meet the rewinding amount requirement, it is ensured that a sufficiently high pressure is generated after the gas generator 1 has been detonated. Therefore, it is necessary to design a pretensioner seat belt that can improve the protection ability for the occupant while making the shoulder belt force smoother and can avoid the occurrence of a flame blow phenomenon.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a pre-tightening safety belt which can not only enable the shoulder strap force to be smoother and improve the protection capability for passengers, but also avoid the occurrence of a flaming phenomenon.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a pre-tightening safety belt with an air leakage structure, which comprises a gas generator, a rack assembly, a steel pipe, a winding drum assembly, a U-shaped frame and a steel wire filter screen, wherein the gas generator is riveted in a cylindrical pipe at the top of the steel pipe, the rack assembly is assembled in the steel pipe, and teeth of the rack assembly are meshed with gears of the winding drum assembly, and the pre-tightening safety belt is characterized in that: the side of the steel pipe is riveted with the U-shaped frame, the side of the steel pipe close to the U-shaped frame is provided with a gas leakage hole, and a steel wire filter screen is arranged at the gas leakage hole.
When the automobile collides and the gas generator is ignited, the rack assembly moves downwards, and when the upper edge of the rack assembly moves to the air release hole, high-temperature and high-pressure gas generated by the gas generator is sprayed out from the air release hole after being disturbed by the steel wire filter screen, and the pressure of the inner cavity of the steel pipe is reduced.
The steel wire filter screen is of a two-section type cylindrical structure and consists of a small-diameter cylinder and a large-diameter cylinder, the small-diameter cylinder is assembled in the air leakage hole of the steel pipe, the large-diameter cylinder is positioned in a gap between the U-shaped frame and the steel pipe, and the large-diameter cylinder limits the axial movement of the steel wire filter screen.
The diameter of the small-diameter cylinder is the same as that of the air leakage hole, and the width of the small-diameter cylinder is smaller than the wall thickness of the steel pipe.
The diameter of the large-diameter cylinder is larger than that of the air leakage hole, and the width of the large-diameter cylinder is smaller than the distance between the U-shaped frame and the steel pipe.
The steel wire filter screen is of a one-section cylindrical structure and consists of a section of cylinder which is welded on the U-shaped frame and corresponds to the position of the air leakage hole.
The width of the cylinder is the distance between the U-shaped frame and the steel pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the venting holes are added at proper positions on the steel pipe of the rack-and-pinion pretensioner, so that redundant high-temperature and high-pressure gas is discharged from the venting holes after the rack assembly moves downwards through the venting holes. In the reversing process of the gear, the rack assembly moves upwards, high-temperature high-pressure gas in a sealing cavity formed by the rack assembly and the steel pipe is greatly reduced, and resistance to the rack assembly is also reduced, so that shoulder belt force felt by an occupant is smoother, and the protection capability of the occupant is improved. Meanwhile, as the steel wire filter screen is arranged at the outlet of the gas leakage hole, the gas sprayed at high speed has a turbulent flow effect, and the phenomenon of flaming when the high-temperature gas is leaked is avoided.
