本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种网格导电袋。
背景技术
网格袋又被称为导电网格袋,这种网状传导性印刷导电包装袋是由抗静电透明薄膜加上黑色导电油墨进行网状导体印刷,通过特殊处理可抗拒外来的静电成为表面,主要用于PC板,计算机主板,通讯产品等产品的包装。
现有技术中的网格袋,存在的缺陷是:功能相对比较单一,适用率低,不能满足市面上更多的需求。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种网格导电袋,集环保、防静电、防潮功能于一体。
本发明提供一种网格导电袋,所述网格导电袋的膜结构从上至下依次设置有可降解的透明塑料薄膜层、粘合层、防水透气薄膜层、粘合层、石墨烯膜层,所述透明塑料薄膜层的上表面印刷有网格状的防静电油墨导电层,所述防水透气薄膜层靠向所述石墨烯膜层的一侧表面粘有若干点状的粘合剂,每个点状的粘合剂上均粘有若干活性炭纤维。
作为优选方案,所述防静电油墨导电层采用黑色的纳米氧化亚铜导电油墨。
作为优选方案,所述粘合剂采用水性聚氨酯涂层。
作为优选方案,所述透明塑料薄膜层包括以下的组分:薄膜级聚乙烯、聚丙交酯、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂;其中,各组分的重量分分别为薄膜级聚乙烯80-90份、聚丙交酯10-20份、抗氧剂3-5份、紫外线吸收剂0.2-0.5份。
作为优选方案,所述透明塑料薄膜层的厚度为0.1-0.5mm;所述防水透气薄膜层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm;所述石墨烯膜层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
作为优选方案,各组分的重量分分别为薄膜级聚乙烯85份、聚丙交酯15份、抗氧剂4份、紫外线吸收剂0.35份。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、设置网格状的防静电油墨导电层,使本发明具备防静电的性能;
2、设置可降解的透明塑料薄膜层,使本发明具备环保的性能;
3、设置防水透气薄膜层,使本发明具备防水透气性能;
4、防水透气薄膜层靠向所述石墨烯膜层的一侧表面粘有若干点状的粘合剂,每个点状的粘合剂上均粘有若干活性炭纤维,使本发明具备良好的防潮性能,活性炭纤维可以净化空气,去除异味。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种网格导电袋,其特征在于:所述透明塑料薄膜层(10)的厚度为0.1-0.5mm;所述防水透气薄膜层(12)的厚度为0.1-0.3mm;所述石墨烯膜层(13)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
