1. the quick discharging mechanism (8) comprises a fine powder collecting tank (5) which is positioned at the bottom of the rotary powder screening box (2) and is used for collecting screened fine powder, the fine powder collecting tank (5) is connected with the inner surface of the rotary powder screening box (2) through a smooth inclined surface, the quick discharging mechanism (8) further comprises a fine powder conveying pipe (6) and an air compressor (7), one end of the fine powder conveying pipe (6) is fixedly connected with the fine powder discharging hole (4), a pipe orifice (61) at the other end is positioned in the fine powder collecting tank (5), an air outlet (71) of the air compressor (7) is opposite to the pipe orifice (61), air is pressed out from the air outlet (71) of the air compressor (7) to drive fine powder in the fine powder collecting tank (5) to enter the fine powder storage box (3) through the fine powder conveying pipe (6) and the fine powder discharging hole (4) for storage, and a negative pressure powder sucking and feeding mechanism (13) is connected between the fine powder discharging hole (4) and the fine powder storage box (3);
the rotary powder screening box is characterized in that a rotary driving motor (21) and a motor fixing block (22) are arranged at the top of the rotary powder screening box (2), one end of the motor fixing block (22) is fixedly connected with the top of the rotary powder screening box (2), the other end of the motor fixing block is fixedly connected with the rotary driving motor (21), one end of a rotary shaft (23) penetrates through the motor fixing block (22) and then is connected to the rotary driving motor (21), the axis of the rotary shaft (23) coincides with the axis of the rotary powder screening box (2), a screening assembly (24) capable of synchronously rotating with the rotary shaft (23) is further arranged in the rotary powder screening box (2), the screening assembly (24) is sleeved on the rotary shaft (23), the negative pressure powder suction feeding mechanism (13) comprises a worm feeding box (14) connected with a fine powder discharging hole (4) and a fine powder storage box (3) and a feeding motor (15) connected to the worm feeding box (14), and a vacuum tube (16) is connected to the top of the worm feeding box (14);
a bearing (25) is further arranged in the motor fixing block (22), one end of the rotating shaft (23) penetrates through the bearing (25) to be fixedly connected with the rotary driving motor (21), the outer ring of the bearing (25) is fixedly connected with the motor fixing block (22), the inner ring of the bearing (25) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (23), a feed inlet (17) of the worm feeding box (14) is connected with the fine powder discharge port (4), a discharge port (18) of the worm feeding box (14) is connected with the fine powder storage box (3), and a vacuum tube (16) is connected with the vacuum pump (19);
the screening assembly (24) comprises a cylindrical rotating rod sleeve (241) which is matched with the rotating shaft (23), a plurality of screen support frames (242) are fixedly connected to the side wall of the rotating rod sleeve (241), and one end, far away from the rotating rod sleeve (241), of each screen support frame (242) is fixedly connected with the screen (243).

The rotary screen powder machine of claim 1, wherein: the screen cloth (243) include first screen cloth (244), second screen cloth (245) and top screen cloth (246), and first screen cloth (244) are more close to rotatory pole cover (241) than second screen cloth (245) and the sieve mesh aperture of first screen cloth (244) is greater than the sieve mesh aperture of second screen cloth (245), top screen cloth (246) are located the one end that is close to rotary driving motor (21) of screening subassembly (24), and top screen cloth (246) and second screen cloth (245) fixed connection and the outward flange of top screen cloth (246) are laminated with the inward flange of second screen cloth (245), and the sieve mesh aperture of top screen cloth (246) equals with the sieve mesh aperture size of second screen cloth (245), and rotation axis (23) run through top screen cloth (246) and rotatory pole cover (241) and cooperate each other.
3. The rotary screen powder machine of claim 1, wherein: the inner surface of the rotating rod sleeve (241) is also provided with a plurality of square key holes (247).

The rotary screen powder machine of claim 1, wherein: the rotary shaft (23) is fixedly connected with a plurality of blades (9), the blades (9) are divided into a plurality of layers along the axial direction of the rotary shaft (23), and each layer of blades (9) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft (23).
