本发明公开了一种二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法，包括第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距小于第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机的出料口通过振动给料机和斗式提升机和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的入料口相连，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的入料口设有第一分级振动筛，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的出料口设有第二分级振动筛。本发明通过挤压破碎和击打粉碎实现二级破碎，大大提高破碎效率，且有效避免产生粉尘。

二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种再生资源回收***及其控制方法，尤其涉及一种二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法。
背景技术
生活中的废玻璃，在欧洲回收率高达90％，而在我国85％都被混在垃圾中废弃。我国再生资源利用率偏低，尤其废玻璃、废纺织物、废包装纸等低值可回收物被大量废弃，既加剧了垃圾围城趋势，又造成了环境污染。废玻璃烧到1000多度不熔化，埋在地里几百年不降解，对环境危害极大。
我国再生资源行业尚存诸多技术瓶颈，回收环节分拣粗放，缺少精细化分拣技术，加工利用环节机械化和自动化程度低，尤其缺乏处理规模大、经济效益好且具有带动效应的重大技术和装备。废玻璃破碎主要靠击打方式进行，由于整瓶和片料的易碎性程度完全不同。采用同一的击打破碎不但严重影响破碎效率，而且极易产生粉尘，从而严重影响后续的分拣回收。因此，有必要对现有的废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法，能够大大提升破碎效率，且有效避免产生粉尘。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种二级废玻璃破碎***，包括第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距小于第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机的出料口通过振动给料机和斗式提升机和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的入料口相连，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的入料口设有第一分级振动筛，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的出料口设有第二分级振动筛。
上述的二级废玻璃破碎***，其中，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距为50mm，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机的对辊间距为15mm。
本发明为解决上述技术问题还提供一种上述二级废玻璃破碎***的控制方法，包括如下步骤：S1：首先采用交替滑道和棒条筛引导玻璃瓶罐到第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机；S2：接着利用第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机挤压破碎玻璃瓶底；S3：再将挤压破碎后的物料传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机进行击打；S4：最后将瓶头部分破碎，让瓶盖脱落；再利用棒条筛将瓶盖和木塞从碎玻璃中筛分出来。
上述的废玻璃破碎除杂控制方法，其中，所述步骤S3将破碎后的物料输送到斗士提升机后，经过摩根森振动筛传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机进行击打，所述步骤S4的碎玻璃则通过振动给料机输送到皮带输送机上进行后续分拣。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果：本发明提供的二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法，通过挤压破碎和击打粉碎实现二级破碎，大大提高破碎效率，且有效避免产生粉尘。

请参见图1，本发明提供的二级废玻璃破碎***，包括第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机1230和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机1230的对辊间距小于第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260的对辊间距，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机1230的出料口通过振动给料机1222和斗式提升机1240和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260的入料口相连，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260的入料口设有第一分级振动筛1250，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260的出料口设有第二分级振动筛1270。
本发明提供的二级废玻璃破碎***，其中，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机1230的对辊间距为50mm，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260的对辊间距为15mm。
本发明还提供一种上述的二级废玻璃破碎***的控制方法，包括如下步骤：
S1：首先采用交替滑道和棒条筛引导玻璃瓶罐到第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机1230；
S2：接着利用第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机1230挤压破碎玻璃瓶底；
S3：再将挤压破碎后的物料传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260进行击打；
S4：最后将瓶头部分破碎，让瓶盖脱落；再利用棒条筛将瓶盖和木塞从碎玻璃中筛分出来。
本发明提供的废玻璃破碎除杂控制方法，所述步骤S3将破碎后的物料经过振动给料机1222输送到斗士提升机1240，然后经过摩根森振动筛1250后传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机1260进行击打，所述步骤S4的碎玻璃则通过振动给料机1275输送到皮带输送机1305上进行后续分拣。
综上所述，本发明提供的二级废玻璃破碎***及其控制方法，通过挤压破碎和击打粉碎实现二级破碎，大大提高破碎效率，且有效避免产生粉尘，粉尘占物料的总重量约减少1％～3％。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上，然其并非用以限定本发明，任何本领域技术人员，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，当可作些许的修改和完善，因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种二级废玻璃破碎***，其特征在于，包括第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1230)和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1230)的对辊间距小于第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)的对辊间距，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1230)的出料口通过振动给料机(1222)和斗式提升机(1240)和第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)的入料口相连，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)的入料口设有第一分级振动筛(1250)，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)的出料口设有第二分级振动筛(1270)。
2.如权利要求1所述的二级废玻璃破碎***，其特征在于，所述第一碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1230)的对辊间距为50mm，所述第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)的对辊间距为15mm。
3.一种二级废玻璃破碎控制方法，其特征在于，采用如权利要求2所述的二级废玻璃破碎***，所述控制方法包括如下步骤：
S1：首先采用交替滑道和棒条筛引导玻璃瓶罐到第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机(1230)；
S2：接着利用第一碎玻璃对辊式破碎机(1230)挤压破碎玻璃瓶底；
S3：再将挤压破碎后的物料传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)进行击打；
S4：最后将瓶头部分破碎，让瓶盖脱落；再利用棒条筛将瓶盖和木塞从碎玻璃中筛分出来。
4.如权利要求3所述的废玻璃破碎除杂控制方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S3将破碎后的物料输送到斗士提升机(1240)后，经过摩根森振动筛(1250)传送至第二碎玻璃对辊破碎机(1260)进行击打，所述步骤S4的碎玻璃则通过振动给料机(1275)输送到皮带输送机(1305)上进行后续分拣。
