The preparation method of the modified chitosan comprises the following steps:
(1) guanidyl chitosan: adding chitosan and 2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid/hydrochloric acid buffer solution (2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid concentration 25mmol/L, pH 5), stirring to dissolve, adding coupling agent EDC (1-ethyl- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride) and NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide), and stirring for 0.5 h; adding N-methyl guanidinoacetic acid, continuously reacting for 12h under the condition of stirring at room temperature, adding a small amount of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to terminate the reaction, adjusting the pH to 9 by using a standard sodium hydroxide solution to obtain a guanidino chitosan product, filling the product into a dialysis bag with the molecular weight cutoff of 8000, dialyzing for one week by using distilled water, and freeze-drying to obtain the guanidino chitosan; the weight ratio of the chitosan to the 2-morpholine ethanesulfonic acid/hydrochloric acid buffer solution, the coupling agents EDC and NHS is 1: 12: 0.05; the weight ratio of the EDC to the NHS in the coupling agent is 1: 1.2; the molar ratio of the chitosan to the N-methyl guanidinoacetic acid is 1: 0.5;
(2) modified chitosan: adding guanidinated chitosan and isopropanol into a reactor, heating to 75-80 ℃, stirring for 0.5h, slowly dropwise adding a 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 6h, carrying out reduced pressure concentration to remove a solvent, then adding acetone, heating to 50 ℃, stirring for 1h, cooling to room temperature, stirring for 1h, filtering, and drying at 60 ℃ under reduced pressure for 20h to obtain modified chitosan; the weight ratio of the guanidino chitosan to the isopropanol to the acetone is 1: 8: 6; the weight ratio of the 2, 3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride to the guanidino chitosan is 0.3: 1.
In the aspect of cosmetics, quaternary ammonium salt groups are introduced into chitosan molecules to enhance the water solubility of the chitosan molecules, and the more quaternary ammonium salt groups are introduced into the chitosan molecules, the stronger the hydration capability of the chitosan molecules is, and the stronger the water holding capability is.
The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt has no cytotoxicity, no hemolysis, no sensitization, excellent biocompatibility and film forming property, can fully maintain nutrient components, and can form a natural barrier on the epidermis of a human body due to the good film forming property, thereby blocking or weakening the damage of ultraviolet rays, germs and the like to the skin and having good bacteriostatic and antibacterial properties. The chitosan film quaternary ammonium salt is mainly characterized by excellent hygroscopicity and moisture retention, and is considered to be a good substitute of hyaluronic acid due to the similarity of the structure and the moisture retention mechanism of the hyaluronic acid.
In one embodiment, the cosmetic adjuvants in component C further comprise dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea.

(3) adding component B oligopeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and acetyl pentapeptide-1 into the step (2), stirring for 10-15min, filtering, discharging and standing; and packaging and warehousing after the detection is qualified.

Claims (6)

1. A skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating, moisturizing and delaying senility is characterized by comprising a component A, a component B and a component C;
the component A is herba Dendrobii extract, Aloe extract, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis extract, herba Centellae extract, fructus Sechii edulis extract, and herba Selaginellae extract; the weight ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the aloe extract, the bergamot extract, the centella asiatica extract, the chayote extract and the selaginella tamariscina extract in the component A is (0.2-1): (3-8): (0.3-0.7): (1-3): (0.5-2): (0.3-1);
the oligopeptide in the component B is oligopeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and acetyl pentapeptide-1; the weight ratio of the oligopeptide-1 to the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and the acetyl pentapeptide-1 in the component B is 1: (0.5-1.2): (0.2-0.7);
the component C is a cosmetic auxiliary material and a cosmetic matrix; the cosmetic auxiliary materials comprise one or more of modified chitosan, surfactant, essence and colorant; the modified chitosan is prepared by taking N-methyl guanidinoacetic acid as a raw material, performing catalytic reaction to prepare guanidino chitosan, and grafting 2, 3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

The skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating, moisturizing and delaying aging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the aloe extract, the bergamot extract, the centella asiatica extract, the chayote extract and the selaginella tamariscina extract in the A component is 0.6: 7: 0.5: 1.2: 1.1: 0.7.
3. the skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating, moisturizing and delaying aging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sum of the A component and the B component is 2% -10% of the weight of the skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating, moisturizing and delaying aging.
4. The skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating, moisturizing and delaying aging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the A component to the B component is (5-12): 1.
5. the skin care composition with the functions of rejuvenation, moisturizing and aging delaying as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the skin care composition with the functions of rejuvenation, moisturizing and aging delaying is applied to a mask, an eye cream, a face cream, an essence, a face cleanser, a stock solution, a toner, an emulsion, a cream, a hydrosol, a sun screen or a BB cream.
6. A method for preparing a skin care composition with the functions of repairing and regenerating skin, moisturizing skin and delaying senility according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the cosmetic adjuvants and cosmetic matrix in the component C into a stirring container, heating to 78-80 deg.C, maintaining for 20min, and cooling to 35-40 deg.C;
(2) adding the dendrobium officinale extract, the aloe extract, the bergamot extract, the centella asiatica extract, the chayote extract and the selaginella tamariscina extract which are used as the component A into the step (1), and stirring for 10-15min to uniformly mix the materials;
(3) adding component B oligopeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and acetyl pentapeptide-1 into the step (2), stirring for 10-15min, filtering, discharging and standing; and packaging and warehousing after the detection is qualified.
