技术领域
本发明涉及用于治疗病变堵塞的***装置,属于医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种医用支架。
背景技术
现有病变扩张术,如鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗鼻窦炎,在一段时间后,窦口病变部位会出现再次狭窄的症状,导致病变复发,从而需要二次手术及重复检查。会增加患者的痛苦和经济负担。
在申请公布号为CN 106955175 A的一份中国发明专利中,公开了一种医用支架,该支架体采用聚乳酸类聚合物或生物可吸收性镁合金,并在支架体表面涂覆有一层可降解、可扩张的消炎药物保护膜,通过消炎药物保护膜的设计使得医用支架不仅能够扩张恢复丢失的鼻腔,而且对病变处进行消炎。然而,医用支架安装在鼻腔后对其进行充气使其固定在病变部位,支架体被撑至圆柱形来恢复丢失的鼻腔。然而上述医用支架在固定在鼻腔内时存在移位滑动的现象,影响鼻腔的恢复。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种安装到鼻腔内病变部位后不易移位滑动的医用支架。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种医用支架,包括带有内腔的支架体,所述支架体由可生物降解材料制成的支架体,且其表面整体涂覆有一层可降解、可扩张的消炎药物保护膜;所述内腔内安装有可分离的球囊,所述球囊与外部的充气管相连,球囊充气扩张前,所述支架体的形状为圆柱形;当球囊充气时,所述支架体被撑至锥形扩张状态;所述支架体外壁由波浪型网状结构组成。
本发明通过将支架体充气后的形状有原来的圆柱形改变成锥形扩张状态,安装时其扩张部先进入病变部位,当其充气后,扩张部张开的口范围大,其能够卡嵌至病变部位,使得支架体整体牢固的安装在病变部位,提高了整体安支架体安装的稳定性,克服了原有柱状支架体安装在病变部位后易出现移位滑动的问题。
优选地,所述波浪型网状结构采用若干平行分布的波浪线材绕支架体的中轴线进行卷绕,且相连的两根波浪线材之间均设置有连接线材。通过将波浪线材进行组装,在保证支架体撑开后的刚性强度的前提下减少了相关材料的应用,进而降低了成本(波浪线材本身波浪的结构具有一定的弹性,能够起到很好的支撑作用)。
优选地,所述支架体外壁的壁厚为0.1-5.00mm。该种厚度适用于人体的病变部位。
优选地,所述消炎药物保护膜的材质为糠酸莫米松或者丙酸氟替卡松;所述可生物降解材料为聚乳酸类聚合物或生物可吸收性镁合金。
优选地,所述支架体的长度为5-100mm,扩张后的扩张口直径为1-10cm。该尺寸适用于病变部位的尺寸。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例
参见附图1-4所示,本实施例中的一种医用支架,包括支架体1,支架体1的长度为5-100mm,支架体1外壁的壁厚为0.1-5.00mm。支架体1采用聚乳酸类聚合物或生物可吸收性镁合金等可生物降解材料制成。支架体1内部具有内腔,内腔内安装有球囊4,支架体1与球囊4之间无连接,处于分离状态,球囊4具有可充气、抽气的连接口,用于与外部的充气管相连。
当球囊4充气时,支架体1随之被撑至锥形扩张状态,且其扩张口被撑开,其能够卡嵌至病变部位,使得支架体整体牢固的安装在病变部位,提高了整体安支架体安装的稳定性。当球囊4抽气后,支架体1固定在病变部位,并通过与之相连的充气管将球囊4拉出体外。在本实施例中的锥形扩张状态为圆台结构。这样形状的改进利于实现,便于产业化生产。
为了在保证支架体1整体使用强度不便的前提下节约材料的使用,所述支架体1外壁由波浪型网状结构2组成,其所述波浪型网状结构2采用若干平行分布的波浪线材绕支架体1的中轴线进行卷绕,且相连的两根波浪线材之间均设置有连接线材。通过将波浪线材进行组装,在保证支架体撑开后的刚性强度的前提下减少了相关材料的应用,进而降低了成本(波浪线材本身波浪的结构具有一定的弹性,能够起到很好的支撑作用)。
本发明通过球囊4扩张植入病变狭窄部位的支架,可以实现至少一倍时间以上的病变部位支撑。可生物全降解的支架体1扩张前形状为圆柱形,扩张后的扩张口直径增大,且其直径为1-10cm,使得整体呈圆台结构。
支架体1表面涂覆有一层可降解、可扩张的消炎药物保护膜3,消炎药物保护膜3可以采用糠酸莫米松这种消炎药物保护膜3,也可以采用丙酸氟替卡松这种消炎药物保护膜3代替,具体根据需求而定。
具体使用时,先将支架体1固定在球囊4上,当球囊4到达病变部位的时候,给球囊4充压,支架体1同步膨胀,给球囊4抽压,医用支架固定在病变部位,支撑病变狭窄位置;由于支架体1采用生物可降解材质,无需将支架体1取出,将支架体1和消炎药物保护膜3留在病变部位,一定时间后,支架体1和消炎药物保护膜3降解,同时消炎药物保护膜3给病变部位消炎,尽可能的减少了再次手术的可能性,无需再在患处上消炎药,给患者减轻了痛苦,一次到位。
本发明通过将支架体充气后的形状有原来的圆柱形改变成锥形扩张状态,安装时其扩张部先进入病变部位,当其充气后,扩张部张开的口范围大,其能够卡嵌至病变部位,使得支架体整体牢固的安装在病变部位,提高了整体安支架体安装的稳定性,克服了原有柱状支架体安装在病变部位后易出现移位滑动的问题。
以上实施方式只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种医用支架,其特征在于:包括带有内腔的支架体(1),所述支架体(1)由可生物降解材料制成的支架体,且其表面整体涂覆有一层可降解、可扩张的消炎药物保护膜(3);所述内腔内安装有可分离的球囊(4),所述球囊(4)与外部的充气管相连,球囊(4)充气扩张前,所述支架体(1)的形状为圆柱形;当球囊(4)充气时,所述支架体(1)被撑至锥形扩张状态;所述支架体(1)外壁由波浪型网状结构组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用支架,其特征在于:所述波浪型网状结构采用若干平行分布的波浪线材绕支架体(1)的中轴线进行卷绕,且相连的两根波浪线材之间均设置有连接线材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用支架,其特征在于:所述支架体(1)外壁的壁厚为0.1-5.00mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的医用支架,其特征在于:所述消炎药物保护膜(3)的材质为糠酸莫米松或者丙酸氟替卡松;所述可生物降解材料为聚乳酸类聚合物或生物可吸收性镁合金。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用支架,其特征在于:所述支架体(1)的长度为5-100mm,扩张后的扩张口直径为1-10cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用支架,其特征在于:所述锥形扩张状态为圆台结构。
