一种除臭保健床垫
技术领域
本发明涉及家具产品，具体涉及一种除臭保健床垫。
背景技术
床垫是为了保证消费者获得健康而又舒适的睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品，通常包括床垫面料和内芯填充部分。传统床垫以涤纶为主，使用时不能充分吸收人体汗液，易滋生细菌螨虫等，损伤织物甚至造成人体不适，保健床垫越来越受到市场欢迎。
传统的床垫只能单一的满足人们睡眠需要，而随着人们物质文化生活水平的提高，尤其对于南方高温多湿环境，人们容易患有风湿和内风湿，他们在睡眠过程中因为疼痛而无法或者较好的睡眠质量，无法满足人们对保健床垫防水、阻燃、助睡眠缓解风湿等的要求。
发明内容
(一)技术问题
本发明提供一种除臭保健床垫，具有除臭、缓解风湿、内风湿所带来疼痛、改善失眠提高睡眠质量等优点。
(二)技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案予以实现：一种除臭保健床垫，所述床垫由以下重量的原料制备而成：木棉纤维23-25份、竹炭10-14份、黄麻纤维12-14份、蜂皇1-3份、川乌1-3份、补骨脂2-3份、花椒精油1.5-3份、氧化锡锑3-5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯2.2-2.5份、水玻璃2.3-2.7份、复合抗菌剂0.6-1.6份；
作为本方案的进一步优化，所述复合抗菌剂由下述组分按重量的原料组成：聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐65-75份和偶联剂14-20份。
一种抗菌除臭保健床垫的制备方法，由以下步骤组成；
(1)将蜂皇、川乌、补骨脂加水蒸煮，过滤得中药浓缩液，取滤渣烘干，放入炭化炉中碳化，取出冷却水玻璃研磨成浆，烘干；
(2)之后剩余原料按比例称取和步骤(1)中烘干混合物混合，混合加入混合菌剂，搅拌混匀，经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、熔融纺丝，制得复合改性纤维；
(3)之后进行经梳棉机梳理；(4)通过铺网机铺网；(5)经针刺机，下刺和上刺；(6)经烘箱烘烤；(7)经压辊冷却定型。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种除臭保健床垫，具有以下有益效果：
(1)本发明中能有效缓解风湿、内风湿所带来疼痛，对于预防风湿、内风湿病起到决定性作用，并对人体血液循环起到良好的促进作用；
(2)本发明可以促进身体的新陈代谢，使身体大幅度地增加精力，迅速地消除疲劳，帮助人体细胞复苏，改善失眠提高睡眠质量。
(3)本发明具有过滤作用，可以将有害气体转换为无毒状态，并不受时间限制，长期保持功效。

实施例2
一种除臭保健床垫，所述床垫由以下重量的原料制备而成：木棉纤维25份、竹炭14份、黄麻纤维14份、蜂皇3份、川乌3份、补骨脂3份、花椒精油3份、氧化锡锑5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯2.5份、水玻璃2.7份、复合抗菌剂1.6份；
实施例3
一种除臭保健床垫，所述床垫由以下重量的原料制备而成：木棉纤维24份、竹炭12份、黄麻纤维13份、蜂皇2份、川乌2份、补骨脂2份、花椒精油2份、氧化锡锑4份、甲苯二异氰酸酯2.4份、水玻璃2.5份、复合抗菌剂1.2份；
所述上述任意实施例的制备方法：包括以下步骤(1)将蜂皇、川乌、补骨脂加水蒸煮，过滤得中药浓缩液，取滤渣烘干，放入炭化炉中碳化，取出冷却水玻璃研磨成浆，烘干；
(2)之后剩余原料按比例称取和步骤(1)中烘干混合物混合，混合加入混合菌剂，搅拌混匀，经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒、熔融纺丝，制得复合改性纤维；
(3)之后进行经梳棉机梳理；(4)通过铺网机铺网；(5)经针刺机，下刺和上刺；(6)经烘箱烘烤；(7)经压辊冷却定型。
综上所述；本发明不仅可以满足人们睡眠需求，同时可以进行除臭改善睡眠环境空气质量，对使用者可以缓解风湿、内风湿，具有很强实用性。

1.一种除臭保健床垫，其特征在于，所述床垫由以下重量的原料制备而成：木棉纤维23-25份、竹炭10-14份、黄麻纤维12-14份、蜂皇1-3份、川乌1-3份、补骨脂2-3份、花椒精油1.5-3份、氧化锡锑3-5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯2.2-2.5份、水玻璃2.3-2.7份、复合抗菌剂0.6-1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除臭保健床垫，其特征在于，所述复合抗菌剂由下述组分按重量的原料组成：聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐65-75份和偶联剂14-20份。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任意一项所述一种除臭保健床垫的制备方法，其特征在于，由以下步骤组成；
(1)将蜂皇、川乌、补骨脂加水蒸煮，过滤得中药浓缩液，取滤渣烘干，放入炭化炉中碳化，取出冷却水玻璃研磨成浆，烘干；
