背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,温饱已不成为问题,人们更希望吃到具有良好口感,营养丰富的食品,食品还具有一定的保健功效。红豆糕作为一种传统食品深受人们喜爱,但是现有的红豆饼成份单一、口感较硬、而且营养也不够全面。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种莲子红枣红豆糕,包括以下的原料:莲子2-5份,红枣6-8份,红豆20~50份、小麦10~20份、豇豆5~10份、茭白5~15份、芋头5~15份、藕梢5~15份、松仁3~5份、苹果4~8份、释迦牟尼果4~8份、红糖30~40份。
进一步地,所述的莲子红枣红豆糕,包括以下的原料:莲子3-4份,红枣7份,红豆30~40份、小麦12~18份、豇豆6~9份、茭白6~12份、芋头6~12份、藕梢6~12份、松仁4份、苹果5~7份、释迦牟尼果5~7份、红糖32~38份。
本发明的优点是:本发明的红豆糕是在传统制备红豆糕的工艺上进行改善,特别添加了多种可滋补脾胃、健胃消食、利水暖胃的原料,来达到补益脾胃的效果,尤其适合胃虚、胃寒,脾胃虚弱者食用。

一种莲子红枣红豆糕,包括以下的原料:莲子3份,红枣7份,红豆30份、小麦16份、豇豆6份、茭白13份、芋头10份、藕梢12份、松仁4份、苹果6份、释迦牟尼果5份、红糖35份。
