用生产黄磷时排出的工业废渣——磷渣,加入适 量的生石灰、石膏、CaCl2·2H2O,颜料混合磨细,加 防霜剂溶液搅拌,消化、对辊后加压成型,经自然养护 或常压蒸汽养护即可制得磷渣彩色墙地砖。

Description

本发明属于建筑、装饰材料类
磷渣是化工厂生产黄磷时排出的一种工业废渣,每生产1吨黄磷约排出8-12吨磷渣,所以占有大量场地,而且也造成污染,因此大部分化工厂都面临处理这种废渣的问题。目前在我国有部分磷渣作为水泥的混合材,因作混合材只能加入少量的,所以应用前景不够广泛,所以大部分没有合理地利用。本发明针对这一问题,合理利用废渣变废为宝,利用这种工业废渣生产出图案高雅、性能优良的彩色墙地砖。
本发明详细介绍如下:
磷渣的主要成份是SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO、P2O5等,其结构处于玻璃体状态,它具有潜在的胶凝性能,尤其是在碱性或硫酸盐激发下,能够水化硬化,使其结构具有强度,本发明根据这样理论来解决的。
将磷渣用生石灰、石膏及少量CaCl2·2H2O和适量颜料共同粉磨,当混合料比表面积达到4000-5000cm2/g,然后加入0.5-4%的硅酸或氢氧化铝或聚乙烯醇溶液作为防霜剂,搅拌,静停至生石灰充分消解后,对辊挤压、筛分、然后在压力机上成型,半成品经自然养护或常压蒸汽养护即为成品彩色墙地砖。
本发明中,所有原料配比:磷渣用量为75-85%,生石灰用量为6-12%,石膏2-6%,CaCl2·2H2O为0.5-3%,颜料2-6%,防霜剂0.5-4%,成型压力10-40MPa,蒸汽养护温度50-60℃,蒸养时间为48小时,自然养护时间为1个月左右。
本发明的优点是用磷渣墙地板砖与普通人造大理石相比具有抗压、抗折强度高,耐磨成本低等优点。
例:使用湖北当阳化工厂磷渣,武汉硅酸盐制品厂生产的生石灰,有效钙大于65%,湖北应城石膏SO3:28%左右,工业纯氯化钙,颜料为铁红,防霜剂为硅酸,产品为红色。
具体配比:
磷渣∶生石灰∶石膏∶氯化钙∶硅酸∶铁红
82∶7∶3∶1.5∶3∶3.5
工艺流程:
磷渣、石灰、石膏、铁红、硅酸计量后,混合球磨,细度4900孔筛筛余不大于10%,然后加水搅拌、消解、加压成型,自然养护。
成型压力:200MPa
养护:自然养护(温度20-30℃),时间30天。
性能:
抗压强度:65MPa
抗折强度:9.2MPa
吸水率:4.5%

Claims (2)

1、一种用磷渣生产的彩色墙地砖,由磷渣及其它原料组成,其特征是各组份的配比为磷渣75-85%,生石灰灰6-12%,石膏2-6%,CaCl2·2H2O0.5-3%,颜料2-6%,防霜剂0.5-4%(重量比)。
2、根据权利要求所述的彩色墙地砖,其特征在於防霜剂的种类是硅酸、氢氧化铝或聚乙烯醇。
