Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network structure provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including one or more UEs 11 and a base station 12, where one UE11 is illustrated in the drawing by way of example. The UE11 may be a terminal side Device such as a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), or a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), and it should be noted that the specific type of the UE11 is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The UE11 may establish communication with the base station 12, where the network in the drawing may indicate that the UE11 establishes communication with the base station 12 wirelessly, and the base station 12 may be an evolved Node B (eNB), a 5G base station, or another base station, and it should be noted that a specific type of the base station 12 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the network structure shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transmission resource confirmation method, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
201. the method comprises the steps that UE receives downlink control information sent by a base station, wherein the downlink control information comprises resource information, and the resource information is used for indicating the resource allocation condition in a control area of a time interval (time interval);
202. and the UE determines the resources for transmitting data in the control region according to the resource information.
The time interval (time interval) may be a time interval corresponding to the downlink control information, for example: the UE may detect the downlink control channel at a specific resource location in the time interval to obtain the downlink control information. In addition, the time interval may include a control region, where the control region may be understood as a region where resources may be used for transmission of the control channel, that is, resources in the region may be used for transmission of the control channel, but in the embodiment of the present invention, resources that are not occupied by the control channel in the region are determined as resources that may be used for transmission of data, so that a problem of resource waste caused by unused resources in the control region may be avoided, so as to improve a utilization rate of the resources. In addition, the Time Interval may be a Transmission Time Interval (TTI) having a length of 1ms or less.
In addition, the resource information is used to indicate a resource allocation situation in a control region of a time interval, and may be understood as indicating a resource situation occupied by a control channel in the control region, or may be understood as indicating a resource allocation situation for transmitting data in the control region, that is, the resource allocation situation in the control region may be determined by the resource information.
The UE determines the resource for transmitting data in the control region according to the resource information, which may be understood as that the UE determines, according to the resource information, the resource that is not occupied by the control channel as the resource for transmitting data. For example: the control region includes 10 control units, wherein the control channel occupies 5 of the control units, and then it can be determined that the other 5 control units can be used as resources for transmitting data. In addition, the resources for transmitting data determined in step 202 above may be understood as the determined resources available for transmitting data, i.e. it means that the UE may transmit data using these resources. After determining the above resources for transmitting data, the UE may use them to transmit data, for example: all or part of the resources for transmitting data may be used for data transmission.
Through the steps, the resources in the control area can be determined to be the resources for transmitting data, so that the problem of resource waste caused by the fact that the resources in the control area are not used can be avoided, and the utilization rate of the resources is improved.
Optionally, the resource information is used to indicate resources occupied by a control channel in a control region of a time interval;
the UE determines resources used for transmitting data in the control region according to the resource information, and the determining includes:
and the UE determines resources occupied by the control channels in the control region according to the resource information, and takes the resources which are not occupied by the control channels in the control region as resources for transmitting data.
In this embodiment, it may be implemented that the resource information indicates the resource occupied by the control channel, and of course, the resource occupied by the control channel here may be a resource occupied by a control channel of another terminal, and the resource occupied by the control channel of the UE itself is known by the UE, for example: the UE may determine its own channel control resource (USS) through a Radio Network Temporary Identity (RNTI) or determine its own control channel resource at another agreed location, for example, blind test (CSS) from CCE0, so that the UE may determine that there is no resource occupied by the control channel in the control region. Or the resource information may indicate resources occupied by the control channel in the control region, where the occupied resources include resources occupied by other terminals and the UE itself. After receiving the resource information, the UE may determine the resource occupied by the control channel in the control region according to the resource information, and use the resource not occupied by the control channel in the control region as the resource for transmitting data.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the resource information includes one or more of the following items:
starting control unit numbers occupied by control channels of other terminals in the control area and aggregation level information of the other terminals, wherein the other terminals are one or more terminals except the UE;
ending control unit numbers occupied by control channels of other terminals in the control area and aggregation level information of the other terminals, wherein the other terminals are one or more terminals except the UE;
the control unit number occupied by the control channel of other terminals in the control area is numbered, wherein the other terminals are one or more terminals except the UE;
information of all control units occupied by a control channel in the control area;
the situation information of the controlled channel occupation of each control unit in the control area;
the last control unit number of the control unit occupied by the control channel in the control area;
the last control unit number of the control unit occupied by the control channel in the control area and the aggregation level information of other terminals, wherein the other terminals are one or more terminal numbers except the UE;
and the number of the control unit group to which the control unit occupied by the control channel in the control area belongs.
When the resource information includes the initial control unit number occupied by the control channel of the other terminal in the control region and the aggregation level information of the other terminal, the UE may determine the resource occupied by the control channel of the other terminal according to the initial control unit number and the aggregation level information, and determine the resource not occupied by the control channel in the control region by combining the resource occupied by the control channel of the UE, and use the resource as the resource for transmitting data.
For example: taking a control element as a Control Channel Element (CCE) for example, the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, and N-1. Assume that two terminals, UE1 and UE2, are scheduled in the time interval (time interval), and that the aggregation level of UE1 is 1 and the aggregation level of UE2 is 2. The Downlink Control Information (DCI) of the scheduling UE1 includes a start number and an aggregation level of a CCE occupied by a Control Channel of the UE2, for example, the start number of the CCE occupied by a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) of the UE2 is N-3 or N-4, and the aggregation level is 2. The DCI for scheduling UE2 in the base station includes the CCE start number occupied by the control channel of UE1 and an aggregation level, for example, the CCE start number occupied by the PDCCH of UE1 is 0 and the aggregation level is 1. The UE1 can determine the resources in the control region for transmitting data according to the resource allocation information in the DCI, the aggregation level of the control channel of the UE2 in the control region, and the starting CCE number of the occupied resources, and similarly, the UE2 can also determine the resources in the control region for transmitting data. For example: as shown in fig. 3a or fig. 3 b.
For example: taking a Control Unit (CU) as an example, assume that the number of CUs available for control channel transmission in a control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Assume that two terminals, UE1 and UE2, are scheduled in the time interval (time interval), and that the control channel of UE1 occupies 1 CU and the control channel of UE2 occupies 2 CUs. The base station includes the starting number and number of CUs occupied by the control channel of UE2 in the DCI for scheduling UE1, for example, the starting number of CUs occupied by the control channel of UE2 is N-3 or N-4, and the number of occupied CUs is 2. The DCI for scheduling UE2 of the base station includes the CU start number occupied by the control channel of UE1 and the number of occupied CUs, for example, the CU start number occupied by the PDCCH of UE1 is 0 and the number of occupied CUs is 1. For example, the PDCCH of UE1 occupies a CU with a starting number of 0 and an aggregation level of 1. The UE1 can determine the resources in the control region for transmitting data according to the resource allocation information in the DCI, the aggregation level of the control channel of the UE2 in the control region, and the starting CU number of the occupied resources, and similarly, the UE2 can also determine the resources in the control region for transmitting data. For example: as shown in fig. 4a or fig. 4 b.
When the resource information includes the ending control unit number occupied by the control channel of the other terminal in the control region and the aggregation level information of the other terminal, the UE may also determine, in combination with the resource occupied by its own control channel, the resource not occupied by the control channel in the control region, and use the resource as a resource for transmitting data.
When the resource information includes the control unit number occupied by the control channel of the other terminal in the control region, the UE may also determine, in combination with the resource occupied by its own control channel, the resource that is not occupied by the control channel in the control region, and use the resource as a resource for transmitting data.
For example: taking the control element as CCE for example, assume that the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Assume that there are control channels of two terminals in the time interval, the two terminals are UE1 and UE2, respectively, and the aggregation level of UE1 is 1 and the aggregation level of UE2 is 2. For example, assuming that N is 6, DCI for scheduling UE1 is included in the DCI
Figure GDA0001101231320000121
CCE numbers used for indicating that a control channel of UE2 occupies a control region, and DCI for scheduling UE2 includes
Figure GDA0001101231320000122
The CCE number used to indicate the control channel of the UE1 is occupied in the control region. Assume that the CCE occupied by the control channel of UE1 is CCE0 and the CCE occupied by the control channel of UE2 is CCE2 and CCE 3. Then the information bit indicating that the control channel of UE2 occupies the CCE in the DCI of UE1 is 00100, and the information bit indicating that the control channel of UE1 occupies the CCE in the DCI of UE2 is 00000. This can enable the UE1 and UE2 to obtain the resource location for data transmission in the control region through the information field and the resource allocation field in the DCI. For example: as shown in fig. 5.
For example: taking the control unit as CU for example, assume that the number of control units available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Assume that there are control channels of two terminals in the time interval, the two terminals are UE1 and UE2, respectively, and the number of control units occupied by the control channel of UE1 is 1, and the number of control units occupied by the control channel of UE2 is 2. For example, assuming that N is 6, the downlink control information of the scheduling UE1 includes
Figure GDA0001101231320000123
The downlink control element number indicating the control channel of the UE2 to occupy in the control region, and the downlink control information of the scheduled UE2 includes
Figure GDA0001101231320000124
A control element number indicating that the control channel of the UE1 is occupied in the control region. Assume that the control unit occupied by the control channel of UE1 is CU0 and the control units occupied by the control channel of UE2 are CU2 and CU 3. The information bit indicating that the control channel of the UE2 occupies the CU in the downlink control information of the UE1 is 00100, and the information bit indicating that the control channel of the UE1 occupies the CU in the downlink control information of the UE2 is 00000. The UE1 and the UE2 obtain the resource location for data transmission in the control region through the information field and the resource allocation field in the downlink control information. For example: as shown in fig. 6.
Wherein, when the resource information includes information of all control units occupied by the control channel in the control region, the UE may directly determine the resources for data transmission in the control region. I.e. determining resources other than information of all control units occupied by the control channel as resources for data transmission within the control region. For example: the resource information includes the numbers or location information of all control units occupied by the control channel.
The information about the situation of the controlled channel occupancy of each control unit in the control area may be understood as information about whether each control unit is occupied by the controlled channel, that is, it may be determined which control units are occupied by the controlled channel and which are not occupied by the controlled channel through the information. For example: taking the control element as a CCE for example, it is assumed that the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is 10, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, and 9. Assume that there are control channels for two terminals, UE1 and UE2, respectively, in the time interval (time interval), and the aggregation level of UE1 is 1 and the aggregation level of UE2 is 2. The DCI1 and DCI2 of the scheduling UE1 and the scheduling UE2 each include indication information indicating that the control channel is transmitted in the control region, where 1 indicates that the corresponding CCE is used for control channel transmission and 0 indicates that the corresponding CCE is not occupied by the control channel. For example, 10 CCEs of the control region, where CCE0 is used for the control channel of UE1, and CCE2 and CCE3 are used for the control channel of UE2, then a location (bitmap) information field (1110000000) is respectively contained in DCI1 and DCI2 of scheduling UE1 and scheduling UE2, and UE1 and UE2 obtain resource locations available for data transmission in the control region through the bitmap information field and a resource allocation field in DCI. For example: as shown in fig. 3a and 3 b.
For example: taking the control unit as a CU for example, assume that the number of CUs available for control channel transmission in the control region is 10, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, and 9. Assume that there are control channels for two terminals, UE1 and UE2, within the time interval (time interval). The base station includes indication information indicating that a control channel is to be transmitted in a control region in downlink control information 1 and downlink control information 2 of the scheduled UE1 and the scheduled UE2, where 1 indicates that the corresponding control unit is used for control channel transmission, and 0 indicates that the corresponding control unit is not occupied by the control channel. For example, 10 control units in the control region, where control unit 0 is used for the control channel of UE1, and control unit 2 and control unit 3 are used for the control channel of UE2, then downlink control information 1 and downlink control information 2 of scheduled UE1 and scheduled UE2 respectively include bitmap information fields (1110000000), and UE1 and UE2 obtain resource positions available for data transmission in the control region through the bitmap information fields and resource allocation fields in the downlink control information. For example: as shown in fig. 4a and 4 b.
When the channel information includes a last control unit number of a control unit occupied by a control channel in the control region, the UE may use resources after the last control unit number as resources for data transmission, for example: the base station can only continuously allocate the control channel resources in the control area during scheduling, so that the resources before the number can be determined as the resources occupied by the control channel, and the resources after the number can be determined as the resources used for data transmission. The last control unit number of the control unit occupied by the control channel in the control region may be understood as the last control unit number of the control unit occupied by the control channel of all terminals receiving the control signaling in the control region.
For example: taking the control element as CCE for example, assume that the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Assume that there are control channels of three terminals in the control area of the time interval, the three terminals are UE1, UE2, and UE3, respectively, and the aggregation level of UE1 is 1, the aggregation level of UE2 is 2, and the aggregation level of UE3 is 2. Taking UE2 as an example, assume that the control channels of three terminals occupy 5 CCEs, and the 5 CCEs can only be counted from the lowest number. Since the UE2 can obtain the starting CCE number of its own control channel and the aggregation level of the control channel through blind detection, the resource location for data transmission in the control region can be obtained through the last CCE number occupied in the control region of the time interval carried in the DCI. The schematic diagrams are shown in fig. 7a and 7 b. In the DCI for scheduling UE2, the total number of CCEs used for control channel transmission in the control region is notified, and as shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the number of CCEs is 6. The UE2 knows that the CCEs used by itself are CCE2 and CCE3 through blind detection, and then knows that none of CCE0, CCE1, CCE4 and CCE5 can be used for data transmission according to the mapping rule of the control channel and the total number of CCEs occupied by the control channel. However, since the aggregation level of the UE1 is 1, that is, as shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the CCE1 is available for data transmission, when the channel information includes the last control element number of the control element occupied by the control channel in the control region and aggregation level information of other terminals, the UE1, the UE2, and the UE3 may determine that the control channel of the UE1 only occupies the CCE0, thereby determining that the CCE1 is available for data transmission. That is, the aggregation level information of the UE1 may be carried in the DCI scheduling the UE2 and the UE3, so that the resource utilization rate may be further improved.
For example: taking the control unit as CU for example, assume that the number of CUs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Suppose that there are control channels of three terminals in the control area of the time interval, the three terminals are UE1, UE2, and UE3, respectively, and the number of control units occupied by the control channel of UE1 is 1, the number of control units occupied by the control channel of UE2 is 2, and the number of CUs occupied by the control channel of UE3 is 2. Taking UE2 as an example, assume that the control channels of three terminals occupy 5 CUs, and the 5 CUs can only be counted from the lowest number. Since the UE2 can obtain the starting control unit number of its own control channel and the number of control units occupied by the control channel through detection, the resource location for data transmission in the control region can be obtained through the last CU number occupied by the control channel in the control region of the TTI carried in the downlink control information. The schematic diagrams are shown in fig. 8a and 8 b. In the downlink control information of the scheduling UE2, the total number of control elements used for control channel transmission in the control region is reported, and as shown in fig. 8a and 8b, the number of control elements is 6. The UE2 knows that the CUs used by itself are CU2 and CU3 through detection, and then knows that none of CU0, CU1, CU4 and CU5 can be used for data transmission according to the mapping rule of the control channel and the total number of CUs occupied by the control channel. Further, the number of control units occupied by the control channel of the UE1 may be carried in the DCI of the scheduling UE2, so that it may be determined that the CU1 may be used for data transmission, and thus resource utilization may be further improved.
The UE may determine which control unit groups have resources occupied by the control channel, so that the control unit groups that do not include the resources occupied by the control channel may be determined as resources for user data transmission. Or a resource not occupied by the control channel among the resources occupied by the control channel may be determined as a resource for transmitting data. In addition, each group of control units may comprise one or more consecutive control units.
For example: taking the control element as an example of CCE, assume that the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Assume that there are control channels of two terminals in the control area of the time interval, the two terminals are UE1 and UE2, respectively, and the aggregation level of UE1 is 1 and the aggregation level of UE2 is 2. Taking UE2 as an example, assume that the control channels of two terminals occupy 2 CCE groups (CCE groups), and each CCE group contains 3 CCEs. The schematic diagrams are shown in fig. 9a and 9 b. In the DCI for scheduling the UE2, the CCE group number used for control channel transmission in the control region is notified, but of course, in some scenarios, the DCI may indicate the number of CCE groups for control channel transmission, for example: when only the control channel transmission of the UE2 is scheduled in the time interval, i.e., the number of CCE groups of the control channel transmission is 1, the UE2 may determine that other CCE groups are available for data transmission. The UE2 knows that the CCE used by the UE is CCE group1 through blind detection, and then knows that none of the CCE0, CCE1, CCE2 and CCE5 can be used for data transmission according to the mapping rule of the control channel and the CCE group number or number occupied by the control channel.
For example: taking the control unit as an example of a CU, assume that the number of CUs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, N-1. Suppose that there are control channels of two terminals in the control area of the time interval, the two terminals are UE1 and UE2, respectively, and the number of CUs occupied by the control channel of UE1 is 1, and the number of CUs occupied by the control channel of UE2 is 2. Taking UE2 as an example, assume that the control channels of two terminals occupy 2 CU groups, and each CU group contains 3 control units. The schematic diagrams are shown in fig. 10a and 10 b. In the downlink control information of the scheduling UE2, the control element group number or the number used for control channel transmission in the control region is notified. The UE2 knows that the control unit group used by the UE is the control unit group1 through detection, and then knows that none of the CUs 0, CU1, CU2, and CU5 can be used for data transmission according to the mapping rule of the control channel and the number or number of the control unit groups occupied by the control channel.
Optionally, the resource information is used to indicate resources for transmitting data in a control region of a time interval.
In this embodiment, it is possible to directly indicate the resource used for transmitting data by the resource information, so that the UE can directly determine the resource used for transmitting data by the resource information. In addition, the resource information may also indicate resources used by the UE for transmitting data in a control region of the time interval, that is, resources used by the base station to allocate users in the control region to transmit data to the UE. In addition, the resource information may indicate resources for transmitting data in the control region through a bitmap or indication information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the resource information includes:
information of a control unit for transmitting data within the control region.
In this embodiment, the information of the control unit may be a number of each control unit. Or the control units for transmitting data are consecutive control units, the above information may be the numbers of the start unit and the end unit of the control units for transmitting data. Or the above information may also be the number of the starting control unit among the control units used for transmitting data, i.e. all control units from the beginning of the number to the end of the time interval are control units used for transmitting data.
For example: taking the control element as a CCE for example, it is assumed that the number of CCEs available for control channel transmission in the control region is N +2, and the logical numbers are 0,1,2, …, and N + 1. Assume that two terminals, UE1 and UE2, are scheduled within the time interval, and that the aggregation level of UE1 is 1 and the aggregation level of UE2 is 2. The DCI for scheduling UE1 on the base station side includes CCE information that can be used for data transmission of UE1 in the control region, and for example, CCE1 and CCE2 can be used for data transmission of UE 1. The DCI for scheduling UE2 on the base station side includes CCE information that can be used for data transmission of UE2 in the control region, and for example, CCE N +1 may be used for data transmission of UE 2. The UE knows the resources that can be used for data transmission in a time interval (short TTI, i.e., TTI with length less than 1 ms) according to the resource allocation information in the DCI and the control unit information that can be used by the UE in the control region. For example: as shown in fig. 11.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and the UE determines data transmission resources according to the downlink control information, wherein the data transmission resources comprise resources used for transmitting data in the control region, or the data transmission resources comprise resources used for transmitting data in the control region and resources in the data region of the time interval.

For example: such as the data transmission resources shown in fig. 3 to 11.
Optionally, the downlink control information further includes scheduling information of a downlink data channel.
In this embodiment, it can be realized that the downlink control information includes scheduling information of a downlink data channel, so that the UE can determine resources for transmitting data by users in the control region and resources in the data region according to the downlink control information.
Optionally, if the resource information is an invalid value, it indicates that all resources in the control region cannot be used for transmitting data.
In this embodiment, the resource information may be an invalid value, for example: if the information field of the resource information is all 1, it indicates that all resources in the control region cannot be used for data transmission 1. For example: assuming that the DCI needs to carry resource information occupied by N other terminals in the control region of the time interval, when the number of actually scheduled terminals is greater than N, the base station sets the information region to an invalid value to indicate that all resources in the control region cannot be used for transmitting data.
