Because preceding upper reinforcement 11 is metal construction, is two-layer parallel arrangement with box 4, then the limit 301 of bending of iron table face 3 is difficult for aiming at when the card is gone into clearance 6, and adopts the rake 5 of bending to regard as the direction of iron table face 3 at reinforcement both ends, the installation of being convenient for.
In this embodiment, upper left reinforcement 21 and upper right reinforcement 22 look sideways at and all are the L font, wherein one side of "L" laminates the last edge of box 4 curb plate respectively and uses screwed connection, and the another side of "L" laminates the inboard upper portion of box 4 curb plate respectively, and upper left reinforcement 21 and upper right reinforcement 22 are connected with the backplate of box 4 simultaneously, and upper front reinforcement 11 combines for the structure of whole box 4 also forms closed rectangle structure on the top.
In this embodiment, the bending edges 301 on the left and right sides of the iron table top 3 respectively have a notch, the iron table top 3 avoids the front upper reinforcement 11 through the first notch 303 and is fastened on the box 4, and the iron table top 3 is horizontally clamped into the gap 6 formed between the front upper reinforcement 11 and the box 4 through the bending edges 301 on the left and right sides of the iron table top 3, so that the iron table top 3 and the box 4 are fixedly mounted.
In this embodiment, the limit 301 of bending of the left and right sides of the iron table top 3 is clamped into the gap 6 formed between the front upper reinforcing part 11 and the box body 4 and then contacts with the first limit 101 of the front upper reinforcing part 11, the first limit 101 has a limiting effect, so that the iron table top 3 is prevented from shaking in the reinforcing part gap 6, and the installation position of the iron table top 3 is fixed.

Claims (9)

1. A fixed structure of an iron table top of a washing machine comprises a box body (4), wherein the iron table top (3) is arranged above the box body (4); the box is characterized in that a left upper reinforcing part (21) and a right upper reinforcing part (22) are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the box body (4), the left upper reinforcing part (21) and the right upper reinforcing part (22) are connected through at least one upper reinforcing part (1), and two ends of the upper reinforcing part (1) respectively protrude out of the edges of the left upper reinforcing part (21) and the right upper reinforcing part (22) to form a gap (6) with the top end of the box body (4); the left side and the right side of the iron table top (3) are provided with bending edges (301), and the bending edges (301) are clamped into corresponding gaps (6) to realize the clamping installation of the iron table top (3) and the box body (4).

The fixing structure of the iron table top of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein four sides of the iron table top (3) are provided with folded edges perpendicular to the plane of the iron table top (3), the end parts of the folded edges (302) at the left and right sides of the iron table top (3) are provided with folded edges (301) perpendicular to the folded edges (302) and horizontally bent towards the center direction of the iron table top, and the folded edges at the front and/or rear sides of the iron table top (3) are respectively and correspondingly and fixedly connected with the front side plate or the rear side plate of the box body.

The fixing structure of the iron table top of the washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bending edge (301) has at least one notch, the notch and the upper reinforcement (1) are arranged in a staggered manner, and the width of the notch is greater than or equal to the width of the upper reinforcement (1); the bending edges (301) at the left side and the right side of the iron table top (3) are horizontally clamped into a gap (6) formed between the upper reinforcing part (1) and the box body (4), so that the iron table top (3) and the box body (4) are clamped and installed.

The fixing structure of the iron table-board of the washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the same side of the two ends of the upper reinforcement (1) is respectively provided with a bending rake (5), and the bending rake (5) is arranged on one side close to the back plate of the washing machine.

The fixing structure of the iron table top of the washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper reinforcement (1) is divided into a front upper reinforcement (11) and a middle upper reinforcement (12), the front end of the front upper reinforcement (11) has a first folded edge (101) folded downwards, and the rear end has a second folded edge (102) folded upwards.

The fixing structure of the iron table top of the washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the middle part of the upper left reinforcement (21) and the middle part of the upper right reinforcement (22) are connected through the upper middle reinforcement (12), two ends of the upper middle reinforcement (12) respectively protrude out of the edges of the upper left reinforcement (21) and the upper right reinforcement (22) to form a gap (6) with the top end of the box body (4), and two ends of one side of the upper middle reinforcement (12) far away from the upper front reinforcement (11) are respectively provided with a bending rake (5).
