The embodiment of the invention provides a terminal, which comprises a card seat 1 and a card slot 2 for bearing an electronic card. The card holder 1 is provided with a pop-up device, and when the pop-up device receives a pop-up instruction, the pop-up device pops up the card slot 2 inserted in the card holder 1 from the card holder 1.
The electronic card may be a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a memory card, or the like. It should be noted that after the card slot 2 carrying the electronic card is ejected from the card socket 1, the electronic card will be in a power-off state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the ejection device includes two specific implementation structures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in a first implementation structure, the ejection device includes: the electric gear 301 and the elastic rod 302, wherein the electric gear 301 is arranged on the card holder 1, and one end of the elastic rod 302 is connected with the electric gear 301; when the electric gear 301 receives the pop-up instruction, the electric gear 301 drives the elastic rod 302 to rotate along a first direction (for example, counterclockwise), and when the elastic rod 302 rotates by a preset angle (for example, 90 degrees), the other end of the elastic rod 302 drives the card slot 2 inserted into the card slot 1 to pop up from the card slot 1.
In the first implementation structure, the electric gear 301 may receive the eject instruction by a processor (e.g., a baseband processor, a central processing unit, etc.) of the terminal after receiving a card slot eject request from a display interface of the terminal. When the electric gear 301 drives the elastic rod 302 to rotate along the first direction, at the same time, the processor will detect whether there is an obstacle blocking the card slot 2 from being ejected in the current environment of the terminal, and if so, display information (for example, please remove the obstacle) for prompting to remove the obstacle on the display interface of the terminal, so that the card slot 2 can be ejected from the card socket 1.
In this way, when the virtual button is clicked, the processor may receive a card slot pop-up request from the display interface of the terminal, and further send a pop-up instruction to the electric gear 301, so that the electric gear 301 and the elastic rod 302 pop up the card slot 2 inserted in the card slot 1 from the card slot 1.

As shown in fig. 4, in a second implementation structure, the ejection device includes: the control mechanism 401, a first clamping part 402, a second clamping part 403, a first fixed column 404, a second fixed column 405, an elastic component 406, an operating part 407 and a button 408. One end of the elastic component 406 is connected with the first end of the card holder 1, the other end of the elastic component is connected with the working part 407, the first end of the first fixing column 404 is connected with the working part 407, the first end of the second fixing column 405 is connected with the working part 407, the first fixing column 404 and the second fixing column 405 are respectively located on two sides of the elastic component 406, one end of the control mechanism 401 is connected with the first clamping part 402 and the second clamping part 403, and the other end of the control mechanism is connected with the button 408.
When the card slot 2 is inserted into the card socket 1, the elastic component 406 is in a compression state, the second end of the first fixing column 404 is clamped with the first clamping portion 402, the second end of the second fixing column 405 is clamped with the second clamping portion 403, and the working portion 407 is abutted against the card slot 2.
When the button 408 is shifted in a second direction (e.g., downward), the button 408 receives an eject instruction, and the button 408 drives the control mechanism 401 to move in the second direction, the control mechanism 401 drives the first clamping portion 402 and the second clamping portion 403 to move in the second direction, the first clamping portion 402 is separated from the first fixed column 404, the second clamping portion 403 is separated from the second fixed column 405, the elastic member 406 is in a stretching state, the elastic member 406 drives the working portion 407 to move towards the second end of the card socket 1, and the working portion 407 drives the card slot 2 to eject from the second end of the card socket 1; wherein, the first end of the card holder 1 and the second end of the card holder 1 are two opposite ends of the card holder 1.
Wherein, the button 408 is exposed on the surface of the housing 5 of the terminal, thereby facilitating the user to move the button 408. In addition, in order to facilitate the connection of the control mechanism 401 with the button 408, the first clamping portion 402 and the second clamping portion 403, a through hole 409 is provided at the first end of the card socket 1, and one end of the control mechanism 401 passes through the through hole 409 to be connected with the first clamping portion 402 and the second clamping portion 403.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first engaging portion 402 and the second engaging portion 403 can be both a buckle, and the elastic member 406 can be a spring. It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, specific forms of the first clip portion 402, the second clip portion 403 and the elastic member 406 are not limited.

step 5002, the button drives the control mechanism to move in the second direction, the control mechanism drives the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion to move in the second direction, the first clamping portion is separated from the first fixing column, the second clamping portion is separated from the second fixing column, the elastic component is in a stretching state, the elastic component drives the working portion to move towards the second end of the clamping base, and the working portion drives the clamping groove to pop out from the second end of the clamping base.
Regardless of the first implementation configuration or the second implementation configuration of the ejection apparatus, the terminal records the state of the card slot 2, and displays the state on the display interface of the terminal, so that the user can operate the terminal (for example, perform communication using the terminal). Specifically, when the card slot 2 is inserted into the card socket 1, the terminal may record that the card slot 2 has been inserted into the card socket 1, and similarly, when the card slot 2 is popped out from the card socket 1, the terminal may record that the card slot 2 has been popped out from the card socket 1.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the ejection device is arranged on the card holder 1, and when the ejection device receives the ejection instruction, the card slot 2 inserted in the card holder 1 is ejected from the card holder 1, so that the problems that a user cannot eject the card slot 2 anywhere and the user experience is poor are solved, the card slot 2 can be ejected anytime anywhere by the user, and the effect of improving the user experience is achieved. one end of the elastic component (406) is connected with the first end of the card holder (1), the other end of the elastic component is connected with the working part (407), the first end of the first fixing column (404) is connected with the working part (407), the first end of the second fixing column (405) is connected with the working part (407), the first fixing column (404) and the second fixing column (405) are respectively located on two sides of the elastic component (406), one end of the control mechanism (401) is connected with the first clamping part (402) and the second clamping part (403), and the other end of the control mechanism is connected with the button (408);
when the card slot (2) is inserted into the card seat (1), the elastic component (406) is in a compressed state, the second end of the first fixing column (404) is clamped with the first clamping portion (402), the second end of the second fixing column (405) is clamped with the second clamping portion (403), and the working portion (407) is abutted against the card slot (2);
when the button (408) is shifted towards a second direction, the button (408) receives a pop-up instruction, the button (408) drives the control mechanism (401) to move towards the second direction, the control mechanism (401) drives the first clamping portion (402) and the second clamping portion (403) to move towards the second direction, the first clamping portion (402) is separated from the first fixed column (404), the second clamping portion (403) is separated from the second fixed column (405), the elastic component (406) is in a stretching state, the elastic component (406) drives the working portion (407) to move towards the second end of the card holder (1), and the working portion (407) drives the card slot (2) to pop up from the second end of the card holder (1); the first end of the card holder (1) and the second end of the card holder (1) are two opposite ends of the card holder (1).
