本发明公开了一种光量子空气净化器,属于净化器技术领域。所述的净化器包括风机,出风口和进风口,所述的进风口依次与初级过滤棉,高效过滤棉和活性碳相连,所述的活性碳与风机之间设有光量子发生器。本发明光量子空气净化器是在传统滤网过滤结构方式进行创新的新型原理的产品,其特点是在过滤装置后面加光量子特有光净化装置,专业多级过滤,可以将空气中质95%的病毒细菌彻底分解,同时对于一些易氨气,硫化氢,甲醛,苯系物气体可使它们氧化成相应的中性气体二氧化碳,水,二氧化氮等无污染物。

一种光量子空气净化器
技术领域
本发明属于净化器技术领域,具体涉及一种通过光量子使通过它的氨气,甲醛,芳香烃类,有机物(如蛋白质,病毒核甘酸)获得能量彻底氧化分解,同时光量子的能量还能激发氧气中的氧原子使其获得电子,形成负氧离子达到净化空气杀菌消毒的目的。
背景技术
空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
臭氧可以杀菌,在杀灭一些病毒细菌的同时也可能杀灭人体白细胞,有导致癌变的可能。因此一般不用于家用空气净化产品。臭氧因子主要是用来对空气进行灭菌消毒,臭氧是一种世界公认高效的灭菌解毒氧化剂,可高效分解各类装修污染物,快速杀灭各种病毒和细菌。能满足刚装修完和阶段性专门静态治理,但因为臭氧所具有的强氧化作用,会对人产生伤害,加速物体表面老化,需要提示的是这种处理方法需要人员回避,定时处理完30分钟后自动还原为氧气,是一种没有任何化学残留的绿色氧化分解剂。
紫外线在机器内部使用紫外线灯消毒杀菌,但是也容易产生过多臭氧。要达到有效的消毒功能必须保证一定的照射时间,空气净化器一般风速较大,因此紫外杀菌能力有限,并且人体不能长时间收到紫外照射,对其密封要严密。
光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它涂布于基材表面,在光线的作用下,产生催化降解功能,能降解空气中有毒有害气体,带紫外光源的光催化空气净化装置,其净化效率为3%(按装置进、出风口污染物浓度差别计算),最好的也未达到5%。因此其净化效率非常低,并且有关研究表明光催化过程中会产生剧毒中间产物。
负离子和等离子体法是通过使空气中的颗粒物带电,聚结形成较大颗粒而沉降,但颗粒物实际上并未移除,只是附着于附近的表面上,易导致再次扬尘。高压离子技术在工作过程中会产生臭氧等副产物。
空气净化器是一种通过单循环方式过滤空气的装置,将室内的空气通过风机离心力作用使电机内部产生一定的真空度(负压),从而使室内空气产生流动,再通过各种的过滤网,过滤掉空气在的粉尘颗粒,PM2.5等物质,而对于病原体,细菌,芳香烃类物质无法杀除,目前市场上主要是通过活性炭来吸附这些有害物质,由于其安装活性炭网后,大大增大了风道的风阻,从而使要达到相同风量的空气净化器需要更大功率的风机才能达到,而且活性炭网还得定期更换,大大增加了空气净化器的使用成本,不节能环保,影响客户体验。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述存在的问题提供一种光量子空气净化器。该空气净化器利用光解氧化技术产生的光线对空气中,微生物,病原体,细菌,笨系物,挥发性有机物等大分子链进行轰击分解成小颗粒分子状态,同时利用该波段的光线的光束强大的轰击力,将空气中O2分解成O-离子。利用O-离子的强氧化性,将轰击分解成小颗粒分子和氨气,硫化氢,甲醛等还原性气体氧化分解成二氧化碳,二氧化氮,水。有效净化效率达到95%以上,能够彻底的分解空气中的异味怪味,细菌病毒,等,达到空气净化的要求。
同时光量子轰击氧气产生的负氧离子,负氧离子具有极佳的净化除尘,减少二手烟危害、改善预防呼吸道疾病、改善睡眠、抗氧化、防衰老、清除体内自由基、降低血液粘稠度的效果,在医学界享有“维他氧”、“空气维生素”、“长寿素”和“空气维他命”等美称。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种光量子空气净化器,该净化器包括风机,出风口和进风口,所述的进风口依次与初级过滤棉,高效过滤棉和活性碳相连,所述的活性碳与风机之间设有光量子发生器。
本发明技术方案中:所述的出风口处设有出风栅。
本发明技术方案中:所述的净化器内腔中设有储水器,在所述的储水器的下方设有海绵体。
本发明技术方案中:所述的出风口位于净化器的顶部方,所述的进风口位于净化器的侧面。
本发明技术方案中:控制面板位于净化器的顶部。
本发明技术方案中:光量子发生器是以二氧化硅为原料,按照日光灯管的制作工艺制造石英灯管。将上述的石英管抽真空,并注入高纯度水银(汞的含量为99.999%以上水银,同时在里面冲入一定比例的惰性气体(氦,氖,氩,氪气体按照特定比例混合)并封头处理与电器接通,得到光量子发射管。当光量子发生管接通320~450v启动电压启动,220V 电压持续供电情况下,即可产生光波波段的光子(即光量子)。为了保证光量子的发生器的量,我们通过控制电流来实现。
在控制光量子净化效率时候,我们设计适合净化的风道,将经过光量子的风速控制在 2.5m/s情况下。同时根据传感器反馈病毒异味情况的数据,将自动调节光量子发生的强度,确保空气除异味(氨气,甲醛等),有害气体(苯系物),挥发性有机物,细菌病毒的综合效率到达95%以上。
本发明的光解氧化净化在使用过程中严格按照技术要求实行。
1.先将光解氧化净化装置镶嵌到过滤网净化的末端,前期的初效HEPA和高效HEPA,主要作用在于过滤pm2.5,粉尘颗粒,将净化除异味功能至于末端。
2.所用的电子原件,电线,注塑件都是根据抗紫外线设计的。确保光量子照射到的地方,不产生二次污染,不产生新的有害气体。
3.同时这种净化方式在末端,光解氧化装置并不需要进行二次更换,使用寿命达到 8000小时以上,降低传统的净化方式在净化末端的成本。同时在电能消耗上,光量子更节能,能量消耗跟同等长度的白炽灯功率相同(光量子发生器根据不同应用场合长度不一样,故无法给出具体功率),更节能。
本发明的有益效果:
光量子空气净化器是在传统滤网过滤结构方式进行创新的新型原理的产品,其特点是在过滤装置后面加光量子特有光净化装置,专业多级过滤,可以将空气中质95%的病毒细菌彻底分解,同时对于一些易氨气,硫化氢,甲醛,苯系物气体可使它们氧化成相应的中性气体二氧化碳,水,二氧化氮,等无污染物,同时该发明专利具有一下有点。
1:在安全方面,光量子发生器克服了紫外线产生臭氧的通病,通过物理和化学双重处理方式净化,净化更彻底。
2:在应用成本上,克服了传统活性炭吸附成本高的缺点,而且在空气流动风压方面,由于没有活性炭大风阻特点,可以用更小风压的电机电动整个空气的流动,风机功率更低,风机更节能。
3:在净化效率上,光量子净化效率绝不低于目前活性炭吸附,目前市场上活性炭吸附在空气方面净化效率仅仅85%左右,而且对细菌病毒类不能达到消毒的作用,光量子在除异味和细菌病毒方面效率到达95%左右。
4:在用户健康方面,光量子轰击氧气产生的负氧离子,具有改善预付呼吸道疾病,改善睡眠,抗防衰老、清除体内自由基、降低血液粘稠度的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
一种光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:该净化器包括风机(8),出风口(2)和进风口(7),所述的进风口(7)依次与初级过滤棉(3),高效过滤棉(4)和活性碳(5)相连,所述的活性碳(5)与风机(8)之间设有光量子发生器(9)。所述的出风口(2)处设有出风栅(1)。所述的净化器内腔中设有储水器,在所述的储水器的下方设有海绵体(6)。所述的出风口(2)位于净化器的顶部,所述的进风口(7)位于净化器的侧面。控制面板 (10)位于净化器的顶部。
室内的空气经过8(风机)产生离心力作用产生吸力,将室内的空气吸入7(进风口),再进入3(初级过滤棉)除去空气中的大颗粒物质和粉尘。再经过4(高效过滤棉)除去空气中小颗粒物质PM2.5,再经过5(活性碳)去除空气中的焦油等物质,再进过9(光量子发生器)将空气中的病毒,空气中的有机物(病原体等)将会被激发分解成NO2, CO2和H2O。同时在空气中的O2获得能量激发得到电子形成负氧离子(具有森林氧吧之称),在通过2(出风口)排到室内。
储水器下面连接6(海绵体)将海绵吸水,由于8(风机)的作用产生流动空气,海绵水分挥发,随空气加湿回到排室内。

1.一种光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:该净化器包括风机(8),出风口(2)和进风口(7),所述的进风口(7)依次与初级过滤棉(3),高效过滤棉(4)和活性碳(5)相连,所述的活性碳(5)与风机(8)之间设有光量子发生器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的出风口(2)处设有出风栅(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的净化器内腔中设有储水器,在所述的储水器的下方设有海绵体(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的出风口(2)位于净化器的顶部,所述的进风口(7)位于净化器的侧面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光量子空气净化器,其特征在于:控制面板(10)位于净化器的顶部。
