Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of valves, and discloses a one-way valve. It comprises the following steps: the valve body is provided with an inlet for fluid inflow and an outlet for fluid outflow; the check assembly is arranged at the inlet and used for controlling the opening and closing of the one-way valve, and comprises a valve core, a spring and a spring seat which are sequentially arranged from the inlet to the inside of the valve body; the pressure regulating device is arranged between the inlet and the outlet and comprises an adjusting screw with one end in threaded fit with the spring seat and a guide rail fixed inside the valve body and in fit with the spring seat, the other end of the adjusting screw penetrates out of the valve body, and the guide direction of the guide rail is the same as the length direction of the spring. The one-way valve is of an angle structure, and the pressure adjustment is external, so that the on-line adjustment is more convenient and accurate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of valves, in particular to an angle type one-way valve.
Background
Currently, the structure type of the one-way valve is generally straight-through type. As shown in fig. 1, the through check valve mainly comprises a valve body 1 ', a valve seat 2', a valve core 3 ', a spring 4' and an adjusting bolt 5 ', wherein the valve body 1' comprises a straight pipe, the valve seat 2 'is arranged at one end of the straight pipe, the valve core 3' is abutted against the valve seat 2 ', the spring 4' and the adjusting bolt 5 'are sequentially arranged at one side of the valve core 3' away from the valve seat 2 'along the axial direction of the straight pipe, and when the check valve is used for pressure regulation, the adjusting bolt 5' moves along the axial direction by rotating the adjusting bolt 5 'in the straight pipe, the spring 4' stretches or compresses along with the adjusting bolt, and the opening pressure of the check valve is reduced or increased. When the fluid pressure is higher than the opening pressure of the one-way valve, the fluid pushes the valve core 3 'to move away from the valve seat 2', the fluid flows into the straight pipe, and when the fluid pressure is lower than the opening pressure of the one-way valve, the fluid cannot push the valve core 3 ', and the fluid cannot pass through the valve body 1'. When the fluid flows reversely, the valve core 3 'is pressed against the valve seat 2', and the fluid cannot pass through.
The disadvantage of the straight-through type check valve is that the opening pressure is difficult to adjust on line, the check valve needs to be detached from the pipeline, then the position of an adjusting bolt in the valve body of the check valve is adjusted, and then the check valve is installed back to the pipeline to detect the opening pressure, so that whether the opening pressure of the check valve reaches the required pressure is judged. If the opening pressure is not accurately regulated, the regulating bolt is required to be regulated for multiple times, namely the check valve is required to be disassembled and assembled for multiple times, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming and brings difficulty to field operation.
And secondly, when the straight-through type one-way valve is sealed, an O-shaped sealing ring is adopted, and when the fluid pressure is too high, the outlet pressure resistance is insufficient and the pressure difference is high, the sealing ring is easy to separate from the sealing groove, so that the sealing groove cannot play a sealing role, and the fluid is easy to leak to one end of the valve body in the outlet direction, thereby causing trouble to the working process.
Therefore, a new check valve is needed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a one-way valve so as to solve the problems of difficult on-line adjustment of the opening pressure and complex adjustment flow of the existing one-way valve.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A one-way valve, comprising:
a valve body provided with an inlet through which fluid flows in and an outlet through which fluid flows out;
The check assembly is arranged at the inlet and used for controlling the opening and closing of the one-way valve, and comprises a valve core, a spring and a spring seat which are sequentially arranged from the inlet to the inside of the valve body;
The pressure regulating device is arranged between the inlet and the outlet, and comprises an adjusting screw rod with one end in threaded fit with the spring seat and a guide rail which is fixed inside the valve body and in fit with the spring seat, the other end of the adjusting screw rod penetrates out of the valve body, and the guide direction of the guide rail is the same as the length direction of the spring.
Preferably, the pressure regulating device further comprises a thrust bearing arranged on the valve body, and the thrust bearing penetrates through the regulating screw rod.
Preferably, the pressure regulating device further comprises a lock nut which is in threaded fit with one end of the regulating screw, which penetrates out of the valve body.
Preferably, one end of the adjusting screw extending out of the valve body is cuboid.
Preferably, the valve further comprises a safety cover, wherein the safety cover is connected with the valve body to form an accommodating cavity for accommodating the part of the adjusting screw penetrating out of the valve body.
Preferably, the valve core comprises a valve core body, a sealing gasket and a valve core seat, the sealing gasket is arranged between the valve core body and the valve core seat, a limiting needle is arranged on the valve core body, a limiting hole is formed in the valve core seat, the valve core body and the valve core seat are in matched limiting through the limiting needle and the limiting hole, and the valve core is in sealed matching with a structure forming the inlet.
Preferably, the valve body comprises a straight-through branch pipe and a side-through branch pipe which are perpendicular to each other, the side-through branch pipe is connected out of the straight-through branch pipe, one end of the straight-through branch pipe is the inlet, and the end of the side-through branch pipe far away from the straight-through branch pipe is the outlet.
Preferably, the valve seat is arranged in the valve body and is positioned at one end of the inlet, and the valve cover is arranged at the other end of the straight-through branch pipe and is in sealing connection with the valve body.
Preferably, the check assembly is disposed in the straight-through branch pipe of the valve body, and the valve element of the check assembly abuts against the valve seat.
Preferably, the spring seat, the guide rail and the thrust bearing of the pressure regulating device are arranged in the straight-through branch pipe of the valve body, and the pressure regulating device is arranged close to the valve cover.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the one-way valve is of an angle structure, and the purpose of on-line adjustment when the opening pressure of the one-way valve is adjusted is achieved by adopting the external pressure adjusting device, so that the adjustment process is more convenient and accurate;
The thrust bearing is adopted, so that circumferential force is reduced when the adjusting screw is rotated, and adjustment is easier;
The sealing gasket is adopted to replace an O-shaped sealing ring, so that the sealing reliability is improved, and the phenomenon of fluid leakage can not occur when the one-way valve is in high pressure difference.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the one-way valve provided by the embodiment comprises a valve body 1, a non-return assembly 3 and a pressure regulating device 4; the valve body 1 comprises a straight through branch pipe and a side through branch pipe which are mutually perpendicular, the side through branch pipe is connected by the straight through branch pipe, one end of the straight through branch pipe is used as an inlet 11 for inflow of fluid, and the end of the side through branch pipe far away from the straight through branch pipe is used as an outlet 12 for outflow of fluid. The non-return assembly 3 is arranged in the straight-through branch pipe of the valve body 1 and is positioned at the inlet 11, and comprises a valve core 31, a spring 32 and a spring seat 33 which are sequentially arranged from the inlet 11 to the inside of the valve body 1, and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the one-way valve, and simultaneously can control the flow direction of fluid to only flow in from the fluid inlet 11, flow out from the outlet 12 and not flow in the opposite direction through the one-way valve; the pressure regulating device 4 is arranged between the inlet 11 and the outlet 12, and structurally comprises an adjusting screw rod 42 with one end in threaded fit with the spring seat 33 and a guide rail 41 fixed inside the valve body 1 and in fit with the spring seat 33, wherein the other end of the adjusting screw rod 42 penetrates out of the valve body 1, and the guide direction of the guide rail 41 is the same as the length direction of the spring 32. By rotating the adjusting screw 42, the spring seat 33 engaged with the adjusting screw is linearly moved along the axial direction of the adjusting screw 42 under the guide of the guide rail 41, and if the spring seat 33 moves toward the inlet 11, it compresses the spring 32 to increase the opening pressure of the check valve, and otherwise, the opening pressure value is reduced.
A valve cover 5 is arranged on the straight through branch pipe of the valve body 1 at the end opposite to the fluid inlet 11, and the valve cover 5 is in sealing connection with the valve body 1.
The valve body 1 is also provided with the thrust bearing 43, the thrust bearing 43 is arranged on the adjusting screw rod 42 in a penetrating way, and the thrust bearing 43 is arranged close to the valve cover 5.
The lock nut 44 is arranged at the outer part of the valve body 1 and is propped against the end part of the valve cover 5, one end of the lock nut 44 penetrating out of the valve body 1 is in threaded fit with the adjusting screw 42, when a user adjusts the required opening pressure through the adjusting screw 42, the lock nut 44 needs to be further propped against the end part of the valve cover 5, so that the adjusting screw 42 is kept in a static state without being influenced by external force, and the position of the spring seat 33 is prevented from being influenced by the circumferential movement of the adjusting screw 42, so that the set opening pressure value is changed.
In order to facilitate the pressure adjustment of the check valve by a user, one end of the adjusting screw 42 extending out of the valve body 1 is set to be a cuboid, so that the adjusting screw 42 can be adjusted by the user through tools such as a spanner. When the user finishes the adjustment and tightens the lock nut 44, the safety cover 6 needs to be covered on one end of the valve body 1 close to the valve cover 5, so that the lock nut 44 is prevented from being interfered by external force.
The valve seat 2 is arranged at the fluid inlet 11 of the check valve, the check assembly 3 is abutted against the valve seat 2, the valve core 31 in the check assembly 3 further comprises a valve core body 311, a sealing gasket 312 and a valve core seat 313, the valve core body 311 is positioned in the valve seat 2, the edge of the valve seat 2 is tightly attached to the sealing gasket 312, the valve core body 311 is inserted into a limiting hole of the valve core seat 313 through a limiting needle passing through the sealing gasket 312, the assembly of the whole valve core 31 is realized, and when the pressure value of fluid at the fluid inlet 11 needs to reach the opening pressure value of the check valve, the fluid pushes up the valve core 31, and the flow of the fluid is realized. Before this, the valve element 31 and the valve seat 2 at the inlet 11 are sealed by using the oil-resistant rubber packing 312.
The spring seat 33, the guide rail 41 and the thrust bearing 43 in the pressure regulating device 4 are positioned in the straight-through branch pipe of the valve body 1 and are close to the valve cover 5, and the pressure regulating device 4 is arranged at the valve cover 5 due to the fact that the one-way valve adopts external pressure regulation, and the one-way valve is convenient for regulating the pressure in real time.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an explosion structure of the check valve, when the check valve is adjusted, the safety cover 6 is firstly detached from the valve body 1, then the lock nut 44 is unscrewed by a wrench until a certain gap is reserved between the safety cover and the valve cover 5, one end of a cuboid of the adjusting screw 42 is clamped by the wrench, the adjusting screw is rotated along the circumferential direction of the adjusting screw 42, the adjusting screw is rotated, meanwhile, the spring seat 33 moves under the guide of the guide rail 41 in the valve body 1, if the opening pressure is required to be increased by a user, the spring seat 33 moves towards the direction of the inlet 11, and otherwise, the spring seat 33 moves towards one end of the valve cover 5. When the required opening pressure value is set, the lock nut 44 is locked to the adjusting screw 42 by a spanner, the safety cover 6 is mounted on the valve body 1, and the one-time adjusting process is completed.

The valve core (31) comprises a valve core body (311), a sealing gasket (312) and a valve core seat (313), wherein the sealing gasket (312) is arranged between the valve core body (311) and the valve core seat (313), a limiting needle is arranged on the valve core body (311), a limiting hole is formed in the valve core seat (313), the valve core body (311) and the valve core seat (313) are in matched limiting through the limiting needle and the limiting hole, and the valve core (31) is in sealed matching with a structure forming the inlet (11);
the pressure regulating device (4) is arranged between the inlet (11) and the outlet (12) and comprises an adjusting screw (42) with one end in threaded fit with the spring seat (33) and a guide rail (41) which is fixed inside the valve body (1) and in fit with the spring seat (33), the other end of the adjusting screw (42) penetrates out of the valve body (1), and the guiding direction of the guide rail (41) is the same as the length direction of the spring (32);
the safety cover (6), the safety cover (6) is connected with the valve body (1) and forms a containing cavity, and the safety cover (6) is used for containing the part of the adjusting screw (42) penetrating out of the valve body (1).
