一种防水透气无纺布,包括基层、防水层、第一透气层、第二透气层;所述基层上表面设有所述防水层、所述防水层远离所述基层的表面设有第一透气层,所述基层的下表面设有所述第二透气层。本发明的有益效果为:(1)第一透气层和第二透气层均为TPU膜层,具体良好的弹性,避免无纺布在使用过程中容易被扯断,其中第一透气层表面还设有耐磨层,提高了无纺布的使用寿命;(2)耐磨层中含有的聚四氟乙烯,在一定程度上提高了无纺布表面的耐腐蚀性;(3)该无纺布具有良好的防水性和透气性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种防水透气无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。其中, 喷丝所用的喷丝板又称纺丝帽。喷丝板的作用是将黏流态的高聚物熔体或溶液,通过微孔转变成有特定截面状的细流,经过凝固介质如空气或凝固浴固化而形成丝条。
随着无纺布越来越广泛的使用,人们对无纺布的性能要求越来越高,比如无纺布的透气性、防水性,还有抗拉性能和耐磨性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种防水透气无纺布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种防水透气无纺布,包括基层、防水层、第一透气层、第二透气层;所述基层上表面设有所述防水层、所述防水层远离所述基层的表面设有第一透气层,所述基层的下表面设有所述第二透气层;所述第一透气层上纵向开设有第一透气孔,所述第二透气层上纵向开设有第二透气孔;所述防水层由防水涂料均匀涂覆于所述基层上表面之后烘干所得。
优选地,所述防水涂料包括以下重量份数原料:7-8份N- 甲基乙醇胺,30-35份甲苯、40-45份丁酮,75份聚氨酯树脂,40-45份水。
优选地,所述防水涂料由以下方法制得:将重量份数原料7-8份N- 甲基乙醇胺,30-35份甲苯、40-45份丁酮,75份聚氨酯树脂,40-45份水混合之后恒温搅拌1-2h,得到混合物A;将混合物A冷却至常温25℃,即得到所述防水涂料。
优选地,所述恒温为80-90℃。
优选地,所述第一透气层包括TPU膜层及耐磨层。
优选地,所述所述耐磨层由耐磨涂料均匀涂覆于所述TPU膜层上表面之后烘干所得。
优选地,所述耐磨涂料包括以下重量份数原料:85-90份聚四氟乙烯及25-30份石墨。
优选地,所述耐磨涂料由重量份数85-90份聚四氟乙烯及25-30份石墨混合之后,在恒温60-70℃下搅拌2-3h制得。
优选地,所述第二透气层为TPU膜层。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)第一透气层和第二透气层均为TPU膜层,具体良好的弹性,避免无纺布在使用过程中容易被扯断,其中第一透气层表面还设有耐磨层,提高了无纺布的使用寿命;(2)耐磨层中含有的聚四氟乙烯,在一定程度上提高了无纺布表面的耐腐蚀性;(3)该无纺布具有良好的防水性和透气性。

如附图1所示,一种防水透气无纺布,包括基层100、防水层200、第一透气层300、第二透气层400;所述基层100上表面设有所述防水层200、所述防水层200远离所述基层100的表面设有第一透气层300,所述基层100的下表面设有所述第二透气层400;所述第一透气层300上纵向开设有第一透气孔301,所述第二透气层400上纵向开设有第二透气孔401;所述第一透气孔301和所述第二透气孔401在一定程度上提高了无纺布的透气性。
所述第一透气层300包括TPU膜层及耐磨层,所述第二透气层400为TPU膜层。TPU,热可塑性TPU 弹性体,是由含NCO官能基的MDI 与含OH 官能基的POLYOL、1.4BG,经押出混炼而制成,由于弹性好、物性佳、各种机械强度都很好,因此,广泛用于射出、押出、压延及溶解成溶液型树脂等加工方式,是塑胶加工业者经常使用的塑胶材料,其制成产品涵盖了工业应用和民用必需品的范围。TPU膜在一定程度上提高了无纺布的弹性,抗拉性能,延长了其使用寿命。
所述防水层200由防水涂料均匀涂覆于所述基层上表面之后烘干所得。所述防水涂料由以下方法制得:将重量份数原料7-8份N-甲基乙醇胺,30-35份甲苯、40-45份丁酮,75份聚氨酯树脂,40-45份水混合之后恒温80-90℃搅拌1-2h,得到混合物A;将混合物A冷却至常温25℃,即得到所述防水涂料。
所述所述耐磨层由耐磨涂料均匀涂覆于所述TPU膜层上表面之后烘干所得。所述耐磨涂料由重量份数85-90份聚四氟乙烯及25-30份石墨混合之后,在恒温60-70℃下搅拌2-3h制得。聚四氟乙烯,在一定程度上提高了无纺布表面的耐腐蚀性,石墨在一定程度上提高了无纺布的耐磨性。
