Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transportation equipment, in particular to a bottom cross beam of a container and the container with the bottom cross beam.
Background
Containers are generally comprised of a pair of side walls, a door end, a front end, a roof, and a base frame. The main bearing part of the container is an underframe, and the underframe structure of the container is composed of two bottom side beams and a plurality of bottom cross beams connected with the bottom side beams, wherein the bottom cross beams are key stress parts of the underframe. At present, the bottom cross beam of the container is formed and processed by steel plates, most of the cross section of the bottom cross beam is of a C-shaped cross section structure, although the bottom cross beam of the structure is simple to process and easy to form, the thickness of plates is consistent, and the bottom cross beam is not suitable for weight reduction through optimized design.
As welding technology has been continuously improved and matured, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the structure of the bottom cross member 1 is initially studied on a welded structure, which is typically an "i" section structure. The web 2 of the i-beam is located in the middle of the upper wing plate 3 and the lower wing plate 4, which will make the floor 5 difficult to connect with the bottom beam 1. However, if the thickness of the wing plate is increased, a large amount of material is consumed and the weight of the base beam is increased.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a bottom cross member of a container and a container having the same to at least partially solve the above problems.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 3 to 6 show the structure of the bottom cross member of the underframe of the container according to the first embodiment of the invention. The bottom rail 110 is connected to the floor 130 of the container by floor nails (not shown).
The cross section of the bottom beam 110 is in an i shape, and includes an upper wing plate 111, a lower wing plate 112, and a web 113 connected between the upper wing plate 111 and the lower wing plate 112. The upper wing plate 111 and the lower wing plate 112 are both horizontally arranged, and the web 113 is vertically arranged. The upper wing plate 111, the lower wing plate 112 and the web 113 may be connected together by welding.
As shown in fig. 5, the thickness D1 of the web 113 in the width direction is smaller than the thickness D2 of the upper wing plate 111 in the vertical direction, and the thickness D1 of the web 113 in the width direction is smaller than the thickness D3 of the lower wing plate 112 in the vertical direction, which reduces the weight of the bottom cross member 110. And in cross section, the distance between one side edge of the web 113 at the position of the convex part 115 and the edge of the upper wing plate 111 or the lower wing plate 112 is larger, so that enough space for connecting the upper wing plate 111 and the lower wing plate 112 by floor nails is provided, and the floor and the bottom cross beam are convenient to connect. Meanwhile, the thickness of the web 113 is smaller than the thicknesses of the upper wing plate 111 and the lower wing plate 112, and the total weight of the upper wing plate, the web and the lower wing plate can be smaller than that of the upper wing plate, the web and the lower wing plate of the existing bottom cross beam, so that less material is consumed, and the purpose of reducing weight can be achieved.
Further, to facilitate the connection of the welded bottom cross member 110 to the floor panel 130, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the web 113 includes a protruding portion 115 and a flat portion 116. The flat plate portion 116 extends in the longitudinal direction of the base cross member 110, the protruding portion 115 protrudes from the flat plate portion 116 in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the protruding portion 115 is hollow in the entire height direction along the web 113. The floor nail is received in the hollow space 114 of the boss 115 after passing through the upper wing plate 111. The boss 115 is configured to be arc-shaped in cross section.
The web 113 in fig. 5 includes a plurality of flat plate portions 116 and a plurality of protruding portions 115, and the flat plate portions 116 and the protruding portions 115 are alternately arranged in the length direction of the bottom cross member 110. The plurality of protrusions 115 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the base beam 110. A plurality of bosses 115 may protrude on the same side of web 113.
As such, when the bottom cross member 110 according to the present invention is coupled with the floor of the container, the floor nail sequentially penetrates the floor 130 and the upper wing plate 111, and finally enters the space of the boss 115, thereby coupling the floor 130 and the bottom cross member 110 together. Due to the presence of the raised portion, the floor nail can be connected in the middle of the width direction of the wing plate during the nailing process. According to the above embodiment, the present invention can reduce the weight of the floor panel, and can facilitate the floor panel and the upper wing panel to be connected by the floor nail in the middle of the wing panel in the width direction, since the protrusion provides the hollow part with one side opened. The protrusions 115 are perpendicular to the upper wing plate 111, the number of the protrusions 115 corresponds to the number of the floor nails, and the positions where the protrusions 115 are disposed also correspond to the positions where the floor nails are coupled. In the width direction, the boss portion 115 does not protrude from the upper wing 111, and the boss portion 115 does not protrude from the lower wing 112. Thus, the space 114 is sufficient to accommodate a floor nail, which can pass smoothly from the upper wing plate 111 into the space 114 of the boss 115.
Alternatively, the plurality of protrusions 115 protrude toward both sides of the web 113 in the width direction, respectively, or alternately protrude toward both sides of the web 113. Thus, the connection force applied to the floor 130, the upper wing plate 111, the web 113 and the lower wing plate 112 can be prevented from being concentrated on one side, and the overall strength of the underframe of the container can be improved.
The invention also provides a container, and the underframe of the container comprises the bottom cross beam 110.
Fig. 7 to 10 show the structure of a bottom cross member 210 of the underframe of a container according to a second embodiment of the invention. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the cross-sectional structure of the projection 215 of the web 213 is trapezoidal, but the cross-sectional structure may be polygonal in other shapes. Fig. 11 and 12 show the structure of a bottom cross member 310 of the underframe of a container according to a third embodiment of the invention. The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the boss 315 in the first embodiment has a semi-cylindrical hollow portion, the boss 315 in the third embodiment has a semi-conical hollow portion, and a portion near the upper wing plate 311 is a tapered bottom portion, that is, the boss 315 is disposed at an upper portion of the web 313 near the upper wing plate 311 in the overall height direction of the web 313, and the hollow portion constitutes a space 314 in which a floor nail is accommodated, so that the material required for constructing the boss 315 can be reduced, and the weight of the base cross member 310 can be reduced.
