发明一种减少永磁电机转矩脉动的定子铁芯,它由若于带有定子槽(2)和定子齿(3)矽钢片冲片(1)叠压制成;所述的定子铁芯的外圆加工有扭斜槽(5),在每片矽钢片冲片(1)的定子齿(3)根部开有两个对称的小齿(4),使定子铁芯内每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽。本发明的定子铁芯,是通过定子铁芯采用扭斜槽,削弱永磁电机的不同次谐波;采用每片矽钢片冲片的定子齿的根部开有两个对称的小齿,使定子铁芯内每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽,从而使永磁电机气隙磁密波形接近正弦波,达到削弱齿槽转矩的目的,减少永磁同步电机转矩脉动。具有结构简单,工艺成熟的优点,特别适用于电动汽车用永磁同步电机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定子铁芯,特别是一种减少永磁电机转矩脉动的定子铁芯。
背景技术
永磁电机以其效率高,体积小,性能优异的特点,在高控制精度和高可靠性的场合得到广泛应用。这些场合要求电机具有平稳的电磁转矩。永磁电机的电磁转矩是由定子绕组中的电流和转子永磁体产生的气隙磁通相互作用,三相合成产生电磁转矩。理想情况下,定子电流、反电动势波形为正弦波,电磁转矩为恒值,不会产生转矩脉动。而实际在电机中,永磁电机由永磁体励磁,气隙磁场谐波较多,使反电动势的谐波较多。此外,由于变频器供电的非正弦性,定子电流中不可避免地含有高次谐波,不同次数谐波电动势和电流相互作用产生纹波转矩。同时,由于齿槽转矩是永磁电机所特有的现象,永磁电机的齿槽效应会产生齿槽转矩,即永磁体产生的磁场同定子齿槽相互作用产生转矩,引起周期性的转矩脉动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种结构简单,能削弱永磁电机的不同次谐波,减少永磁同步电机转矩脉动的定子铁芯。
本发明的一种减少永磁电机转矩脉动的定子铁芯,它是由若干带有定子槽和定子齿的矽钢片冲片叠压制成;其特征在于所述的定子铁芯的外圆加工有扭斜槽,在每片矽钢片冲片的定子齿根部开有两个对称的小齿,使定子铁芯内圆每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽。
本发明的定子铁芯,是通过定子铁芯采用扭斜槽,削弱永磁电机的不同次谐波;采用每片矽钢片冲片的定子齿的根部开有两个对称的小齿,使定子铁芯内每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽,从而使永磁电机气隙磁密波形接近正弦波,达到削弱齿槽转矩的目的,减少永磁同步电机转矩脉动。具有结构简单,工艺成熟的优点,特别适用于电动汽车用永磁同步电机。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明的一种减少永磁电机转矩脉动的定子铁芯,它由若于矽钢片冲片1叠压制成;先按图要求将矽钢片冲片1加工成有定子槽2和定子齿3的矽钢片冲片1,并在每个定子齿3根部开设两个对称的小齿4,然后将加工好的矽钢片冲片1按图要求叠压制成定子铁芯,使定子铁芯内每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽,在定子铁芯外圆加扭斜槽5,表面焊接成永磁电机的定子。本发明通过定子铁芯采用扭斜槽,削弱永磁电机的不同次谐波;采用每片矽钢片冲片的定子齿的根部开有两个对称的小齿,使定子铁芯内每个定子齿根形成有两个小槽,从而使永磁电机气隙磁密波形接近正弦波,达到削弱齿槽转矩的目的,减少永磁同步电机转矩脉动。
