Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the present invention provides a wind guiding structure installed on an air conditioner, the wind guiding structure includes a wind guiding unit 3 symmetrically installed on the air conditioner, the wind guiding unit 3 includes a wind guiding blade 31, and a wind guiding rod 32 capable of installing the wind guiding blade 31 and driving the wind guiding blade 31 to rotate, the wind guiding rod 32 includes a first installation groove 321 and a second installation groove 322 arranged on the wind guiding rod 32 and used for installing the wind guiding blade 31; the second mounting groove 322 is disposed adjacent to the two air guide units 3, and the second mounting groove 332 includes an extending portion 324 capable of extending the air guide blade 31 into the second mounting groove 322, and an avoiding portion 323 integrally communicated with the extending portion 324 and extending along the transverse direction of the air guide rod 32, so that the inclination of the air guide blade 31 mounted in the avoiding portion 323 relative to the air guide rod 32 is different from the inclination of the air guide blade 31 mounted in the first mounting groove 321 relative to the air guide rod 32, thereby reducing a calm zone.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 in detail, as shown in the drawings, two air guide units 3 are symmetrically arranged in the left-right direction, and fig. 5 and 6 are illustrated as the air guide unit arranged on the left side of the air conditioner. A plurality of air guide blades 31 are installed on the left air guide unit from left to right, but the left mounting groove for installing the air guide blades 31 is a first mounting groove 321, the mounting groove of the air guide blade 31 on the rightmost side is a second mounting groove 322, only one air guide blade is shown here in the second mounting groove 322, and the second mounting groove 322 must be close to the right air guide unit, so that the air guide blade installed in the second mounting groove 322 is different from the air guide blade installed in the first mounting groove in inclination because the second mounting groove 322 comprises an avoiding part 323, because the right air guide unit and the left air guide unit are symmetrically arranged, the windless area in the middle of the air guide structure formed by the left air guide unit and the right air guide unit is greatly reduced, thereby improving the uniformity of air supply, and simultaneously solving the problem of dew condensation.
As further shown in fig. 6 and 7, the escape part 323 is provided on the side of the insertion part 324 close to the adjacent air guide unit so that the inclination of the air guide blade 31 attached to the escape part 323 with respect to the air guide rod 32 is smaller than that of the air guide blade 31 attached to the first attachment groove 321 with respect to the air guide rod 32
The inclination of the wind lever 32.
Preferably, the escape part 323 of the second mounting groove 322 is disposed in a middle portion of the protruding part 324. According to the movement tracks of the air guide rod and the air guide blades, the avoidance part is arranged in the middle part from the initial rotating angle of the air guide blades to the range of 5-10 degrees, so that the rotating angle of the air guide blades is reduced, a windless area is reduced, and the air supply uniformity is improved.
In the air guide structure of the present invention, the air guide vane 31 mounted in the first mounting groove 321 is electrically connected to a first driving unit (not shown), and the air guide vane 31 mounted in the second mounting groove 322 is electrically connected to a second driving unit (not shown), so that the air guide vane mounted in the second mounting groove and the air guide vane mounted in the first mounting groove 321 are driven independently. In the above, the specific driving method of the first driving unit and the second driving unit is not limited, and the driving method may be motor driving, or may be other driving methods. The advantage of using separate drive is that the movement of the wind guide blades does not need to be synchronous, and a calm zone is avoided or reduced, thereby improving the uniformity of the wind supply.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides an air conditioner, including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, where the indoor unit includes a main body 1, and the main body 1 is provided with an air guide structure, and the air guide structure is the air guide structure installed in the air conditioner in any of the above embodiments.
In addition, the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be a wall-mounted type or a cabinet type.
Referring to fig. 8, it is a diagram of the physical effect of the air conditioner of the present invention. In fig. 8, the inclination of the adjacent wind guide blades of the wind guide unit is different from that of the wind guide blades on both sides, so that the formed calm zone 4 is smaller, that is, the invention reduces the wind supply calm zone, improves the wind supply uniformity, solves the problems of uneven wind supply and easy dew formation on the transverse and longitudinal wind guide blades in the splayed wind supply mode by changing different wind supply angles of the wind guide blades, and improves the comfort of users.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and shall cover the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
