Description

Control method and device of air outlet angle, air conditioner and computer storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an air outlet angle control method, an air outlet angle control device, an air conditioner and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
In the related art, in the air conditioner, in the cooling mode, an air deflector of the indoor unit determines an angle at which cold air is blown to an indoor environment, and since an indoor environment temperature is generally higher than 30 ℃ in the cooling mode, condensation is easily generated and attached to the air deflector due to a temperature difference between the cold air and indoor hot air.
However, if the temperature of the cool air is lowered to avoid the generation of condensation, the cooling efficiency is lowered, and the user experience in the cooling mode is impaired.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on at least one of the technical problems, and provides a new control scheme of the air outlet angle, the numerical range of the air outlet angle and/or the air sweeping angle of the air deflector of the indoor fan is adjusted according to the temperature difference and the air outlet speed, namely, the time at which condensation is possibly generated is estimated according to the temperature difference and the air outlet speed, and further, the intersection field of cold air and indoor hot air is optimized by continuously adjusting the air outlet angle and/or the air sweeping angle, so that the condensation generation is reduced, the refrigeration efficiency is not reduced, and the use experience of users is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, a method for controlling an air outlet angle is provided, including: when the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode according to preset parameters, calculating a temperature difference value between a preset temperature value and a real-time outdoor environment temperature value; analyzing preset parameters to determine the air outlet speed of the indoor fan; and adjusting the numerical range of the air outlet angle and/or the air sweeping angle of an air deflector of the indoor fan according to the temperature difference and the air outlet speed.
In the technical scheme, the numerical range of the air outlet angle and/or the air sweeping angle of the air deflector of the indoor fan is adjusted according to the temperature difference and the air outlet speed, namely, the time at which condensation is possibly generated is estimated according to the temperature difference and the air outlet speed, and further, the intersection field of cold air and indoor hot air is optimized by adjusting the air outlet angle and/or the air sweeping angle continuously, so that condensation is reduced, meanwhile, the refrigerating efficiency is not reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Wherein, because the hot-air of indoor environment is higher than the horizontal position of cold air, if the air supply in-process, cold wind directly blows in the upper hot-air of indoor environment, then the difference in temperature of cold air and hot-air can lead to the condensation to produce rapidly, and avoid cold wind directly to blow hot-air through adjusting the air-out angle and/or sweeping the wind angle, and then reduce the possibility that the condensation produced, simultaneously, because the parameter is predetermine in the adjustment, consequently, do not reduce refrigeration efficiency, and then can guarantee that the user is experienced to the use of refrigeration mode.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the preset parameter includes an operation curve parameter that the operation frequency of the compressor corresponds to the operation time in the cooling mode.
In the technical scheme, the operation frequency of the compressor is corresponding to the operation curve parameter of the operation time to determine the temperature of cold air, namely the refrigeration efficiency, so that the comprehensive reference of the operation curve parameter and the air outlet speed is beneficial to more accurately determining the time which is likely to generate condensation.
In the above technical solution, preferably, before detecting a temperature difference between a preset temperature value and a real-time outdoor environment temperature value, the method further includes: presetting a corresponding relation between an outdoor environment temperature value and the running frequency of a compressor; and under the refrigeration mode, determining the operating frequency of the compressor according to the real-time environment temperature value and the corresponding relation.
In the technical scheme, the operation frequency of the compressor is determined according to the real-time environment temperature value and the corresponding relation in the refrigeration mode, on one hand, the reliability of the operation of the compressor can be improved, the power consumption is reduced, on the other hand, the operation frequency of the compressor can be determined according to the outdoor environment temperature value, and then the time of condensation can be estimated accurately by combining the operation time of the compressor and the air supply speed.
Specifically, the correspondence between the outdoor ambient temperature value T4 and the operating frequency of the compressor includes:
when the outdoor environment temperature value T4 meets the requirement (T4 is less than or equal to 20 ℃), the running frequency of the corresponding compressor is 45-60 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value T4 meets (29 ℃ is more than or equal to T4 and is more than 22 ℃), the running frequency of the corresponding compressor is 55-75 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value (T4 meets the requirement that (32 ℃ is more than or equal to T4 and is more than 30 ℃), the corresponding running frequency of the compressor is 75-85 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value (T4 meets the requirement (40 ℃ is more than or equal to T4 and is more than 33 ℃), the corresponding running frequency of the compressor is 75-90 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value (T4 meets (44.5 ℃ is more than or equal to T4 and more than 41 ℃), the corresponding running frequency of the compressor is 70-85 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value (T4 meets (49.5 ℃ C. is more than or equal to T4 and more than 45.5 ℃), the corresponding running frequency of the compressor is 60-65 Hz;
when the outdoor environment temperature value (T4 satisfies (T4>50 ℃ C. 5), the operation frequency of the corresponding compressor is 40-45 Hz.

In this technical scheme, through setting for the air-out angle to be the acute angle contained angle between aviation baffle and the plumb line, sweep the numerical range of wind angle for sweeping the numerical range of the acute angle contained angle between aviation baffle and the plumb line under the wind mode, the reliability of the control scheme of air-out angle all can be promoted.
In the above technical solution, preferably, before detecting a temperature difference between a preset temperature value and a real-time outdoor environment temperature value, the method further includes: detecting the indoor environment humidity value in real time when the running time of the compressor exceeds the preset time in the refrigeration mode; judging whether the indoor environment humidity value is greater than or equal to a preset humidity value or not; and triggering and calculating the temperature difference when the indoor environment humidity value is judged to be greater than or equal to the preset humidity value.
In this technical scheme, through when judging that indoor environment humidity value is greater than or equal to preset humidity value, trigger and calculate the temperature difference, also combine indoor environment humidity value and temperature difference, estimate the time that produces the condensation more accurately, because, when indoor environment humidity value is higher, just probably produce the condensation, consequently, when indoor environment humidity value is lower, in time the temperature difference is great and/or the air supply wind speed of cold wind is great, all be difficult for producing the condensation, the angle range of unnecessary adjustment air supply angle and the mode of sweeping the wind, thereby when reducing the consumption, maximum satisfies user's user demand.
