Description

Method and device for detecting loosening fault of exhaust temperature sensor and air conditioner
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of air conditioning technologies, and more particularly, to an exhaust temperature sensor release fault detection method, an exhaust temperature sensor release fault detection apparatus, an air conditioner, a computer device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
At present, there are many inverter air conditioners which adjust the frequency by detecting the discharge temperature of a compressor, and if the inverter air conditioners use an electronic expansion and throttling device, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve is also adjusted according to the detected discharge temperature, so that the air conditioners are in an optimal operation state. General producer can prevent to drop through the jump ring card with exhaust temperature sensor on the compressor blast pipe, but can not get rid of the condition that the accident leads to exhaust temperature sensor to loosen in transportation, installation. If the system loosens, the exhaust temperature that the system detected will be in lower horizontality for a long time (being close to ambient temperature), and electronic expansion valve will receive wrong instruction, and the aperture reduces all the time, and consequently, the actual exhaust temperature of compressor will be greater than the normal value far away, if do not have corresponding safeguard measure, then exhaust temperature too high can appear, and the inside temperature of compressor is too high, and refrigeration effect descends or even the compressor body damages scheduling problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.
To this end, an object of a first aspect of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas temperature sensor release failure detection method.
An object of a second aspect of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas temperature sensor release failure detection device.
It is an object of a third aspect of the present invention to provide an air conditioner.
It is an object of a fourth aspect of the invention to provide a computer apparatus.
It is an object of a fifth aspect of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, a technical solution of a first aspect of the present invention provides a loosening fault detection method for an exhaust temperature sensor, which is applicable to an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes a compressor and an electronic expansion valve, the exhaust temperature sensor is disposed at an exhaust port of the compressor, and the loosening fault detection method includes: when the air conditioner is started to perform cooling or heating operation, detecting the outdoor environment temperature, setting the operation frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature, and detecting the initial exhaust temperature of the compressor; judging whether the running frequency of the compressor is greater than a first preset frequency or not; if not, the loosening fault detection is not carried out before the next startup; if yes, detecting the exhaust temperature of the compressor after starting and running for a first preset time; and judging whether the exhaust temperature sensor is loosened or not according to the difference value between the exhaust temperature of the compressor detected after the compressor is started and operated for a first preset time and the initial exhaust temperature of the compressor.
According to the method for detecting the loosening fault of the exhaust temperature sensor, the air conditioner is started to refrigerate (or heat), the system detects the outdoor environment temperature according to the conventional control rule, the most proper operation frequency of the compressor is selected according to the outdoor environment temperature, whether the operation frequency is greater than the preset frequency (such as 30HZ) or not is judged, if not, the subsequent loosening fault detection is not carried out before the next starting, and because the frequency of the compressor is low, even if the loosening fault of the exhaust temperature sensor occurs, the performance of the whole machine cannot be greatly influenced; if the running frequency of the compressor is greater than the preset frequency, the next judgment is needed; after the air conditioner is started and operated for a first preset time, the first preset time is preferably longer than 10 minutes, the temperature sensed by the exhaust temperature sensor is detected, whether the exhaust temperature sensor is in loosening fault or not is judged according to the difference value of the exhaust temperatures sensed by the exhaust temperature sensor at intervals of the first preset time, if the difference value of the exhaust temperatures is large, namely the change of the exhaust temperatures is large, the situation that the exhaust temperature sensor is not loosened is indicated, the subsequent loosening fault detection is not carried out before the next start, and if the difference value of the exhaust temperatures is small, the loosening fault possibly exists in the exhaust temperature sensor, so that when the loosening fault occurs, the working parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted in time or a user is reminded to check whether the loosening fault or not occurs in time, and therefore the whole air conditioner is prevented from being irreversibly damaged or from being degraded in performance.
In addition, the method for detecting the loosening fault of the exhaust temperature sensor provided by the technical scheme of the invention also has the following additional technical characteristics:

An exhaust temperature sensor release failure detection method, an exhaust temperature sensor release failure detection method apparatus, and an air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a release fault detection method for an exhaust temperature sensor is provided, which is suitable for an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes a compressor and an electronic expansion valve, and an exhaust temperature sensor is disposed at an exhaust port of the compressor, and the release fault detection method includes the following steps:

and S110, judging whether the exhaust temperature sensor is loosened or not according to the difference value between the exhaust temperature of the compressor detected after the compressor is started and operated for the first preset time and the initial exhaust temperature of the compressor.
In the method for detecting loosening faults of the exhaust temperature sensor provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioner is started for refrigeration (or heating), the system detects the outdoor environment temperature according to the conventional control rule, the most appropriate operation frequency of the compressor is selected according to the outdoor environment temperature, and whether the operation frequency is greater than the preset frequency (such as 30HZ) or not is judged, if not, the subsequent loosening fault detection is not carried out before the next startup, because the frequency of the compressor is low, even if the loosening fault of the exhaust temperature sensor occurs, the performance of the whole machine cannot be greatly influenced; if the running frequency of the compressor is greater than the preset frequency, the next judgment is needed; after the air conditioner is started and operated for a first preset time, the first preset time is preferably longer than 10 minutes, the temperature sensed by the exhaust temperature sensor is detected, whether the exhaust temperature sensor is in loosening fault or not is judged according to the difference value of the exhaust temperatures sensed by the exhaust temperature sensor at intervals of the first preset time, if the difference value of the exhaust temperatures is large, namely the change of the exhaust temperatures is large, the situation that the exhaust temperature sensor is not loosened is indicated, the subsequent loosening fault detection is not carried out before the next start, and if the difference value of the exhaust temperatures is small, the loosening fault possibly exists in the exhaust temperature sensor, so that when the loosening fault occurs, the working parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted in time or a user is reminded to check whether the loosening fault or not occurs in time, and therefore the whole air conditioner is prevented from being irreversibly damaged or from being degraded in performance.
