As shown in fig. 19, in order to avoid rattling of the metal contact, a plastic sleeve 28 is placed over the cross bar 15, the plastic sleeve 28 being truncated at the intersection with the locking plate 16 so as to form a notch 29, said locking plate 16 being just snapped into the notch 29.
When in an unlocked state, as shown in fig. 20, the latch 17 is separated from the latch hole 19, and at this time, a person sits on the seat and can lean against the seat back at any angle; when the locking plate 16 rotates to the corresponding lock hole to align with the bolt, the bolt is automatically inserted into the corresponding lock hole under the action of the buffer force to lock the locking plate, so that the rocker is not rotated any more.
