Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a rotating shaft structure of a conventional flexible display screen, as shown in fig. 1, when a conventional rotating shaft scheme is bent, i.e., in a process from a first state to a second state to a third state shown in fig. 1, a surface length of the flexible display screen changes correspondingly, so that the conventional rotating shaft scheme cannot meet a requirement that the surface length of the flexible display screen is constant; moreover, when the existing flexible display screen is bent to the third state, the screens on two sides of the rotating shaft can be attached to each other, namely, an included angle A between the screens on two sides is zero, so that the screens can be damaged inevitably. Meanwhile, the existing rotating shaft structure cannot ensure that the bending radius is zero. Therefore, to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a connecting component, a flexible display panel, and a flexible electronic device. So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Example one
The embodiment provides a connecting part, here, according to the pivot demand of flexible display screen, when crooked, under the ideal state, when the flexible display screen changes the third state from first state, the flexible display screen should be able to form the water droplet form as shown in figure 2, like this, can avoid damaging the screen at least, has laid a foundation for promoting screen life. Based on this, the present embodiment provides a connection member capable of forming a flexible display screen into a droplet shape in a third state; specifically, fig. 3 is a first schematic structural diagram of a connecting part according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the connecting part includes:
a spindle group 31;
a chain plate-shaped fixing member 32 for fixedly connecting with the rotating shaft set 31 to form at least a first chain-shaped part and a second chain-shaped part; the rotating shaft group is utilized to enable the first chain-shaped part to rotate relative to the second chain-shaped part; for example, as shown in fig. 3, the rotating shaft group 31 is divided into at least two parts, such as a first chain part and a second chain part, the first chain part is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft group 31, and the second chain part is fixedly connected to the other end of the rotating shaft group 31, so that the first chain part can rotate relative to the second chain part through the rotating shaft group 31.
Here, the first chain portion and the second chain portion are used to fix at least part of a display area of the flexible display screen, and since the first chain portion is rotatable relative to the second chain portion via the rotating shaft set 31, the first part of the display area fixed to the first chain portion is also rotatable relative to the second part of the display area fixed to the second chain portion.
In this embodiment, when the first partial display area fixed to the first chain portion and the second partial display area fixed to the second chain portion are in a preset positional relationship, the bending radius of the flexible display screen is greater than a preset threshold, for example, when the flexible display screen is in the third state as shown in fig. 2, the bending radius of the flexible display screen is greater than zero. Of course, in practical applications, the preset threshold may also be other values than zero, for example, a minimum included angle value corresponding to the chain plate-shaped fixing element being bent to the maximum extent; those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and in practical applications, the preset threshold may be set according to the specific structure of the chain plate-shaped fixing element.
Here, since the display area of the flexible display panel is fixed to the chain plate-shaped fixing member 32, that is, the included angle between the screens of the flexible display panel is the minimum included angle corresponding to the chain plate-shaped fixing member when the flexible display panel is bent to the maximum, it is known that it is difficult to completely attach the flexible display panel due to the thickness or width of the chain plate when the chain plate-shaped fixing member is bent, that is, it is difficult to make the included angle zero, which is larger than zero, and therefore, the screen can be prevented from being damaged to the maximum by fixing the flexible display panel by the chain plate-shaped fixing member. Furthermore, in practical application, the thickness or width of the chain plate can be adjusted according to the maximum bending degree that the flexible display screen can bear, so that the flexible display screen is protected from being damaged due to bending to the maximum extent.
Specifically, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a bending process of a connecting part according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting part is bent inward from a first state, and gradually changes to a second state-1 and a second state-2 until the connecting part is bent to a maximum extent, such as a third state, at this time, since a chain plate-shaped fixing member is disposed in the connecting part, a flexible display panel fixed on the chain plate-shaped fixing member can be formed into a droplet shape, and the flexible display panel is prevented from being damaged due to folding and bending.
In a specific embodiment, the chain plate-shaped fixing piece comprises N chain plates arranged in parallel, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; the N chain plates are connected in a hook mode, so that when a first part display area fixed to the first chain part and a second part display area fixed to the second chain part are in a preset position relation, the bending radius of the flexible display screen is larger than zero. For example, the chain plate-shaped fixing member includes a plurality of chain plates as shown in fig. 5, and both ends of each chain plate are provided with hook structures, so that, as shown in fig. 6, two adjacent chain plates are connected by using the respective hook structures to perform angle limitation, thereby ensuring that the flexible display screen can be formed into a droplet shape as shown in the third state in fig. 4 when being bent to the maximum extent, and avoiding damage to the screen.
Here, in a specific embodiment, the first chain portion includes M1 link plates, the second chain portion includes M2 link plates, the M1 and the M2 are positive integers smaller than N and equal to or greater than 1, and a sum of the M1 and the M2 is equal to or less than N. In practical applications, if it is desired that the first partial display area and the second partial display area fixed on the chain plate-shaped fixing element are symmetrical, then M1 is the same as M2, otherwise, M1 may not be the same as M2; of course, the values of M1 and M2 may be selected according to actual requirements, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In another specific embodiment, the length of the movable arm of the first chain portion and/or the second chain portion relative to the rotating shaft group is a fixed value, as shown in fig. 4, a distance L from one end of the first chain portion or the second chain portion to the axis of the rotating shaft is a movable arm length, and the movable arm length L is a fixed value, so that the lengths of the neutral layer and the movable swinging rod attached to the flexible display screen are not changed in the bent and straight states, that is, the requirement that the surface length of the flexible display screen is constant is met.
In another embodiment, to facilitate fixing the flexible display, as shown in fig. 7, at least a portion of the surface of the chain plate-shaped fixing member is formed with a connecting region to fix at least a portion of the display region of the flexible display to the chain plate-shaped fixing member at least through the connecting region. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the chain plate-shaped fixing element includes N chain plates arranged in parallel in the first direction, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; the connecting region is disposed on at least one of the link plates in a second direction different from the first direction. For example, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; further, in practical applications, the welding steel belt may be formed along the second direction, for example, the welding steel belt may be formed at one end of the N link plates, so that the N link plates are connected together, and thus, when the flexible display panel is fixed by using the welding steel belt, a smooth connection area with the flexible display panel may be ensured.
Here, to further ensure the firmness of the fixed flexible display screen, as shown in fig. 8, two connection regions may be formed, the two connection regions corresponding to different ends of the steel plate, and then the N steel plates are connected together through the two connection regions, so that the flexible display screen can be firmly fixed on the connection regions after the two connection regions are used to fix the two ends of the flexible display screen.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the rotating shaft set at least includes a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, and a connecting rod connecting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft can be synchronously rotated by the connecting rod; further, the chain plate-shaped fixing member is connected to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, that is, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are fixed to the chain plate-shaped fixing member. In this way, the formed first chain portion is rotated relative to the second chain portion by the first rotating shaft, and the formed second chain portion is rotated relative to the first chain portion by the second rotating shaft.
In a specific embodiment, the chain plate-shaped fixing piece comprises N chain plates which are arranged in parallel, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2, and the N chain plates are connected in a hook manner, so that a connecting area is formed between the two chain plates; and two ends of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are fixedly connected to the connecting area. For example, the middle lobe (the corresponding connecting area between two chain plates) is connected to the upper gear column, thus fixing the rotating shaft to the chain plate-shaped fixing piece.
Here, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are both gear rotating shafts, and both ends of the connecting rod have gear structures, so that one end of the connecting rod is engaged with the gear of the first rotating shaft by the gear structures, and the other end of the connecting rod is engaged with the gear of the second rotating shaft by the gear structures.
In practical application, for aesthetic purposes and to protect the rotating shaft and the chain plate-shaped fixing pieces, a shell can be further arranged, as shown in fig. 3, a protective shell for the rotating shaft group and a protective shell for the swing arms of the chain plate-shaped fixing pieces are arranged, wherein the swing arm protective shells on two sides are connected with the rotating shaft column, and then the rotating shaft protective shells are sleeved on the rotating shaft group to obtain the completed connecting part. Here, the length of the two side shells wrapping the swing arm is not changed in the process of swinging the arm.
Therefore, the connecting component provided by the embodiment of the invention can avoid damaging the screen, and lays a foundation for prolonging the service life of the flexible display screen. Moreover, as the chain plate-shaped fixing piece is used for fixing the flexible display screen, the connecting part disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can not only enable the area corresponding to the rotating shaft group in the flexible display screen to rotate relative to the rotating shaft, but also enable other areas fixed on the chain plate-shaped fixing piece to rotate along with the rotation of the chain plate-shaped fixing piece, so that the user experience is further improved, and meanwhile, a practical foundation is laid for the development of the flexible display screen.
Example two
The embodiment provides a flexible display screen, wherein a connecting component is arranged in the flexible display screen; here, according to the pivot demand of flexible display screen, when crooked, under the ideal state, when the flexible display screen changes the third state from first state, the flexible display screen should be able to form the water droplet form as shown in figure 2, like this, can avoid damaging the screen at least, has laid a foundation for promoting screen life. Based on this, the present embodiment provides a connection member capable of forming a flexible display screen into a droplet shape in a third state; specifically, fig. 3 is a first schematic structural diagram of a connecting part according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the connecting part includes:
a spindle group 31;
a chain plate-shaped fixing member 32 for fixedly connecting with the rotating shaft set 31 to form at least a first chain-shaped part and a second chain-shaped part; the rotating shaft group is utilized to enable the first chain-shaped part to rotate relative to the second chain-shaped part; for example, as shown in fig.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a flexible electronic device, which comprises a flexible display screen and a connecting component connected with the flexible display screen; here, according to the pivot demand of flexible display screen, when crooked, under the ideal state, when the flexible display screen changes the third state from first state, the flexible display screen should be able to form the water droplet form as shown in figure 2, like this, can avoid damaging the screen at least, has laid a foundation for promoting screen life. Based on this, the present embodiment provides a connection member capable of forming a flexible display screen into a droplet shape in a third state; specifically, fig. 3 is a first schematic structural diagram of a connecting part according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the connecting part includes:
a spindle group 31;
a chain plate-shaped fixing member 32 for fixedly connecting with the rotating shaft set 31 to form at least a first chain-shaped part and a second chain-shaped part; the rotating shaft group is utilized to enable the first chain-shaped part to rotate relative to the second chain-shaped part; for example, as shown in fig.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
