本发明的课题在于提供一种脱钙牙齿牙釉质的再矿化作用良好的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料以及再矿化剂。所述口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。所述牙齿的再矿化剂,其特征在于,作为有效成分含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有牙齿的再矿化效果的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料。
背景技术
龋齿从变形链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)等蛀牙细菌附着于牙齿表面并形成牙垢时开始,在牙垢中,蛀牙细菌通过代谢食物而产生的有机酸使牙齿牙釉质脱钙,进入初始龋齿状态。唾液具有通过唾液中的钙或磷的作用使该脱钙部分再矿化,并使牙齿恢复为原始状态的作用。如果能够通过再矿化使脱钙的牙齿充分再生,则能够抑制龋齿的发生。
因此,为了促进牙齿的再矿化,生产并销售一种混合有羟基磷灰石的洁齿剂,该羟基磷灰石为氟化物或磷酸钙的一种,具有与牙齿的无机成分类似的晶体结构。
然而,如果仅使用唾液或者混合有氟化物或羟基磷灰石的洁齿剂,则脱钙部分的再矿化不充分,因此需要研发出一种能够充分实现再矿化的洁齿剂等口腔用组合物。
因此,提出了一种口腔用洁齿剂,其中混合有粒径0.05μm~1.0μm的羟基磷灰石与磷酸三钙,能够修复牙齿表面的微小凹凸、保护牙齿、预防蛀牙、增强牙质、增加美白效果(专利文献1);一种口腔用组合物,其通过将羟基磷灰石微粉末混合到水溶性纤维素溶液,能够使羟基磷灰石微粉长期滞留于牙齿表面(专利文献2);一种口腔用组合物,其通过同时使用木糖醇等糖醇与第二磷酸钙,能够显著促进再矿化(专利文献3);一种口腔用组合物,其中混合有低结晶度羟基磷灰石,通过吸附于口腔内细菌进行除菌,从而可以预防口腔内的疾病与不适感(专利文献4);一种口腔用组合物,其通过向蜂王浆或其提取物混合羟基磷灰石等钙化合物对牙齿进行美白、再矿化,从而可以预防蛀牙与牙周病(专利文献5);一种牙膏用组合物,其向群青组合物混合羟基磷灰石等钙化合物促进牙齿的再矿化效果(专利文献6);一种再矿化促进剂,其包含胶束性磷酸钙-磷酸肽复合体且具有抗龋齿功能(专利文献7);一种方法,其通过使用含有氟化物离子的洁齿剂清洗牙齿后,使含有钙离子的口腔用液体组合物发挥作用,从而可以促进再矿化、抑制龋齿(专利文献8);一种pH值为5~8的牙膏用组合物,其作为在口腔内与水接触并具有向羟基磷灰石转换能力的钙盐粉末,混合有磷酸三钙(专利文献9)等。
此外,为了促进再矿化,还生产出混合有木糖醇与磷酸钙、非结晶磷酸钙或磷酸化寡糖钙的口香糖等,但其再矿化也未必充分。
但是,硫酸软骨素钠为从鲨鱼等软骨中得到的白色至淡黄白色的粉末,是具有较高的吸水性、溶于水并形成粘稠液体的粘多糖类的一种,包括动物的***与软骨在内,存在于所有组织中,具有对水分以及营养细胞进行补给并保持细胞中水分的功能。通过这种功能,连接骨格与骨格的细胞组织变得润滑,可以保持其柔软性,由此,其可以广泛应用于治疗并缓解关节痛、腰痛以及肩周炎等的医药品与保健食品。另外,不仅作为食品添加剂,还作为保湿剂或乳化稳定剂应用于鱼肉香肠、蛋黄酱(mayonnaise)、酱汁(Dressing)等。
关于硫酸软骨素钠,提出了以下方案。通过使其含有谷氨酰胺或硫酸软骨素钠,得到具有抗炎作用、有效地预防并治疗牙龈炎等牙周病的口腔用组合物(专利文献10);通过使其含有硫酸软骨素或其盐,得到保湿效果良好、增强口臭预防效果的口腔润湿剂(专利文献11);通过使其含有硫酸软骨素钠,得到具有抑制牙垢形成效果的液体口腔用组合物(专利文献12);作为将药效成分传送至龈沟并使药效成分有效地作用于其龈沟的牙膏用组合物的粘结剂,使用硫酸软骨素钠(专利文献13)等。但是,硫酸软骨素钠并不具有牙齿的再矿化作用。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
本发明的课题在于提供一种脱钙牙齿牙釉质的再矿化作用良好的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料以及再矿化剂。
解决问题的技术手段
本发明人等为解决上述课题进行了深入研究,其结果发现如果将以往仅了解抗炎效果、保湿效果等但不具有牙齿的再矿化作用的硫酸软骨素钠与羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、过磷酸钙等磷酸钙共同使用而混合于洁齿剂等口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,则能够显著提高牙齿的再矿化效果,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明可以通过以下所示的事项进行特定。
(1)一种口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。
(2)上述(1)所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,磷酸钙为从由羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙以及过磷酸钙构成的组中选择的至少一种。
(3)上述(1)或(2)所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,磷酸钙的含量为0.0001~40质量%。
(4)上述(1)~(3)的任意一项所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,硫酸软骨素钠的含量为0.0001~15质量%。
(5)上述(1)~(4)的任意一项所述的口腔用组合物,其特征在于,其为膏状洁齿剂、粉状洁齿剂、液体洁齿剂、漱口剂、口腔清洗剂或含片剂。
(6)上述(1)~(4)的任意一项所述的食品,其特征在于,其为口香糖、糖果、巧克力、酸奶或果冻。
(7)上述(1)~(4)的任意一项所述的饮料,其特征在于,其为碳酸饮料、乳酸菌饮料、果汁饮料或果汁。
(8)一种牙齿的再矿化剂,其特征在于,作为有效成分含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。
发明效果
本发明能够提供一种口腔用组合物、食品或饮料以及再矿化剂,其通过作为有效成分包含硫酸软骨素钠与羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、过磷酸钙等磷酸钙,能够明显提高脱钙牙齿牙釉质的再矿化作用,并且由于含有这些成分,其再矿化作用非常良好。

具体实施方式
作为本发明的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,只要含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙,则不受特殊限制,例如,作为口腔用组合物,可以列举出,膏状洁齿剂、粉状洁齿剂、液状洁齿剂等洁齿剂类、漱口剂、漱口片等口腔清洗剂、含片剂等;作为食品,可以列举出,口香糖、糖果、片状糖果、弹性软糖(Gummy Jelly)、巧克力、饼干、小零食等点心,冰激凌、冰冻果子露(sherbet)、冰糕等冷冻点心,面包,热蛋糕(hot cake),乳制品,火腿、香肠等肉制品,鱼丸(半椭圆形)、竹轮(空心圆柱状)等鱼肉制品,家常菜类,布丁,汤,果酱等;作为饮料,可以列举出碳酸饮料、乳酸菌饮料、果汁饮料、榨汁(juice)等。另外,本发明的牙齿再矿化剂,作为有效成分只要含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙则不受特殊限制,可以列举出片剂状、粉状、糊状、液状等再矿化剂。另外,作为本发明的磷酸钙,只要是磷酸的钙盐则不受特殊限制,可以列举出,例如,羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、过磷酸钙等,这些磷酸钙可以分别单独使用,也可以两种以上同时使用,水合物、磷以及钙的一部分还可以用镁、锌、钛、钠、钾等其他元素取代。作为本发明的磷酸钙,从促进再矿化的观点考虑,优选为从由羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙以及过磷酸钙构成的组中选择的至少一种。本发明的磷酸钙的含量,从进一步提高再矿化效果、增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%。另外,本发明的再矿化剂中磷酸钙的含量,直接在口腔中使用再矿化剂的情况下,从进一步提高再矿化效果、增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为再矿化剂整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%,在向口腔用组合物、食品、饮料等中添加再矿化剂而使用的情况下,优选为添加后的口腔用组合物、食品、饮料等中磷酸钙的含量在所述范围内。本发明的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料以及再矿化剂,由于硫酸软骨素钠与羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、过磷酸钙等磷酸钙混合在一起,因此可以显著提高牙齿的再矿化。
本发明中磷酸钙的一种即羟基磷灰石,除使用通常的方法进行合成之外,也可以从作为天然硬组织的鲑鱼等食用鱼的鱼骨、猪骨以及牛骨等中获得。通常,羟基磷灰石在化学计量学上以由Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2构成的成分表示,但即使是Ca/P摩尔比达不到1.67的非化学计量学上的羟基磷灰石,也能够在显示羟基磷灰石的性质的同时得到磷灰石结构,例如,Ca/P摩尔比1.4~1.8左右的合成羟基磷灰石也包含在本发明的羟基磷灰石中。
本发明中所使用的羟基磷灰石,可以为结晶度、低结晶度、非结晶的任意一种,但从预防龋齿效果的观点考虑,优选为低结晶度或非结晶的羟基磷灰石(以下,将低结晶度羟基磷灰石以及非结晶羟基磷灰石称为“非结晶羟基磷灰石”)。此外,所谓“低结晶度”是指X射线衍射峰值与高结晶度的粉末相比为宽的结晶,所谓“非结晶”是指X射线衍射图案显示较宽的光晕,无法得到显示结晶特征的衍射图案的结晶。这种非结晶羟基磷灰石,例如,可以通过对通过湿式合成法合成的磷灰石进行冷冻干燥或在100℃以下的温度下进行干燥,或在300℃左右以下的温度下烧制而得到。
本发明中羟基磷灰石的含量,从进一步提高再矿化效果、增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%。另外,本发明的再矿化剂中羟基磷灰石的含量,直接在口腔中使用再矿化剂的情况下,从进一步提高再矿化效果、增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为再矿化剂整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%,在向口腔用组合物、食品、饮料等中添加再矿化剂而使用的情况下,优选为添加后的口腔用组合物、食品、饮料等中羟基磷灰石的含量在所述范围内。
本发明中的磷酸钙的一种即磷酸三钙还称为第三磷酸钙,是以化学式Ca3(PO4)2表示的化合物,通常广泛应用于包括医药品或化粧品在内的食品、杂货品、石油化工业等。作为本发明中所使用的磷酸三钙,只要能够作为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料的成分使用则不受特殊限制,可以列举出,例如,医药品添加剂标准、医药部外品(quasi drug)原料标准、化妆品类别混合成分标准等合格品。
本发明中的磷酸钙的一种即过磷酸钙还称为第二磷酸钙,是以化学式CaHPO4或其二水合物即CaHPO4·2H2O表示的组合物,通常广泛应用于医药品、食品、化妆品、工业原料等。作为本发明中所使用的过磷酸钙,只要能够作为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料的成分使用则不受特殊限制,可以列举出,例如,食品添加剂、日本药局方(Japanese Pharmacopoeia)、医药部外品原料标准等合格品。
本发明中的磷酸三钙以及过磷酸钙的含量,从进一步提高再矿化效果,增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%。另外,作为磷酸钙同时使用两种以上的情况下,磷酸钙的合计含量,优选为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料整体的0.0001~40质量%,更优选为0.01~30质量%。在本发明的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料中,如果磷酸钙的含量超过40质量%,则可能会使制成的组合物***、制造困难,或制成的组合物的质量发生问题。特别是,膏状洁齿剂、酸奶、果冻等含有水分的组合物,由于磷酸钙会因水分变成蛋糕状,这些都将成为问题。另外,即使磷酸钙的含量在40质量%以上,再矿化效果提高的程度也会减少,特别是,在第二磷酸钙中,未发现再矿化效果的提高。
本发明中所使用的硫酸软骨素钠是从鲨鱼等鱼类的软骨或猪等哺乳动物的软骨中提取、精制而成的硫酸软骨素的钠盐。作为本发明中所使用的硫酸软骨素钠,只要能够作为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料的成分使用则不受特殊限制,从白色至淡黄白色均可使用,具体地说,可以列举出玛鲁哈日鲁(MARUHA NICHIRO)株式会社、生化学工业株式会社等的产品。另外,作为本发明所使用的硫酸软骨素钠,可以列举出,例如,食品添加剂、日本药局方、医药部外品原料标准、化妆品原料标准等的合格品。
作为本发明中硫酸软骨素钠的配用量,从进一步促进再矿化、增强使用感的观点考虑,优选为口腔用组合物、食品或饮料整体的0.0001~15.0重量%,更优选为0.001~5.0重量%。
本发明的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料以及再矿化剂,除所述成分以外,还可以含有这些中通常使用的添加剂、各种药效成分等有效成分等,作为添加剂,可以列举出,例如,研磨剂、润湿剂、起泡剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、结合剂、pH调节剂、有机酸、着色剂、表面活性剂、油脂、醇、甜味剂、酸化剂、香料、调味料、维生素类、矿物质类、防腐剂等。这些成分的具体例如下所示。除这些如下所示的成分以外,还可以根据其目的、组合物的种类等,可以混合适当的成分。
作为研磨剂,可以列举出,例如、碳酸钙、焦磷酸钙、研磨性沉淀二氧化硅、研磨性硅胶等二氧化硅、硅酸钙、硅酸铝、氧化铝、氢氧化铝、矾土、沸石、氧化钛、硅酸锆、不溶性偏磷酸钠、磷酸三镁、碳酸镁、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、膨润土、合成树脂等。
作为润湿剂,可以列举出,例如,甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、异丙二醇等多元醇等。
作为起泡剂,可以列举出,例如,十二烷基硫酸钠、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、非离子型表面活性剂等。
作为增稠剂,可以列举出,例如,茄替胶(Ghatti gum)、普鲁兰多糖(pullulan)、***胶、大豆多糖类、罗望子胶、果胶、卡拉胶、加工过的麒麟菜属海藻类(ProcessedEucheuma Seaweed)、琼脂、红藻胶、海藻酸类(海藻酸、海藻酸盐)、瓜尔胶、他拉胶、刺槐豆胶、车前子胶、黄原胶、沙蒿籽胶(Artemisia sphaerocephala seed gum)、葡甘露聚糖、榅桲籽(Quince Seed)、淀粉、改性淀粉(modified starch)、加工淀粉、糊精、脱酰基结冷胶、天然结冷胶、可得然胶(curdlan)、鼠李聚糖胶(rhamsan gum)、威兰胶(Welan gum)、大莖点菌属胶(macrophomopsis gum)、黄蓍胶、卡拉亚胶(karaya gum)、微晶纤维素、微纤化纤维素、发酵纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、甲壳素、壳聚糖、酪蛋白、糊精、明胶等多糖类,马铃薯、粘土豆、玉米、木薯淀粉、米、小麦、葛、蕨菜等源自植物的淀粉等。
作为乳化剂,只要可供食用则不受特殊限制,可以列举出,例如,蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯(例如,聚甘油脂肪酸酯、单甘油脂肪酸酯)、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、磷脂(例如,卵磷脂、溶血卵磷脂、脂蛋白)、硬脂酰乳酸钠、酶降解磷脂(例如,酶降解卵磷脂)等。
作为结合剂,可以列举出,例如,甲基纤维素、海藻酸丙二醇酯、普鲁兰多糖、黄蓍胶、黄原胶、果胶、红藻胶、壳聚糖、聚环氧乙烷、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、蛋白胨、酪蛋白、胶原蛋白、白蛋白、***树胶、卡拉亚胶、丙烯酸树脂、乙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩醛·二甲氨基乙酸酯、醋酸纤维素·二丁基羟丙基醚等。
作为pH调节剂,可以广泛地使用通常食品所使用的源自天然的或通过微生物发酵法或化学合成得到的有机酸或碱,也可以含有所述酸化剂等。可以列举出,例如,衣康酸、α-酮戊二酸、植酸、甲羟戊酸、己二酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸、琥珀酸、冰醋酸、酒石酸、乳酸、盐酸、醋酸、富马酸、苹果酸、磷酸、酸性焦磷酸,这些酸的钠盐、钾盐、钙盐以及铵盐,碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、磷酸钙、磷酸一钠、磷酸二钠、磷酸三钠、焦磷酸钠、聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、六偏磷酸钠、偏磷酸钠、偏磷酸钾、富马酸一钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢铵、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠等。
作为有机酸类,可以列举出,例如,柠檬酸、异柠檬酸、苹果酸、醋酸、乙二酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、马来酸、富马酸、乌头酸、乳酸、酒石酸、丙酮酸、抗坏血酸、醛糖酸、糖醛酸等有机酸,含有这些的梅醋、苹果醋、柠檬、橙子、柚子、夏季橘等柑橘类切片、粉末、浸膏等。
作为着色剂,可以列举出,例如,咖啡粉、可可色素、紫胶色素、红甘蓝色素、红萝卜色素、蝴蝶豌豆色素、紫苏色素、芙蓉色素、葡萄果汁色素、葡萄果皮色素、紫薯色素、紫玉米色素、紫山药色素、接骨木果色素、蔓越莓色素、樱桃色素、芙蓉色素、黑莓色素、梅花色素、蓝莓色素、树莓色素、波森莓色素、番茄色素、紫胶色素、草莓色素、可可色素、焦糖色素、栀子色素、贝尼科蒂色素、胭脂虫色素、兔色素、葡萄果汁色素、红花色素、红木色素、栀子黄色素、姜黄色素、栀子黄、苋菜(食用红色2号)、赤藓红(食用红色3号)、诱惑红AC(食用红色40号)、胭脂红(食用红色102号)、荧光桃红(食用红色104号)、玫瑰红(食用红色105号)、酸性红(食用红色106号)、亮蓝(食用蓝色1号)、靛蓝胭脂红(食用蓝色2号)、螺旋藻色素、栀子色素等。

实施例
以表1~表15、表23~表25、表30~表32、表35~表37、表39~表41、表43~表45以及表47~表49的配方配制硫酸软骨素钠与羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙或过磷酸钙混合在一起的膏状洁齿剂(实施例1~78)、液体洁齿剂(实施例79~96)、漱口剂(实施例97~108)、口香糖(实施例109~117)、含片(实施例118~132)、糖果(实施例133~144)以及饮料(实施例145~153),并进行再矿化试验。
[硫酸软骨素钠]
硫酸软骨素钠使用外源性硫酸软骨素钠(株式会社玛鲁哈日鲁食品)。
[羟基磷灰石]
向搅拌下的氢氧化钙悬浮液中滴入30质量%浓度的磷酸水溶液至pH值达到10,将所生成的凝胶状物质在室温下放置1天使其成熟。然后,用玻璃过滤器过滤凝胶状物质,通过对残留物质在100℃的空气中进行干燥,得到羟基磷灰石粉末。所得的羟基磷灰石粉末,最大粒径约为40μm,最小粒径约为0.05μm,平均粒径约为5μm。使用该羟基磷灰石粉末。
[磷酸三钙(第三磷酸钙]
磷酸三钙使用食品添加剂磷酸三钙(太平化学产业株式会社)。
[过磷酸钙(第二磷酸钙)]
过磷酸钙使用食品添加剂过磷酸钙(米山化学工业株式会社)。

[再矿化试验方法]
为了确认再矿化效果,使用预先制作的人工初始龋齿试验样本。人工初始龋齿试验样本的制作使用牛门牙、牙冠部分唇面牙釉质。用#1000、#2400、#4000的研磨纸研磨牙釉质表面。对研磨的牙釉质表面的试验对象部分用Nail Enamel(资生堂公司生产)制作约5×3mm的窗口,在0.1M乳酸缓冲液(pH4.8、3.0mmM CaCl2、1.8mmM KH2PO4、1.0%CMC)中于37℃下浸泡4天,制作人工初始龋齿。此外,在试验的对照中,在约5×3mm的窗口中,用NailEnamel(资生堂公司生产)进一步遮盖牙冠顶部的一半,并作为比较对象部分(对照)。另外,将膏状洁齿剂、液体洁齿剂、漱口剂、饮料与纯净水混合而形成悬浮溶液的溶液作为试验溶液(被检测物质),对于口香糖、含片以及糖果,细磨后从各个试验物质中提取水溶性成分,将与纯净水的悬浮溶液作为试验溶液(被检测物质)。
再矿化试验,在将上述制作的人工初始龋齿试验体浸泡在各个试验溶液中12天后,用微型切割机将试验体相对于牙轴平行地切断成约500μm厚,然后,用#1000、#2400、#4000的研磨紙将该切片在注水下研磨成约100μm厚的平行薄切片。研磨后,为了确认牙齿的再矿化效果,进行接触式显微射线照片(CMR)拍摄(参照图1以及图2)。图中的“对照面”是指作为实施例及比较例的牙膏用组合物具有何种程度的再矿化效果的比较对象的部分,其维持人工初始龋齿的状态。在人工初始龋齿(约5×3mm的窗口)区域中占一半的部分。图中的“处理面”是指使实施例及比较例的试验溶液(被检测物质)发挥作用的部分。
另外,对于人工初始龋齿部分的再矿化效果,用计算机进行了分析。
计算机的图像分析是基于Angmer等人的公式(B.Angmer,D.Carlstrom andJ.E..Glas:Studies on Ultrastructure of Dental Enemel IV:The Mineralization ofnormal Human Enamel,J.Ultrastructure.Res.8,12-23,1963)计算出再矿化的矿物质含量,并按照Damato等人的方法(F.A.Damato,R.Stang and K.W.Stephen:Effect ofFluoride Concentration on Reminerelization of Carious Enamel:an in vitro pH-Cycling Study,Caries Res,24,174-180,1990)计算出各切片的对照面和处理面的矿物质损失量△Z(%volume mineral·μm)。此外,根据以下公式计算出再矿化率。

如单独混合膏状洁齿剂、液体洁齿剂、漱口剂、口香糖、含片、糖果以及饮料中的硫酸软骨素钠的比较例所示,单独使用硫酸软骨素钠基本上没有牙齿的再矿化效果。
与此相对,如果将硫酸软骨素钠与羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙或过磷酸钙共同使用,则与单独使用羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙或过磷酸钙的情况相比,可以看出能够协同增加牙齿的再矿化效果的效果。此外,以下所述的合计再矿化率是指加上各比较例中的再矿化率的值。
具体地说,例如:

实施例5(再矿化率:38.5%)与比较例3及比较例14(合计再矿化率:14.1%);

Claims (8)
1.一种口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,磷酸钙为从由羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙以及过磷酸钙构成的群中选择的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,磷酸钙的含量为0.0001~40质量%。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的口腔用组合物、食品或饮料,其特征在于,硫酸软骨素钠的含量为0.0001~15质量%。
5.权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的口腔用组合物,其特征在于,其为膏状洁齿剂、粉状洁齿剂、液体洁齿剂、漱口剂、口腔清洗剂或含片剂。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的食品,其特征在于,其为口香糖、糖果、巧克力、酸奶或果冻。
7.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的饮料,其特征在于,其为碳酸饮料、乳酸菌饮料、果汁饮料或榨汁。
8.一种牙齿的再矿化剂,其特征在于,作为有效成分含有硫酸软骨素钠以及磷酸钙。
