Abstract

技术领域
本发明系关于一种桑拿浴的装置,尤其是一种紧凑坚实的可携带式近红外线桑拿浴帐篷,其可轻易地组装、拆卸、储存、及运送。
背景技术
在大自然中,生物体曝露于光能可以启动各种生化反应。植物可以进行光合作用而将光能转化为化学能是众所周知的。人类藉由光能而进行视觉、维他命D的新陈代谢、及晒黑等过程。这些光-生物化学反应依波长的不同而会有所不同,所以不同的波长会产生不同的结果。暴露于日光或特殊波长光线的处理称为光疗法。现在我们知道经由光疗法所得到的各种效益,是来自于施加特殊波长光线所产生的光生物学效应或者光物理学效应。这些光疗法的效益是直接来自于光本身,而非来自于像雷射、LED等装置,或者其他非雷射的方法。
其中,红外线光疗法已经被广泛研究,并且普遍地被认为对各种病痛具有疗效。波长在630到660纳米的可见红光可穿透约3分之1吋的组织。这种光线对于治疗靠近皮肤的病痛非常有效,例如跌打损伤、割伤、疤痕,尤其是细菌感染。这种光线也可以刺激身体的穴位,并且可以在神经***中行走,就像电线在导电管路中的一般。波长在700到1400纳米的近红外线可以穿透身体组织到达1.5英吋。在此一穿透深度,此种光线对于治疗关节、深层肌肉、器官、及其他组织非常有效。

具体实施方式
首先要特别说明的是:本说明书所使用的图示仅是用于说明本发明的某些实施例,本发明的范围并不受该些图示的限制。
图1是本发明可携带式近红外线桑拿浴帐篷的一个实施例。此一桑拿浴帐篷通常是安装在室内的水平面,例如但不限于是浴室的地板。此一桑拿浴帐篷包含一个由帐幔所提供的封闭空间。帐幔则是由一个骨架1所支撑。骨架的细节显示于图2及图3。骨架通常具有一个长方体的外型。此一长方体的棱线是由管状元件所构成。这些管状元件可分离地结合在一起,便于快速的安装及拆卸。此一部份将在下文有更详细的说明。帐幔的细节显示于图7。帐幔包含:三个分离的帐幕单元。三个帐幕单元包覆住骨架的长方体构造的六个面中的五个面。三个帐幕单元包括:一个左帐幕、一个右帐幕、及一个可折迭的三面帐幕组。可折迭的三面帐幕组形成该封闭空间的一个顶蓬、一个后帐幕、及一个前帐幕。三面帐幕组的前帐幕具有一个门户,用于让使用者进出该封闭空间。如图5所示,一个电力近红外线灯装置藉由骨架悬挂在该封闭空间中。近红外线灯装置主要产生可见的红光及近红外光(波长约为50到1800纳米),以加热该封闭空间。
请参照图2及图3。在一个较佳的实施例,骨架具有一个模块化的构造,其包含:四支水平底杆、四支水平顶杆、四支垂直角杆、及八支角落固定架。水平底杆、水平顶杆、垂直角杆及角落固定架之中的每一个,都是由具有适当刚性且轻量的材料的直管所制成。在一个较佳的实施例,角杆是由可拆解的部分所组成,以降低组件的整体长度,及增加携带的方便性。在一个实施例,底杆及顶杆为1.2米长,角杆为1.5米长,如此本发明桑拿浴帐篷的尺寸,可以让一个普通人坐在该封闭空间内的椅孔上,而且具有适当的头部空间。角杆是最长的杆件,将角杆分成两支0.75米长的组件,可以比较方便地安置于一个较小的储存装置,例如一个背袋或提袋。
在一个较佳的实施例,角落固定架是用跟骨架的杆件一样的材料所制造,并且由三支互相垂直的管件连结在一个共同顶点而形成。如上所述,底杆、顶杆、及角杆定义出此一长方体的棱线。角落固定架13做为在长方体顶点的连接装置,将所有的杆件结合在一起。如图4所示,底杆、顶杆、及角杆的终端部分可伸缩地结合于角落固定架管件。依角落固定架是位于长方体的上顶点或下顶点,角落固定架结合一支垂直的角杆及两支水平的底杆或顶杆。如图4所示,在一个实施例,底杆、顶杆、及角杆藉由习知的弹簧扣可释放地连结于角落固定架,底杆、顶杆、及角杆分别被锁入在角落固定架的相对孔洞内。在另一个实施例,底杆、顶杆、及角杆藉由摩擦力稳固地结合于角落固定架,而没有用到任何锁固机构。在本发明,使用简单的锁固机构或完全没有用到任何的锁固机构,都可以让骨架的组件快速轻易地安装或拆卸。
请参照图5及图6。近红外线灯装置是悬挂于一个支撑件。支撑件可移除地附加于骨架。支撑件的长度横跨两支相对的水平顶杆,而且其两端各具有一个勾部,用以勾套住水平顶杆。近红外线灯装置可以藉由一个勾-链组合而悬挂于支撑件。支撑件可以勾套住任一双相对的水平顶杆,并且可以沿着该双相对的水平顶杆的长度方向,移动到的任何位置。因此,近红外线灯装置可以悬挂于中央,也可以自支撑件的中央往支撑件的两端移动。于是,使用者可以随着他的喜好,调整支撑件及近红外线灯装置的位置。
近红外线灯装置以具有电力线为佳,以便自标准的墙壁插座获得电源。近红外线灯装置也可以考虑使用一次性或可充电的电力手段来供应电力。要注意的是:图示中所绘制的近红外线灯装置仅是用来举例,并非用来限制本发明;任何商用的或订制的近红外线灯装置都可能适用于本发明。
请参照图7及图8。帐幔的左帐幕、右帐幕、及三面帐幕组是由可挠性的热绝缘材料的薄片所制成。在一个较佳的实施例,绝缘材料是一种辐射阻障,也就是一种反射性的绝缘材料。在一个更佳的实施例,绝缘材料是一种单层或双层金属薄片且具有气泡的反射性绝缘材料,其中金属薄片是由低放射率的铝或类似的金属所制成。其他适合的反射性绝缘材料也可以使用。反射性绝缘材料是用来反射近红外线灯装置所产生的辐射能。藉由在该封闭空间的几乎每一个面都安装反射性绝缘材料,近红外线灯装置所产生的辐射能无法逃逸出该封闭空间,而使该封闭空间的温度上升。由于绝缘材料薄且具有可挠性,帐幕单元可折迭或者卷绕,以缩小其整体的尺寸,而便收藏或运送。
帐幔的帐幕单元可释放地固定于骨架。在一个较佳的实施例,黏扣带(俗称为魔鬼毡)用于将左帐幕及右帐幕固定于水平顶杆及水平底杆。由于三面帐幕组具有前帐幕、后帐幕、及顶蓬,因此将顶蓬(中间部分)放置于两支顶杆,而且让前帐幕及后帐幕(外侧部分)垂悬向下,骨架就可以支撑住三面帐幕组。前帐幕及后帐幕的下缘则藉由黏扣带固定于骨架的底杆。如此,可以确保热量可以保留在帐幔所形成的封闭空间。在一个较佳的实施例,帐幕单元的边缘可释放地固定在一起,以确保热空气不会从帐幕单元的缝隙外流。为达此目的,传统的拉链扣件沿着帐幕单元的边缘设置,以便当左帐幕及右帐幕和三面帐幕组组装在一起的时候,拉链扣件可以将左帐幕及右帐幕连结于三面帐幕组。
在该些图示中,门户是绘制于三面帐幕组的前帐幕的一个倒L型的门帘,而且可以用一个拉链扣件开启或关闭。拉链扣件的滑件在帐幕的两边各具有一个拉柄,以便从封闭空间的内侧及外侧都可以开启或关闭门户。当拉链扣件开启时,使用者可以掀开门帘而进出封闭空间。要注意的是:本说明并未限制门户必须是一个倒L型的形状。在其它的实施例,门户也可以是其他的形状。如图9到图11所示,门户是一个方括号的形状。

Claims (1)
1.一种携带式近红外线桑拿浴帐篷,其包含:
一个骨架;
一个封闭空间;及
一个红外线灯;
其中
该封闭空间安装于该骨架的外部;
该红外线灯装于该骨架的内部;
该骨架更包含:复数个垂直管件、复数个水平管件、及一个灯具支撑件;
该复数个水平管件及该复数个垂直管件,藉由复数个角落固定架,彼此结合;
该封闭空间更包含:一个左帐幕、及一个右帐幕、及一个可折迭三面帐幕组;
该左帐幕及该右帐幕附着于该骨架;
该右帐幕隔着该骨架与该左帐幕相对;
该可折迭三面帐幕组,在该左帐幕及该右帐幕之间的位置,附着于该骨架;
一个门户与该可折迭三面帐幕组结合;
该灯具支撑件附着于该复数个水平管件中的一个第一水平管件及该复数个水平管件中的一个第二水平管件;
该红外线灯结合于该灯具支撑件。
