Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal, the following detailed description will be made of embodiments of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of an incoming call processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The incoming call processing method is applied to the mobile terminal and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 201, monitoring the incoming call, and displaying an incoming call processing interface on a screen of the mobile terminal.
In order to facilitate communication among users using different mobile terminals, the mobile terminal can monitor whether an incoming call is received in real time. When receiving an incoming call, in order to facilitate the user to select to answer, the incoming call processing interface can be displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal, namely, the incoming call processing interface is displayed in the foreground.
The incoming call can comprise an audio communication request or a video communication request based on a mobile phone number or other communication account.
When the mobile terminal can detect the incoming call, the application currently in the foreground can be switched to the background, and the incoming call processing interface is displayed to the foreground, so that the incoming call processing interface is displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal.
The call processing interface can include virtual buttons for answering and hanging up. If a specific operation instruction of the user for answering the virtual button is received, the incoming call can be connected; if a specific operation instruction of the user on hanging up the virtual button is received, the incoming call can be hung up.
The specific operation instruction may include an operation instruction in the form of a click operation instruction, a touch operation instruction, or the like.
Step 202, if a first preset operation instruction of a user on a main menu key is received, switching the incoming call processing interface to a background for running, wherein the first preset operation instruction is used for indicating that the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background.
When the incoming call is monitored, a user may not be convenient to answer the incoming call or directly hang up the incoming call, that is, the incoming call is desired to be kept, but in the process of keeping the incoming call, if the incoming call processing interface is displayed by the foreground, the process that the mobile terminal processes other services or performs other operations (such as display or interaction with the user) may be affected, and the user experience is low. At this time, the incoming call is not interrupted, namely, the incoming call state is kept.
The HOME menu key is also called a HOME page (HOME) key, and is used to return to a HOME menu or a HOME page of the mobile terminal, where the HOME menu key may include a physical button or a virtual button. For example, in the schematic diagram of the mobile terminal shown in fig. 3, the mobile terminal is provided with a circular main menu key at the bottom of one side of the screen of the mobile terminal.
The first preset operation instruction may include a click operation instruction, a touch operation instruction, or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the incoming call can be monitored and the incoming call processing interface can be displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal, namely the incoming call processing interface is displayed on the foreground, and when a first preset operation instruction of a user on a main menu key is received, the incoming call processing interface can be switched to the background to run, so that other services can be processed or other operations can be performed in the process of keeping the incoming call, namely the influence of the incoming call on other functions is reduced, the incoming call processing mode is increased, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of an incoming call processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The incoming call processing method is applied to the mobile terminal and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 401, the mobile terminal monitors an incoming call, and displays an incoming call processing interface on a screen of the mobile terminal.
The manner of monitoring the incoming call and displaying the incoming call processing interface on the screen of the mobile terminal may refer to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to remind the user of the incoming call and reduce the possibility that the user misses the incoming call, the incoming call may be reminded in a preset reminding manner.
The preset reminding mode may include at least one of an incoming call ringtone or a shake, and the preset reminding mode may be determined in advance by the mobile terminal, for example, a reminding mode submitted by a receiving user, and the like.
Step 402, if a first preset operation instruction of a user on a main menu key is received, the mobile terminal switches the incoming call processing interface to a background for running, wherein the first preset operation instruction is used for instructing to switch the incoming call processing interface to the background.
For the mode of switching the incoming call processing interface to the background operation, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to avoid inconvenience or confusion to a user about the reminding of the incoming call after the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background, user experience is further improved, and the reminding of the incoming call by the preset reminding mode may be stopped.
Certainly, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may also be additionally provided with an incoming call sleep button, and when a second preset operation instruction of the user on the incoming call sleep button is received, the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background operation.
The incoming call sleep button may comprise a physical button or a virtual button of an entity. For example, in the mobile terminal diagram shown in fig. 3, the screen of the mobile terminal displays an incoming call processing interface including a "sleep" button. Therefore, when the mobile terminal receives a second preset operation instruction of the user on the 'sleep button', the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background operation.
After the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background to run, the mobile terminal may also switch the application which was switched to the background last time to the foreground before the incoming call is received, for example, a desktop application. And if the desktop application is switched to the foreground, the application can be started when a specific operation instruction of a user on an icon of any application in the desktop is received.
And step 403, the mobile terminal displays the incoming call processing interface in a floating window mode.
In order to reduce the possibility that a user misses an incoming call when the incoming call processing interface is switched to the background, further increase the diversity of incoming call processing and improve the user experience, the incoming call processing interface can be displayed in a floating window mode.
Wherein, the floating window may have a preset pattern. The preset pattern includes at least one of a shape, a size, a color, a pattern, a transparency, etc., and the preset pattern may be previously determined by the mobile terminal.
The incoming call processing interface is displayed in a floating window form, and the size of the incoming call processing interface is reduced to be smaller than or equal to that of the floating window, and the reduced incoming call processing interface is displayed in a floating window form to a specified position in the screen of the mobile terminal.
The designated location may be determined in advance by the mobile terminal, such as the upper left corner of the mobile terminal screen.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, an incoming call processing interface displayed in a floating window form is displayed on the upper left corner of the screen of the mobile terminal, and desktop applications including icons of applications such as "camera", "album", and "game" are displayed on other display areas of the screen of the mobile terminal.
Certainly, in practical applications, the incoming call processing interface may also be displayed not in the floating window form, but in the floating window form, prompt information such as text or graphics is displayed to prompt that there is an incoming call currently, and the incoming call is in the background.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to facilitate answering or hanging up an incoming call in the process of displaying the incoming call processing interface in the form of a floating window and thus switching the incoming call processing interface to a background, an answering button and a hanging up button are also displayed in the floating window, if a specific operation instruction of a user for the answering button is received, the incoming call is connected, and if a specific operation instruction of the user for the hanging up button is received, the incoming call is disconnected.
Step 404, if a second preset operation instruction for the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form is received, according to the second preset operation instruction, moving the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form, and updating the display position of the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form on the screen of the mobile terminal, where the second preset operation instruction is used for instructing to update the display position of the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form on the screen of the mobile terminal.
Since the incoming call processing interface is displayed in the floating window form, the floating window may occupy a part of the display area in the display screen, which may affect other contents displayed in the screen, so that, on the basis of improving the diversity of incoming call processing, the display effect is improved to further improve the user experience, and the display position of the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form may be moved according to the second preset operation instruction.
The second preset operation instruction may include a drag operation instruction or a slide operation instruction.
When a second preset operation instruction is received, a moving track and a position where the moving track ends of the second preset operation instruction can be detected, so that the levitation penetration is moved to the position where the moving track ends along the moving track.
Certainly, in practical applications, in order to further avoid that the displayed floating window interferes with displaying other contents, other adjustments may be performed on the display position or the display effect of the floating window, for example, if a second preset operation instruction is received and the position where the second preset operation instruction ends is the edge of the screen of the mobile terminal, the incoming call processing interface may be displayed in the form of a transparent floating window, or the incoming call processing interface displayed in the form of the floating window is hidden to the edge; if a second preset operation instruction of the user to the transparent display or hidden floating window is received and the position where the second preset operation instruction ends is not the edge of the display screen, the display of the incoming call processing interface in the form of the floating window can be restored to the display state before transparent display or hiding is carried out.
Step 405, the mobile terminal switches the incoming call processing interface to a foreground for display.
In order to rapidly and accurately switch the incoming call processing interface to the foreground again so as to continue to perform operations such as answering or hanging up on the incoming call and improve the efficiency and accuracy of incoming call processing, the mobile terminal can switch the incoming call processing interface to the foreground for displaying.
If a third preset operation instruction for the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window form is received, switching the incoming call processing interface to the foreground, and displaying the incoming call processing interface on the screen of the mobile terminal, wherein the third preset operation instruction is used for indicating that the incoming call processing interface in the background is switched to the foreground.
The third preset operation may include a click operation or a touch operation.
Of course, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may also be provided with an incoming call wake-up button, and when receiving a third preset operation instruction of the user on the incoming call wake-up button, the mobile terminal switches the incoming call processing interface to the foreground.
The incoming call awakening button can be in the same form as the incoming call sleeping button, and when the incoming call sleeping button and the incoming call awakening button are physical buttons, the incoming call sleeping button and the incoming call awakening button can be the same button.
Of course, since the incoming call processing interface is already switched to the foreground, the user can directly see the content displayed on the incoming call processing interface, and after the incoming call processing interface is switched to the foreground for display, the incoming call processing interface displayed in the floating window mode can be deleted.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to reduce the interaction process with the user, and further improve the efficiency of processing the incoming call on the basis of increasing the diversity of the incoming call processing, when the incoming call is monitored, the incoming call processing interface is not displayed in the foreground, but is directly displayed in the floating window form, so that the incoming call processing interface is directly operated in the background when the incoming call is monitored.
For example, a flowchart of a method of incoming call processing may be as shown in fig. 6. In step 601, an incoming call is monitored; step 602, entering an incoming call processing interface, namely displaying the incoming call processing interface on a foreground; step 603, judging whether the user presses the HOME key, if not, executing step 604, and if so, executing step 605; step 604, continuing to stay on the incoming call processing interface, namely, continuing to display the incoming call processing interface on the foreground; 605, switching the incoming call processing interface to a background, displaying a floating window of the incoming call processing interface on the main interface, and returning the main interface to the desktop; step 606, judging whether to re-enter the incoming call processing interface, if not, executing step 607, and if so, executing step 608; step 607, keeping the current interface, i.e. not switching the incoming call processing interface to the foreground; step 608, re-enter the incoming call processing interface, that is, switch the incoming call processing interface to the foreground.
And step 406, if a first preset operation instruction of the user on the main menu key is not received, continuing to display the incoming call processing interface.
The method comprises the steps that a first preset operation instruction of a user on a main menu key is not received, and the user can answer the incoming call conveniently at present or hang up the incoming call directly, so that the incoming call processing interface can be displayed on a foreground continuously.
In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, the incoming call can be monitored and the incoming call processing interface is displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal, namely, the incoming call processing interface is displayed on the foreground, and when a first preset operation instruction of a user on a main menu key is received, the incoming call processing interface can be switched to the background to run, so that other services can be processed or other operations can be performed in the process of keeping the incoming call, namely, the influence of the incoming call on other functions is reduced, the incoming call processing mode is increased, and the user experience is improved.
And secondly, the incoming call processing interface can be displayed in a floating window mode, the possibility that a user misses an incoming call when the incoming call processing interface is switched to a background is reduced, the incoming call processing diversity is further increased, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, a third preset operation instruction of the user for the incoming call processing interface or the incoming call awakening button displayed in the floating window form can be received, the incoming call processing interface is displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal again, the incoming call processing interface can be quickly and accurately switched to the foreground, the user can further determine to answer or hang up according to the incoming call processing interface displayed by the foreground, and the incoming call processing efficiency and accuracy are improved.
In addition, a second operation instruction of the user on the floating window can be received, and the position of the incoming call processing interface displayed in the form of the floating window is moved, so that the influence of the incoming call processing interface displayed in the form of the floating window on other contents displayed in the screen is reduced, and the display effect is improved.
