The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
A terminal 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 14. The terminal 100 may be a mobile terminal or a fixed terminal, for example, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a smart watch, a vehicle-mounted computer, and the like, and the fixed terminal may be a desktop computer, and the like. In the following, the terminal 100 is taken as a mobile phone for example, and it is obvious that a person skilled in the art can understand that the terminal 100 is a technical solution of other devices after reading the following technical solutions.
As shown in fig. 1, a terminal 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the card holder comprises a shell 1, a card holder assembly 3, a card holder 4 and a stopper 5.
Referring to fig. 4, the housing 1 has an elongated socket 11, for example, the socket 11 may be opened on a side wall of the housing 1, and the length of the socket 11 is much greater than the width of the socket 11, for example, the socket 11 may be formed in a rectangular shape or an oblong shape, etc. In the following, only the case where the insertion opening 11 is formed in the side wall of the housing 1, and the longitudinal direction (for example, a-a direction shown in the drawing) of the opening is the same as the longitudinal direction of the side wall, and the width direction (for example, B-B direction shown in the drawing) of the insertion opening 11 is the same as the thickness direction of the housing 1 will be described, where the thickness direction of the housing 1 means: a direction from the screen side of the housing 1 to the back plate side of the housing 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the card-holder assembly 3 is disposed in the housing 1 opposite to the socket 11, that is, at least a part of the card-holder assembly 3 can be observed as viewed along a central axis of the socket 11 toward the inside of the housing 1, and the card-holder assembly 3 includes a cover 31 and a connector 32 sequentially disposed in a width direction of the socket 11 (e.g., a B-B direction shown in the drawing), for example, the cover 31 may be located on a side of the connector 32 adjacent to a screen of the terminal 100, wherein the cover 31 may be used to mount and protect the card holder 4, and the connector 32 may be used to make an electrical connection with a card (e.g., a SIM card or a TF card, etc.) on the card holder 4.
Further, the card holder 4 can be inserted and fitted between the cover 31 and the connector 32 by the insertion opening 11. For example, the connector 32 may be electrically connected to the control board 2 of the terminal 100, the cover 31 may cover a side of the control board 2 where the connector 32 is provided to define a receiving space with the control board 2, the covers 31 may have guide rails respectively inside both ends in a length direction (for example, a-a direction shown in the drawing) of the socket 11, both ends of the card holder 4 in the length direction (for example, a-a direction shown in the drawing) of the socket 11 may be respectively inserted into the two guide rails and inserted into the receiving space along the guide rails to be protected by the cover 31, and when the card holder 4 is inserted between the connector 32 and the cover 31, the connector 32 may be in communication with a card on the card holder 4 to electrically connect the card to the control board 2 of the terminal 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the connector 32 includes a supporting platform 321 and an elastic terminal 322 connected to the supporting platform 321 and extending toward the cover 31, where the supporting platform 321 may be used to hold up a card on the card holder 4, and the elastic terminal 322 may be used to form an electrical connection with a conductive portion of the card, where a side end surface 52 of the supporting platform 321 facing the cover 31 is a reference end surface 3211, and the reference end surface 3211 may be parallel to a length extension line of the socket 11.
As shown in fig. 6, the stopper 5 is provided between the socket 11 and the connector 32 in the inward and outward direction of the socket 11 (e.g., the C-C direction shown in the drawing), i.e., the insertion and extraction direction of the card holder 4, that is, the stopper 5 is located between the outer end face of the connector 32 (the one-side end face of the connector 32 adjacent to the outside of the housing 1) and the outer end face of the socket 11 (the one-side end face of the socket 11 adjacent to the outside of the housing 1), whereby the stopper 5 does not interfere with the contact of the card on the card holder 4 with the connector 32, and the stopper 5 can be housed within the outer surface of the housing 1 to ensure the overall aesthetic appearance of the housing 1.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 6, at least a portion of the stopper 5 is opposed to the socket 11 in a width direction of the socket 11 (e.g., a B-B direction shown in the drawings), that is, at least a portion of the stopper 5 is observed as viewed toward the inside of the housing 1 along a central axis of the socket 11, and the stopper 5 is disposed adjacent to a side of the connector 32 in the card holder assembly 3. Therefore, the stopper 5 can play a role of reducing the width of the corresponding cross section in the socket 11, namely, a role of neck locking, so that when the card holder 4 is inserted into the socket 11, the front end 41 of the card holder 4 (i.e. the end of the card holder 4 which preferentially extends into the socket 11) needs to be free from the stopper 5 to be inserted, and when the card holder 4 is inclined and inserted straight towards the connector 32, the front end 41 of the card holder 4 can be resisted by the stopper 5 and cannot be inserted, so that the problem that the front end 41 of the card holder 4 is inserted into the connector 32 straight can be effectively avoided by arranging the stopper 5, and the problem that the elastic terminal 322 of the connector 32 is damaged by the front end 41 of the card holder 4 in straight insertion can be prevented.
Further, one side end surface 52 of the stopper 5 adjacent to the cover body 31 is located on one side of the reference end surface 3211 far from the cover body 31 or is flush with the reference end surface 3211, that is, one side end surface 52 of the stopper 5 adjacent to the cover body 31 does not extend beyond the reference end surface 3211 toward the cover body 31, so that when the card holder 4 and the card seat assembly 3 are inserted into place, the card on the card holder 4 can be held up by the supporting platform 321 instead of being held up by the stopper 5, thereby ensuring the reliability of the electrical connection between the card and the elastic terminal 322 and ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the terminal 100.
According to the terminal 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the stopper 5 near one side of the connector 32 inside the socket 11, the user can insert the card holder 4 into the socket 11 only in the correct direction, and when the user inserts the card holder 4 into the socket 11 in the wrong direction (e.g., reverse direction, oblique direction), the card holder 4 cannot be inserted due to the stopper of the stopper 5, so that the card holder 4 does not insert the elastic terminal 322 straight, causing damage to the elastic terminal 322, and thus ensuring that the terminal 100 can operate reliably. In addition, the blocking piece 5 is simple to arrange and can protect the card seat assembly 3 with the standard component structure, so that the card seat assembly 3 with the non-standard component structure is not required to be additionally designed, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, in a width direction (e.g., a direction B-B shown in the figure) of the socket 11, a side end surface 52 of the stopper 5 is located on a side of the reference end surface 3211 away from the cover 31, and a minimum distance L1 between the reference end surface 3211 and the reference end surface 3211 is greater than or equal to 0.1 mm. That is, when the supporting platform 321 supports the card on the card holder 4, the stopper 5 and the card may have a gap of 0.1mm or more, in other words, the stopper 5 is 1mm or more lower than the reference end surface 3211. Therefore, the problem that the contact between the spring plate terminal and the card is poor due to the fact that the stopper 5 is higher than the reference end surface 3211 and the card is pushed up too high due to processing deviation and/or assembly deviation can be avoided. Preferably, the above-mentioned end surface of the stopper 5 is disposed in parallel with the reference end surface 3211. Therefore, the processing is convenient, and the processing requirement can be simply met.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop 5 is provided on the side wall of the socket 11. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the stopper 5 may be formed by a projection of one side surface in the width direction of the socket 11 (e.g., the B-B direction shown in the drawings) toward the other side surface in the width direction of the socket 11 (e.g., the B-B direction shown in the drawings). From this, convenient processing just need not additionally to assemble, and production efficiency is high, and structural reliability is strong.
Further, the stopper 5 has a guide slope 51 extending obliquely in a direction from the outer end of the insertion opening 11 to the inner end of the insertion opening 11 toward the other side wall in the width direction of the insertion opening 11 (for example, the direction B-B shown in the drawing), whereby the guide slope 51 ensures smooth insertion of the card holder 4, prevents the problem that the card holder 4 is damaged by the stopper 5, and reduces the difficulty of assembling the card holder 4. Preferably, the stop 5 is a rib extending along the length of the socket 11. Therefore, the processing is convenient, the production efficiency is high, and the stopping effect of the stopper 5 is good.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the elastic terminal 322 includes: the flat plate portion 3221 is parallel to the reference end surface 3211, the inner end of the flat plate portion 3221 is connected to one side edge of the supporting platform 321 in the length direction (e.g., a-a direction shown in the figure) of the slot 11, the inner end of the inclined plate portion 3222 is connected to the outer end of the flat plate portion 3221, and the outer end of the inclined plate portion 3222 extends in a direction toward the cover 31, that is, the elastic terminal 322 extends from one side wall in the width direction (e.g., B-B direction shown in the figure) of the supporting platform 321 to the flat plate portion 3221 in parallel and then tilts to the inclined plate portion 3222, wherein one end in the length direction (e.g., a-a direction shown in the figure) of the blocking member 5 is located on one side of the outer end of the flat plate portion 3221 away from the supporting platform 321 or is flush with the outer end of the flat plate portion 322. Thus, the stopper 5 can effectively and reliably protect the flat plate portion 3221 from straight insertion damage.
Here, it should be noted that the connector 32 is usually a standard component, and one side surface of the inclined plate portion 3222 of the elastic terminal 322 in the connector 32 as a standard component, which is adjacent to the outer end surface of the insertion opening 11, is located inside the outer end surface of the flat plate portion 3221, which is adjacent to the insertion opening 11, that is, when the card holder 4 is inserted into the insertion opening 11, it is firstly contacted with the plane where the flat plate portion 3221 is located, and then contacted with the plane where the inclined plate portion 3222 is located, in other words, when the card holder 4 is inserted into the insertion opening 11, it is the flat plate portion 3221 that may be damaged at first, therefore, by providing the blocking member 5 with the above structure, the connector 32 may be protected more effectively and reliably, and the stable operation of the.
Preferably, the one end of the stopper 5 is located at a side of the outer end of the flat plate portion 3221 away from the supporting platform 321, and the minimum distance L2 between the one end and the outer end of the flat plate portion 3221 is greater than or equal to 0.8mm to 1 mm. Accordingly, the problem that the stopper 5 cannot effectively protect the flat plate portion 3221 in the width direction of the socket 11 due to processing variations and/or assembly variations can be avoided, and the structural reliability of the connector 32 can be further improved.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 to 14, at least a part of the back surface of the tip portion 41 of the card holder 4 extends obliquely toward the front surface of the card holder 4 along the insertion direction of the card holder 4, that is, the tip portion 41 of the card holder 4 adjacent to one side end surface 52 of the stopper 5 is configured as a slope 42 in the width direction of the insertion opening 11 (e.g., the B-B direction shown in the drawings), in other words, the side surface of the tip portion 41 of the card holder 4 facing the elastic terminal 322 is further away from the elastic terminal 322, so that, when the card holder 4 is inserted into the insertion opening 11, the tip portion 41 of the slope 42 is further away from the elastic terminal 322, whereby the problem of damage to the elastic terminal 322 during insertion of the card holder 4 can be further avoided, and, when the user inserts the card holder 4 into the insertion opening 11 at a certain deflection angle, the slope 42 can press down the elastic terminal 322, that is, the elastic terminal 322 may be pressed down along the inclined surface 42, thereby ensuring that the elastic terminal 322 is not damaged by being inserted. Preferably, the ramp 42 extends obliquely at an angle of 45 °. Therefore, the processing is convenient and the action effect is reliable. Here, it should be noted that the "back side surface" refers to a side of the card tray 4 facing the cover 31 in the thickness direction, and the "front side surface" refers to a side of the card tray 4 facing the connector 32 in the thickness direction.
Preferably, back side surfaces of both ends of the tip portion 41 of the card tray 4 in the length direction of the insertion opening 11 (e.g., a-a direction shown in the drawing) extend obliquely toward the front side surface of the card tray 4 along the insertion direction of the card tray 4. That is, the inclined surfaces 42 are located on both sides in the width direction of the leading end portion 41 of the card holder 4, thereby facilitating the processing. Here, it should be noted that the inclined surface 42 is formed on the distal end portion 41 of the card holder 4 in order to avoid the elastic terminal 322, and in the connector 32 of some standard components, the elastic terminal 322 is provided on both ends of the support platform 321 in the width direction of the insertion opening 11 (for example, in the B-B direction shown in the drawing), so that the avoiding effect can be achieved only by forming the inclined surface 42 on both sides of the distal end portion 41 of the card holder 4.
Other configurations and operations of the terminal 100 according to the embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In summary, according to the terminal 100 of some embodiments of the present invention, the rib-shaped stopper 5 is formed on the sidewall of the socket 11, and the height of the rib is at least 0.1mm lower than the supporting platform 321, so that the length of one end of the stopper 5 is longer than the length of the corresponding end of the flat plate 3221 by 0.8-1mm, and meanwhile, the inclined surface 42 is formed on the head of the card holder 4 by chamfering, so that when a user inserts the card holder 4 into the socket 11 in a reverse direction and in an inclined direction, the card holder 4 cannot be inserted, thereby preventing the elastic terminal 322 from being damaged by the insertion of the card holder 4, and the inclined surface 42 on the tip 41 can further prevent the elastic terminal 322 from being damaged by the inclined movement of the tip 41 of the card holder 4 after being inserted into the socket 11, thereby protecting the elastic terminal 322 from being damaged by the insertion in many ways.
