Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related art, in a scenario where an enterprise supports and optimizes enterprise mobile information management by using a dual-domain (dual-space) technology based on Android multiple users, after an enterprise employee enters a company, if an enterprise space, such as a newly-entered enterprise employee, is not created on a mobile phone of the enterprise employee, the enterprise employee needs to manually scan a two-dimensional code placed or hung at a specific position of the company by using the mobile phone to obtain information for creating the enterprise space, and then create the enterprise space on the mobile phone. However, in the related art, the two-dimension codes need to be placed or hung at a plurality of positions of a company in advance, the deployment process of distributing, placing or hanging the two-dimension codes is complex, the cost is high, and the flexible deployment requirements of enterprises cannot be met; meanwhile, in the related technology, a user needs to find the two-dimensional code and manually scan the two-dimensional code, so that the operation is complex, the operation efficiency is low, and the user experience is poor.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an enterprise user space creating method, where the method includes: when the identifier of the wireless local area network currently accessed by the terminal is matched with the preset identifier, sending a request message to a server with a preset intranet address through the wireless local area network; the request message comprises user account information; receiving a response message returned by a server with a preset intranet address; wherein the response message includes configuration information for creating an enterprise user space on the terminal; and creating an enterprise user space on the terminal according to the configuration information.
In the enterprise user space creation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when it is determined that the terminal is connected to the wireless local area network with the preset identifier, the configuration information for creating the enterprise user space is automatically acquired from the server, and then the enterprise user space is created on the terminal based on the configuration information, so that the enterprise user space is automatically created when the terminal is connected to the wireless local area network with the preset identifier, the defect that the deployment process is complex due to the fact that two-dimensional codes need to be specially deployed in the related art is overcome, the cost of enterprise mobile deployment can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the two-dimensional codes do not need to be manually scanned by the user, the degree of automation is high, and the user experience can be improved.
Based on the above analysis, the following specific examples are proposed.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for creating an enterprise user space according to an exemplary embodiment, where an execution subject of the method may be a terminal, and the terminal is, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, or the like; as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps 101-103:
in step 101, when the identifier of the wireless local area network to which the terminal is currently accessed matches a preset identifier, a request message is sent to a server with a preset intranet address through the wireless local area network; the request message comprises user account information;
illustratively, a user enters the effective coverage range of a company wireless local area network, and the terminal is connected to the company wireless local area network by using user account information distributed to the user by an enterprise; the user account information may be, for example, an account and a password/fingerprint. After the terminal has successfully accessed the wireless local area network of a company, judging whether the identifier of the wireless local area network currently accessed by the terminal is matched with a preset identifier; if the identifier of the wireless local area network currently accessed by the terminal is matched with the preset identifier, the terminal sends a request message to a server with a preset intranet address through the wireless local area network, and the request message carries user account information, so that the server with the preset intranet address is accessed in a company intranet, and the server is requested to allocate configuration information for creating enterprise user space on the terminal; and if the identifier of the wireless local area network accessed by the terminal currently is not matched with the preset identifier, ending the process.
For example, when it is determined that the identifier of the wireless local area network to which the terminal is currently accessed matches the preset identifier, user account information input by the user when accessing the wireless local area network is automatically acquired, and then a request message is sent to a server with a preset intranet address through the wireless local area network, so that the user account information can be prevented from being input when the request message is sent, and user operation is simplified.
For example, when it is determined that the identifier of the wireless local area network to which the terminal is currently connected matches a preset identifier, it is determined whether an enterprise user space exists on the terminal; if the enterprise user space does not exist on the terminal, sending a request message to a server with a preset intranet address through a wireless local area network, and creating the enterprise user space on the terminal according to the acquired configuration information; if the enterprise user space already exists on the terminal, the process ends. The configuration information can be automatically acquired only when the enterprise user space is not created on the terminal, so that the configuration information is prevented from being acquired repeatedly under the condition that the enterprise user space is created on the terminal, and redundant operation is reduced.
Illustratively, the terminal sends a request message to a server of a preset intranet address via a wireless local area network using secure sockets layer hypertext transfer protocol (https). The server with the preset intranet address is deployed in a local area network of a company, and the terminal and the server communicate by using an https protocol, so that the safety of information transmission can be guaranteed.
In step 102, receiving a response message returned by a server with a preset intranet address; wherein the response message includes configuration information for creating an enterprise user space on the terminal;
illustratively, the configuration information includes any one or a combination of: a name of the enterprise user space, profile information of the enterprise user space, an icon of the enterprise user space, an address of a cloud server associated with the enterprise user space. Configuration information may also include software that needs to be installed under enterprise user space, etc.
In step 103, an enterprise user space is created on the terminal based on the configuration information.
For example, after an enterprise user space is created on a terminal, there is at least an enterprise user space and a personal user space on the terminal that are independent of each other; the enterprise user space is used for managing and processing enterprise application and enterprise data related to an enterprise; the personal user space is used to manage and process the user's personal data and operations.
According to the technical scheme, when the terminal is determined to be connected to the wireless local area network with the preset identification, the configuration information used for creating the enterprise user space is automatically acquired from the server, then the enterprise user space is created on the terminal based on the configuration information, the enterprise user space is automatically created when the terminal is connected to the wireless local area network with the preset identification, the defect that the deployment process is complex due to the fact that the two-dimensional code needs to be specially deployed in the related technology is overcome, the cost of enterprise mobile deployment can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the two-dimensional code does not need to be manually scanned by a user, the degree of automation is high, and therefore user experience can be improved.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a method for enterprise user space creation in accordance with an exemplary embodiment; as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the enterprise user space creation method related to the present disclosure may include the following steps 201 and 206:
in step 201, when the identifier of the wireless local area network to which the terminal is currently accessed matches a preset identifier, a request message is sent to a server with a preset intranet address via the wireless local area network; the request message comprises user account information;
in step 202, receiving a response message returned by a server with a preset intranet address; wherein the response message includes configuration information for creating an enterprise user space on the terminal;
in step 203, creating an enterprise user space on the terminal according to the configuration information;
it should be noted that, the execution manner of the steps 201-203 can refer to the description of the steps 101-103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
In step 204, when an access request of a user for an enterprise user space is received, an authority request is sent to a cloud server through a wireless local area network;
for example, the configuration information includes an address of a cloud server associated with the enterprise user space. When a user needs to access the enterprise user space, for example, the user wants to switch from the personal user space to the enterprise user space, the terminal sends an authority request to the cloud server via the wireless local area network.
In step 205, receiving an indication message returned by the cloud server;
illustratively, when the cloud server receives the permission request, security check is performed on the access request of the user; when determining that the user has the access right to the enterprise user space, sending an indication message for allowing access to the terminal; upon determining that the user is not able to access the enterprise user space at that time, an indication message is sent to the terminal denying access.
In step 206, the user is allowed to access the enterprise user space upon learning from the indication message that the user has access rights.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user needs to access an enterprise user space, an authority request is sent to a cloud server associated with the enterprise user space through a wireless local area network, and the security of the access is verified by the cloud server, so that the data security of the enterprise user space is ensured.
