Along with the demand of people on living environment increases gradually, the shape of the indoor unit of the cabinet air conditioner also develops into a cylinder with graceful lines gradually, and the air outlet of the indoor unit of the cabinet air conditioner is provided with two movable panels, when the indoor unit of the cabinet air conditioner works, the two movable panels move away from each other to open the air outlet, and when the indoor unit of the cabinet air conditioner stops working, the two movable panels move in opposite directions to close the air outlet, so that the overall sense and the aesthetic degree of the indoor unit of the cabinet air conditioner are increased.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, at present, a movable panel 12 of an air outlet of an indoor unit 11 of a cabinet air conditioner mainly adopts a gear-rack transmission mechanism, wherein the gear-rack transmission mechanism comprises a gear 13, a rack 14 and a rack guide rail 15, the gear 13 and the rack guide rail 15 are respectively arranged on the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner, and the rack guide rail 15 is positioned below the gear 13; the rack 14 is mounted on one side (and the side facing away from the operator) of the movable panel 12, facing the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner, the rack 14 comprises a rack body 141 meshed with the gear 13, and a guide block 142 capable of moving on the rack guide rail 15, the guide block 142 is arranged below the rack body 141, and the rack 14 can be driven to move on the rack guide rail 15 by driving the gear 13 to rotate, so that the movable panel 12 is driven to move, and finally the air outlet is opened or closed.
In the process of manufacturing and assembling the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner, an operator needs to install the movable panel 12 on the main body of the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner, referring to fig. 3, during the installation process, the operator needs to approach the movable panel 12 to the air outlet and locate the rack 14 above the gear 13, then descend the movable panel 12, so that the guide block 142 on the rack 14 falls into the rack guide 15, and make a part of the rack teeth 143 on the rack body 141 assemble into the tooth grooves of a part of the gear teeth 131 on the gear 13 from one side of the gear 13 facing away from the rack guide 15 to the direction of the rack guide 15 (i.e. from top to bottom), so that the gear 13 and the rack 14 are meshed with each other.
Because the rack 14 is disposed on the side of the movable panel 12 facing the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner (i.e., the side facing away from the operator), as shown in fig. 4, when the movable panel is installed, the operator cannot see the matching state of the gear 13 and the rack 14, and cannot ensure that the rack teeth 143 of the rack 14 accurately enter the tooth grooves of the gear teeth 131 of the gear 13, so that the gear 13 and the rack 14 collide with each other, the operator needs to try for several times to complete the assembly, and the assembly work efficiency is reduced; meanwhile, because the movable panel 12 is heavy, the mutual collision of the gear 13 and the rack 14 is very easy to cause the inclination of the motor shaft of the gear 13, thereby reducing the meshing precision of the gear 13 and the rack 14, further causing the unsmooth movement of the movable panel 12 and the generation of noise, and reducing the quality and user satisfaction of the indoor unit 11 of the cabinet air conditioner.
Therefore, the gear rack transmission mechanism is designed, the movable panel of the air conditioner can be quickly installed, the working efficiency of the air conditioner assembly is improved, and the quality and the user satisfaction of the air conditioner are improved.

As shown in fig. 5 and 8 to 10, the present invention proposes a rack and pinion transmission mechanism disposed in an air conditioner 2 having a movable panel, the rack and pinion transmission mechanism includes a gear 3 and a rack 4, the gear 3 and the rack 4 can be meshed with each other to drive the movable panel to move on the air conditioner 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the movable panel is disposed at an air outlet 21 of the air conditioner, and the air outlet 21 can be opened or closed by moving the movable panel. Specifically, the gear 3 is mounted on the body of the air conditioner 2, the rack 4 is mounted on the side of the movable panel facing the body of the air conditioner 2 (i.e., the side facing away from the operator), the gear 3 is provided with a plurality of gear teeth 31 in a ring, the rack 4 comprises a rack body 41, the rack body 41 is provided with a plurality of rack teeth 411 in a row, and the gear teeth 31 and the rack teeth 411 can be meshed with each other to enable the gear 3 and the rack body 41 to mesh. Since the rack 4 is mounted on the side surface of the movable panel facing away from the operator, when the operator mounts the movable panel, in order to realize rapid assembly of the gear 3 and the rack 4 and avoid collision between the gear 3 and the rack 4, the gear teeth 31 are integrally connected with a gear tooth guide body 32, the gear tooth guide body 32 and the gear teeth 31 are sequentially arranged along the tooth width direction of the gear teeth 31, and the gear tooth guide body 32 is arranged on one side of the rack body 41 when the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are assembled; the tooth thickness of the gear tooth guide bodies 32 is smaller than that of the gear teeth 31, so that the distance between two adjacent gear tooth guide bodies 32 is increased, namely the tooth groove thickness of the gear tooth guide bodies 32 is increased, the rack teeth 411 are led to fall into the tooth grooves of the gear tooth guide bodies 32 from one axial end of the gear 3, and then enter the tooth grooves of the gear tooth 31, the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are assembled and meshed quickly, the assembly efficiency of the gear-rack transmission mechanism is improved, the quick installation of the movable panel of the air conditioner can be realized, the assembly working efficiency of the air conditioner 2 is improved, and the quality and the user satisfaction of the air conditioner 2 are improved.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 5, in order to smoothly drop the rack teeth 411 from the tooth grooves of the gear tooth guide 32 into the tooth grooves of the gear teeth 31, the tooth thickness of the gear tooth guide 32 increases in sequence in a direction approaching the gear teeth 31, and the tooth thickness of the connecting end of the gear tooth guide 32 and the gear teeth 31 is equal to the tooth thickness of the gear teeth 31, so that the side surfaces of the gear tooth guide 32 are formed to have inclined surfaces with a certain gradient, which is advantageous for smoothly guiding the rack teeth 411 to drop into the tooth grooves of the gear teeth 31.
Further, rounded corners are disposed between the two sides of the gear tooth guide 32 and the end face of the gear 3 away from one end of the gear tooth 31 (i.e. the end face close to the gear tooth guide 32), so that when the gear tooth guide 32 is assembled with the rack body 41, the smoothness of the gear tooth guide 32 towards one end of the rack tooth 411 is further increased, so that the gear tooth guide 32 is prevented from scratching or damaging the side face of the rack tooth 411, the rack tooth 411 is further facilitated to fall into the tooth slot of the gear tooth guide 32, and the assembly efficiency and quality of the gear-rack transmission mechanism of the invention are further improved, and the assembly work efficiency and quality stability of the air conditioner 2 are further improved.
It should be noted that, when the gear tooth guide 32 is disposed away from the end of the gear tooth 31, that is, when the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are assembled, the smaller the tooth thickness of the end of the gear tooth guide 3 facing the rack 4, the more advantageous is to guide the rack tooth 411 to fall into the tooth slot of the gear tooth guide 32, that is, the tooth thickness of the end of the gear tooth guide 32 away from the gear tooth 31 may be zero at a minimum, that is, the two sides of the gear tooth guide 32 coincide at the end away from the gear tooth 31 such that the cross section of the gear tooth guide 32 parallel to the axial direction of the gear 3 is triangular.
It should be noted that, the width of the gear teeth 31 needs to ensure the meshing stiffness with the rack teeth 411 so that the movable panel can move smoothly, and under the condition that the meshing stiffness of the gear teeth 31 and the rack teeth 411 meet the requirement, the larger the width of the gear teeth guide body 32, the smaller the inclination angle of the side surface of the gear teeth guide body 32, the more favorable the rack teeth 411 fall into the tooth grooves of the gear teeth 31 smoothly, so as to further improve the assembly efficiency of the gear 3 and the rack body 41.
Preferably, the gear tooth guide 32 has a tooth width of at least one fourth of the tooth width of the gear tooth 31 under the condition that the meshing rigidity of the gear tooth 31 and the rack tooth 411 is ensured to satisfy the normal movement of the movable panel, so as to smoothly guide the rack tooth 411 to fall into the tooth slot of the gear tooth 31.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, in order to further improve the assembly efficiency of the gear 3 and the rack body 41, the rack teeth 411 are integrally connected with a rack tooth guide 412, the rack tooth guide 412 and the rack teeth 411 are sequentially disposed along the tooth width direction of the rack teeth 411, and the rack tooth guide 412 is disposed at a side facing the gear 3 when the rack body 41 is assembled with the gear 3, that is, the gear tooth guide 32 and the rack tooth guide 412 are disposed away from each other in the axial direction of the gear 3. The gear tooth guide 32 and the rack tooth guide 412 are disposed opposite to each other when the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are assembled, and the gear tooth guide 32 and the rack tooth guide 412 are disposed opposite to each other when the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are assembled; the tooth thickness of the rack teeth guide body 412 is smaller than that of the rack teeth 411, so that the interval between two adjacent rack teeth guide bodies 412 is increased, that is, the tooth space thickness of the rack teeth guide body 412 is increased, which is beneficial to guiding the gear teeth guide body 32 to enter the tooth space of the rack teeth guide body 412 and then enter the tooth space of the rack teeth 411, and further, the gear 3 and the rack body 41 are rapidly assembled and meshed, so that the assembly efficiency of the gear-rack transmission mechanism is further improved, and the assembly working efficiency of the air conditioner 2, the quality of the air conditioner 2 and the user satisfaction degree can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, in order to smoothly allow the gear tooth guide 32 to enter the tooth slot of the rack tooth 411 from the tooth slot of the rack tooth guide 412 to avoid the gear tooth guide 32 from scratching or damaging the side surface of the rack tooth guide 412, the tooth thickness of the rack tooth guide 412 increases in sequence in a direction approaching the rack tooth 411, and the tooth thickness of the connection end of the rack tooth guide 412 with the rack tooth 411 is equal to the tooth thickness of the rack tooth 411, so that the side surface of the rack tooth guide 412 is formed as an inclined surface having a certain inclined angle, which is advantageous for smoothly guiding the gear tooth guide 32 into the tooth slot of the rack tooth 411.
Further, rounded corners are disposed between the two sides of the rack teeth guide 412 and the end face of the rack body 41 away from the rack teeth 411 (i.e. the end face close to the rack teeth guide 412), so that the smoothness of the rack teeth guide 412 towards one end of the gear teeth guide 32 is further increased when the rack teeth guide 412 and the gear teeth guide 32 are assembled, the gear teeth guide 32 is further facilitated to enter the tooth grooves of the rack teeth guide 412, and the assembly efficiency and quality of the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism of the invention are further improved, and the assembly working efficiency and quality stability of the air conditioner are further improved.
It should be noted that, when the rack tooth guide 412 is assembled with the rack body 41, that is, when the rack 3 is assembled with the rack body 41, the smaller the tooth thickness of the end of the rack tooth guide 412 facing the gear tooth guide 32, the more advantageous is guiding the gear tooth guide 32 into the tooth slot of the rack tooth guide 412, that is, the minimum tooth thickness of the end of the rack tooth guide 412 facing away from the rack tooth 411 may be zero, that is, the two sides of the rack tooth guide 412 overlap at the end facing away from the rack tooth 411 so that the cross section of the rack tooth guide 412 parallel to the axial direction of the rack body 41 is triangular.
It should be noted that, the larger the tooth width of the rack-tooth guide 412 is, the smaller the inclination angle of the side surface of the rack-tooth guide 412 is, which is more favorable for the gear teeth 31 to smoothly fall into the tooth grooves of the rack-tooth guide 412, so as to further improve the assembly efficiency of the gear 3 and the rack body 41.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sum of the tooth widths of the gear teeth 31 and the gear tooth guide 32 is less than or equal to the tooth width of the rack teeth 411, and when the assembly of the gear 3 and the rack body 41 is completed, the gear teeth 31 are all engaged with the rack teeth 411 in the tooth width direction, and the tooth width of the rack tooth guide 412 does not affect the engagement rigidity of the gear 3 and the rack body 41, so that the tooth width of the rack tooth guide 412 can be increased as much as possible under the condition of satisfying the space.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the sum of the tooth widths of the gear teeth 31 and the gear tooth guide 32 is larger than the tooth width of the rack teeth 411, and when the assembly of the gear 3 and the rack body 41 is completed, the rack teeth 411 are partially meshed with the gear teeth 31 along the tooth width direction, and when the sum of the tooth widths of the rack teeth 411 and the rack tooth guide 412 is kept constant, the larger the tooth width of the rack tooth guide 412 is, the smaller the tooth width of the rack tooth 411 is, that is, the meshing stiffness of the gear 3 and the rack body 41 is correspondingly reduced, and at this time, the tooth width of the rack tooth guide 412 needs to comprehensively consider factors such as the meshing stiffness of the gear 3 and the rack body 41.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism of the present invention further includes a rack rail 5, the rack rail 5 is mounted on the air conditioner 2 and located below the gear 3, the rack 4 further includes two guide blocks 42, the guide blocks 42 are disposed at the lower end of the rack body 41, the guide blocks 42 can move in the rack rail 5 to drive the rack 4 and the movable panel to move, and the two guide blocks 42 are disposed at opposite ends of the rack 4, respectively, to increase the stability of movement of the rack 4 and the movable panel.
Further, when the movable panel is installed, the rack 4 needs to fall into the tooth groove of the gear 3 from the side, i.e. the upper side, of the gear 3 facing away from the rack guide rail 5, so that the gear tooth guide body 32 is disposed on the side, facing away from the rack guide rail 5, of the gear tooth 31, and the rack tooth guide body 412 is disposed on the side, facing toward the rack guide rail 5, of the rack tooth 411, so that the rack tooth guide body 412 is guided to smoothly fall into the tooth groove of the gear tooth guide body 32, thereby realizing rapid assembly and engagement of the rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism of the present invention.
The present invention further proposes an air conditioner 2, comprising a movable panel, and the aforementioned rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, wherein the gear 3 is mounted on the body of the air conditioner 2, the rack 4 is mounted on the side of the movable panel facing the body of the air conditioner 2 (i.e. the side facing away from the operator), and the movable panel is moved on the air conditioner 2 by driving the gear 3 to rotate along the rack body 41, so as to open or close the air conditioner 2, which will not be described in detail herein.
