Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a false tooth compounded with a soft lining layer and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) confirming the impression; 2) pouring gypsum; 3) making a gypsum impression; 4) manufacturing a soft gasket sheet; 5) grinding the tissue surface of the position where the hard base is contacted with the alveolar ridge of the patient to ensure the space 6) of the soft lining for wax sealing; 7) embedding; 8) filling thermosetting resin; 9) adding a surface treatment agent after polishing, then coating a soft lining material on the surface of the surface treatment agent, pressurizing to remove bubbles, and then carrying out thermal polymerization 10) polishing and adjusting. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a false tooth compounded with a soft lining layer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The artificial tooth is a false tooth which is embedded and supplemented for recovering the functions of chewing, beauty, pronunciation and the like after the tooth is fallen off or pulled out. Most of the existing denture bases are made of resin materials, the hard base is contacted with the oral cavity to cause discomfort for a wearer, the resin strength is not high, and the base deforms or cracks due to the occlusal force during chewing, so that the normal use of the wearer is influenced;
the general false tooth produced at present is that a tooth body is inlaid on a hard plastic base made of denture powder, and when a patient installs the general false tooth, the hard plastic base needs to be clamped on a dental bed. Therefore, the hard plastic base is very troublesome to manufacture, the mould taking needs to be standard, otherwise, a gap is generated between the hard base and the teethridge due to mould taking errors, the adsorption force between the hard base and the teethridge is weakened, and the phenomenon that the total denture is easy to fall off is caused. In addition, the total denture is worn by the patient for a long time, and the hard plastic base has certain stimulation to the dental mucosa of the patient, so that the patient feels uncomfortable due to the pain, the canker sore and the like.
Research on denture upholstery materials has been rising relatively early. In the early 40 s, with the advent of acrylic applications for dental restorations, it became apparent that soft plastic could be used to form a base or rubber pad on a hard base tissue surface, which could be more comfortable for the patient to wear a denture. In 1945 Matthews used plasticized polyvinyl chloride gels for the first time, but were rejected due to the disadvantages of curing temperatures as high as 160 ℃ and non-durable elasticity. Subsequently plasticized acrylic and silicone rubber upholstery materials, also hydrogels, polyurethanes, etc. developed after the 60 s have been presented in succession.
Because of the different curing (vulcanization) modes of the soft lining material, the method for lining false teeth is divided into two methods, namely direct lining in the oral cavity and indirect lining in a mold box. The former is suitable for self-setting type interlining materials, and the latter is suitable for thermosetting type interlining materials. The thermosetting soft lining material has the advantages of good biocompatibility and good elasticity, and is widely applied. But the thermosetting type soft lining material with good functionality is often expensive, so that the wide application of the thermosetting type soft lining material is limited.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a denture compounded with a soft lining layer and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of false teeth compounded with soft lining comprises the following steps:
1) confirming the impression; preparing an impression according to the shape and the size of the dental arch of a patient, and then producing a denture corresponding to the impression; the false tooth comprises a hard base and an artificial tooth arranged on the hard base;
2) pouring gypsum; pouring plaster into the denture impression obtained in the step 1), and modifying the shape after the plaster is hardened to obtain a plaster model which is adapted to the shape of the alveolar ridge of the patient and contains the denture; taking down the false tooth to obtain a plaster soft lining model;
3) preparing a gypsum female die; the upper closing frame is used for copying the closing surface shape of the artificial tooth part by using gypsum; obtaining a gypsum female die so as to facilitate the resetting of a subsequent gypsum soft lining model;
4) manufacturing a soft gasket sheet: in order to ensure the uniform thickness of the final soft lining layer to manufacture a soft lining sheet, compounding the soft lining sheet on the plaster soft lining model obtained in the step 2); obtaining a gypsum soft lining model compounded with a soft lining sheet;
5) polishing the tissue surface of the position where the hard base is contacted with the alveolar ridge of the patient to ensure the space of the soft lining layer and obtain the polished false tooth;
6) wax sealing the false tooth polished in the step 5) and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet obtained in the step 4), and resetting the false tooth and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using the gypsum female die in the form of the combined surface of the artificial tooth part obtained in the step 3);
7) embedding the false tooth sealed by wax in the step 6) and the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using a mould box, opening the mould box after the plaster in the mould box is solidified, and removing the wax to obtain an upper mould box containing the false tooth and a lower mould box containing the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet;
8) the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface in the upper mould box faces upwards, thermosetting resin is filled on the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are buckled, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are placed on a mould box squeezer to repeatedly press and extrude resin phenanthrene edges, the mould box is opened to remove the phenanthrene edges, then the soft lining sheet is taken down, the upper mould box is covered, and thermal polymerization is carried out, so that the artificial tooth with the thermosetting resin layer compounded on the hard base tissue surface is obtained;
9) opening the mould box, polishing the surface of the false tooth compounded with the thermosetting resin layer on the hard base tissue surface obtained in the step 8), coating a surface treatment agent, coating a soft lining material on the surface of the surface treatment agent, and simultaneously coating the soft lining material on the surface of the plaster soft lining model; then putting the false tooth into a pressure cooker, tightly covering the cover of the pressure cooker, injecting compressed air, removing air bubbles, tightly pressing the mould box, and carrying out thermal polymerization to obtain a primary false tooth compounded with a soft lining layer;
10) polishing and adjusting the primary false tooth compounded with the soft lining layer obtained in the step 9).
And 4) compounding the soft liner sheet on the gypsum soft liner model in the step 4) by adopting a hot-pressing film method.
Adding a tissue regulator into the tissue surface of the hard base in the step 1) to try on the patient, regulating the adaptability of the tissue surface of the hard base, and removing the tissue regulator layer when the false tooth is polished in the step 5).
The soft lining material of the step 9) comprises a matrix and a catalyst; the matrix comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% polydimethylsiloxane and 25% silica; the catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% silica, 10% polymethylhydrosiloxane, 1% platinum and 69% polydimethylsiloxane.
The surface treating agent in the step 9) comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-8% of vinyl trimethoxy silane and 95-92% of ethyl acetate.
The thickness of the soft lining layer is 0.5-2 mm.
The thermosetting resin in the step 8) is thermosetting acrylic resin or thermosetting silicone rubber resin.
The invention also comprises the false tooth compounded with the soft lining layer obtained by the preparation method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the false tooth compounded with the soft lining layer and the preparation method thereof adopted by the invention subvert the traditional indirect lining preparation method, the soft lining sheet is prepared, the traditional thermosetting resin is compounded on the hard base tissue surface of the false tooth, and then the expensive soft lining material is added on the traditional thermosetting resin.
The denture compounded with the soft lining layer can increase the close fit degree with oral mucosa, so that the retention of the denture is obviously improved, and on the other hand, the external force born by the denture can be buffered through the elastic deformation of the soft lining material, so that the external force is uniformly transmitted to the alveolar ridge, and the excessive local pressure is avoided, thereby reducing pressure or eliminating tenderness.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following preferred embodiments.
A preparation method of false teeth compounded with soft lining comprises the following steps:
1) confirming the impression; preparing an impression according to the shape and the size of the dental arch of a patient, and then producing a denture corresponding to the impression; the false tooth comprises a hard base and an artificial tooth arranged on the hard base;
2) pouring gypsum; pouring plaster into the denture impression obtained in the step 1), and modifying the shape after the plaster is hardened to obtain a plaster model which is adapted to the shape of the alveolar ridge of the patient and contains the denture; taking down the false tooth to obtain a plaster soft lining model;
3) preparing a gypsum female die; the upper closing frame is used for copying the closing surface shape of the artificial tooth part by using gypsum; obtaining a gypsum female die so as to facilitate the resetting of a subsequent gypsum soft lining model;
4) manufacturing a soft gasket sheet: in order to ensure the uniform thickness of the final soft lining layer, a soft lining sheet is manufactured, and the soft lining sheet is compounded on the gypsum soft lining model obtained in the step 2) by adopting a hot-pressing film method; obtaining a gypsum soft lining model compounded with a soft lining sheet; the soft liner sheet in the embodiment adopts a common plastic gasket with the thickness of 1mm, the plastic gasket is firstly hot melted at the part contacted with the soft plaster liner model at high temperature, then the plastic gasket is adhered with the soft plaster liner model by adsorption and extrusion, and then the soft plaster liner model compounded with the soft liner sheet is obtained after natural cooling;
5) polishing the tissue surface of the position where the hard base is contacted with the alveolar ridge of the patient to ensure the space of the soft lining layer and obtain the polished false tooth;
6) wax sealing the false tooth polished in the step 5) and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet obtained in the step 4), and resetting the false tooth and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using the gypsum female die in the form of the combined surface of the artificial tooth part obtained in the step 3);
7) embedding the false tooth sealed by wax in the step 6) and the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using a mould box, opening the mould box after the plaster in the mould box is solidified, and removing the wax to obtain an upper mould box containing the false tooth and a lower mould box containing the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet;
8) the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface in the upper mould box faces upwards, thermosetting resin is filled on the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are buckled, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are placed on a mould box squeezer to repeatedly pressurize and remove resin faffy edges, the mould box is opened to remove the faffy edges, then the soft lining sheet is taken down, the upper mould box is covered, and thermal polymerization is carried out, so that the artificial tooth with the thermosetting resin layer compounded on the hard base tissue surface is obtained; the thermosetting resin is thermosetting acrylic resin or thermosetting silicone rubber resin;
9) opening the mould box, polishing the surface of the false tooth compounded with the thermosetting resin layer on the hard base tissue surface obtained in the step 8), coating a surface treatment agent, coating a soft lining material on the surface of the surface treatment agent, and simultaneously coating the soft lining material on the surface of the plaster soft lining model; then putting the false tooth into a pressure cooker, tightly covering the cover of the pressure cooker, injecting compressed air, removing air bubbles, tightly pressing the mould box, and carrying out thermal polymerization to obtain a primary false tooth compounded with a soft lining layer; the soft lining material comprises a matrix and a catalyst; the matrix comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% polydimethylsiloxane and 25% silica; the catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% silica, 10% polymethylhydrosiloxane, 1% platinum and 69% polydimethylsiloxane. The surface treating agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-8% of vinyl trimethoxy silane and 95-92% of ethyl acetate.
10) Polishing and adjusting the primary false tooth compounded with the soft lining layer obtained in the step 9). The method is the same as that of the conventional false tooth, the surface of the hard base is polished by using a bristle brush, the surface is polished by using a cloth wheel, and the burr part of the soft lining layer is removed by using a nylon wheel, wherein the thickness of the soft lining layer is 0.5-2 mm.
Preferably, a tissue modifier is added to the tissue surface of the hard base in the step 1) to allow the patient to try on the hard base, the adaptability of the tissue surface of the hard base is adjusted, and the tissue modifier layer is removed when the denture is polished in the step 5).
A denture with a soft lining compounded by the preparation method of the invention is shown in figure 1, and comprises an artificial tooth 4, a hard base 2 for fixing the artificial tooth, a soft lining 3 contacted with an alveolar ridge of a patient, and a plastic filling layer 4 arranged between the soft lining and the hard base; a surface treating agent (not shown) for bonding the soft lining layer and the filling plastic layer is filled between the soft lining layer and the filling plastic layer; the filling plastic layer, the surface treating agent and the soft lining layer are fixedly molded in a thermosetting mode; the thickness of the soft lining layer is 0.5-2 mm.

1) confirming the impression; preparing an impression according to the shape and the size of the dental arch of a patient, and then producing a denture corresponding to the impression; the false tooth comprises a hard base and an artificial tooth arranged on the hard base;
2) pouring gypsum; pouring gypsum into the impression obtained in the step 1), and modifying the shape after the gypsum is hardened to obtain a gypsum model which is adapted to the shape of the alveolar ridge of the patient and contains the false tooth; taking down the false tooth to obtain a plaster soft lining model;
3) preparing a gypsum female die; the upper closing frame is used for copying the closing surface shape of the artificial tooth part by using gypsum; obtaining a gypsum female die so as to facilitate the resetting of a subsequent gypsum soft lining model;
4) manufacturing a soft gasket sheet: in order to ensure the uniform thickness of the final soft lining layer to manufacture a soft lining sheet, compounding the soft lining sheet on the plaster soft lining model obtained in the step 2); obtaining a gypsum soft lining model compounded with a soft lining sheet;
5) polishing the tissue surface of the position where the hard base is contacted with the alveolar ridge of the patient to ensure the space of the soft lining layer and obtain the polished false tooth;
6) wax sealing the false tooth polished in the step 5) and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet obtained in the step 4), and resetting the false tooth and the gypsum soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using the gypsum female die in the form of the combined surface of the artificial tooth part obtained in the step 3);
7) embedding the false tooth sealed by wax in the step 6) and the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet by using a mould box, opening the mould box after the plaster in the mould box is solidified, and removing the wax to obtain an upper mould box containing the false tooth and a lower mould box containing the plaster soft lining model compounded with the soft lining sheet;
8) the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface in the upper mould box faces upwards, thermosetting resin is filled on the artificial tooth hard base tissue surface, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are buckled, the upper mould box and the lower mould box are placed on a mould box squeezer to repeatedly press and extrude resin phenanthrene edges, the mould box is opened to remove the phenanthrene edges, then the soft lining sheet is taken down, the upper mould box is covered, and thermal polymerization is carried out, so that the artificial tooth with the thermosetting resin layer compounded on the hard base tissue surface is obtained;
9) opening the mould box, polishing the surface of the false tooth compounded with the thermosetting resin layer on the hard base tissue surface obtained in the step 8), coating a surface treatment agent, coating a soft lining material on the surface of the surface treatment agent, and simultaneously coating the soft lining material on the surface of the plaster soft lining model; then putting the false tooth into a pressure cooker, tightly covering the cover of the pressure cooker, injecting compressed air, removing air bubbles, tightly pressing the mould box, and carrying out thermal polymerization to obtain a primary false tooth compounded with a soft lining layer;
10) polishing and adjusting the primary false tooth compounded with the soft lining layer obtained in the step 9).
2. The method for preparing a denture with a soft liner according to claim 1, wherein the soft liner sheet is compounded on the plaster soft liner model in step 4) by using a hot-pressing film.

The method for preparing a denture with a soft lining as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hard base is coated with a tissue conditioning agent layer on the tissue surface in step 1), the patient is allowed to try on the hard base to adjust the adaptability of the tissue surface of the hard base, and the tissue conditioning agent layer is removed when the denture is polished in step 5).

The method for preparing a denture with a soft lining layer according to claim 1, wherein the soft lining material of the step 9) comprises a matrix and a catalyst; the matrix comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% polydimethylsiloxane and 25% silica; the catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% silica, 10% polymethylhydrosiloxane, 1% platinum and 69% polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The method for preparing the denture with the soft lining according to claim 1, wherein the surface treating agent in the step 9) comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-8% of vinyl trimethoxy silane and 92-95% of ethyl acetate.
6. The method for preparing a denture with a composite soft liner according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the soft liner is 0.5-2 mm.
7. The method for preparing a denture with a composite soft liner according to claim 1, wherein the thermosetting resin in step 8) is a thermosetting acrylic resin or a thermosetting silicone rubber resin.
8. A denture with a soft under-layer incorporated therein, obtained by the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
