Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the automatic transmission oil pump for a vehicle according to the present invention includes an oil pump body 9, a transmission input shaft 7, an oil pump outer rotor 11, an oil pump inner rotor 12, and a clutch 8, wherein the oil pump outer rotor 11 and the oil pump inner rotor 12 are positioned in the oil pump body 9, the oil pump outer rotor 11 and the oil pump inner rotor 12 are eccentrically arranged, the oil pump inner rotor 12 is coaxially arranged on the transmission input shaft 7, the clutch 8 is arranged on the transmission input shaft 7 and positioned in front of the oil pump body 9, and the rear end outer surface of the clutch 8 is rotatably connected with the front end of the oil pump body 9. The rear end of the oil pump body 9 is provided with a pump cover 13. The oil pump inner rotor 12 is in spline connection with the transmission input shaft 7. The clutch 8 is splined to the transmission input shaft 7. The clutch 8 is always connected to the motor and the transmission input shaft 7, and controls the working intervention of the engine.
Referring to fig. 2, the outer surface of the inner rotor 12 of the oil pump and the inner surface of the outer rotor 11 of the oil pump are provided with meshing teeth which are meshed with each other, the tooth shape of the meshing teeth is cycloidal tooth shape, the tooth number of the inner rotor of the oil pump is 9, the tooth number of the outer rotor of the oil pump is 10, the area formed between the two sets of meshing teeth is an oil passage, in fig. 2, 1a-5a form an oil inlet passage 1 of the oil pump, and 1b-5b form an oil outlet passage 2 of the oil pump.
The oil absorption and pressing process is as follows: the sealed working chambers 1a-5a shown in fig. 2 gradually increase along with the rotation of the gears, form partial vacuum and suck oil; 1b-5b, the sealed working cavity is gradually reduced, and the oil is extruded out, so that the functions of oil absorption and oil pressing are realized.
Referring to fig. 2, the transmission oil pump of the invention forms an inner-meshed rotor pump by the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump, and the tooth shapes of the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump are cycloidal tooth shapes, which have the advantages of simple structure, large meshing contact ratio, stable transmission and good oil absorption condition. The functions of oil absorption and oil pressing are realized through the volume change of a sealed working cavity formed by the inner rotor and the outer rotor of the oil pump, the pump body and the pump cover of the oil pump.
The working process comprises the following steps:
the motor and the engine drive the clutch 8, the clutch 8 drives the transmission input shaft 7 to rotate, the transmission input shaft 7 drives the oil pump inner rotor 12 through a spline, the oil pump inner rotor 12 drives the oil pump outer rotor 11 to rotate, the oil pump body 9 is fixed, and the clutch 8 is seated on the oil pump body 9 through the bearing 10.
