In the above method for monitoring ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling, the comparing the drilling status data with predetermined status data, and performing noise reduction processing on the ultrasonic signal according to the comparison result includes: when the drill string rotates, the ultrasonic signals comprise additional signals brought by tangential flow velocity, and the additional signals are removed by utilizing the angular velocity value; when the drilling state is tripping, the ultrasonic signal comprises additional flow direction acceleration, and the signal noise is removed by utilizing the acceleration value and the speed value; when the drilling state data is pump stopping or circulation, the flow direction speed value is contained in the ultrasonic signal, and the flow parameter obtained by the differential pressure sensor is used for removing the relative flow speed. The rotation, the drill pipe acceleration, the drill pipe speed, and the pump stop or circulation speed are all simultaneously added to the noise removal mechanism.
The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device and method provided by the invention can realize early overflow monitoring, improve the reliability and accuracy of overflow monitoring, improve the blowout prevention capability in the drilling process and reduce the occurrence of blowout accidents.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

Claims (9)

1. An ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device, the monitoring device comprising: the gas invasion monitoring short section and the data processing terminal are arranged;
the gas invasion monitoring nipple comprises an ultrasonic transmitting sensor, an ultrasonic receiving sensor, a signal processor, a drilling condition monitoring module and a data analyzer;
the ultrasonic emission sensor is used for emitting ultrasonic signals to the fluid in the underground annulus; the ultrasonic receiving sensor is used for receiving ultrasonic signals reflected by fluid in the annular space in the downhole annular space;
the drilling condition monitoring module is used for acquiring drilling state data;
the signal processor is connected with the ultrasonic transmitting sensor and the ultrasonic receiving sensor and is used for preprocessing the ultrasonic signals to generate ultrasonic preprocessing signals;
the data analyzer is respectively connected with the signal processor and the drilling working condition monitoring module and is used for comparing the angular velocity value, the acceleration value and the differential pressure sensor display value of the drill collar in the drilling state data with preset state data to obtain a first comparison result, obtaining the motion state of the current drill collar according to the first comparison result, carrying out noise reduction treatment on the ultrasonic pretreatment signal according to the motion state, comparing the frequency value of the ultrasonic pretreatment signal after treatment with a preset threshold value to obtain a second comparison result, and obtaining gas invasion result data according to the second comparison result;
and the data processing terminal is in communication connection with the data analyzer and is used for acquiring, displaying and outputting the gas invasion result.
2. The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the data processing terminal further comprises an alarm module, and the alarm module is used for comparing the gas invasion result with a preset alarm threshold value and outputting an alarm signal according to the comparison result.
3. The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the gas invasion monitoring nipple has an outer diameter consistent with the outer diameter of the drill collar and an inner diameter less than or equal to the inner diameter of the drill collar; and a plurality of cavities are arranged on the outer wall side of the gas invasion monitoring nipple and used for arranging the ultrasonic transmitting sensor, the ultrasonic receiving sensor, the signal processor or the data analyzer.
4. The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device according to claim 3, wherein a communication cable and a power supply cable channel are arranged between the cavity and used for arranging the communication cable and the power supply cable; and a curved surface cover body is arranged outside the cavity and used for sealing the cavity.
5. The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device according to claim 1, further comprising a data returning module, connected to the data analyzer, for sending the gas invasion result obtained by the data analyzer to the data processing terminal;
the data feedback module comprises a sound wave signal transmitter and a data conversion processor; the sound wave signal transmitter is used for transmitting the gas invasion result to the data processing terminal;
and the data conversion processor is used for converting the gas invasion result into a preset data format and then transmitting the preset data format back to the data processing terminal by the sound wave signal transmitter.

The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device of claim 1, wherein the drilling condition monitoring module comprises an angular velocity sensor, an acceleration sensor and a differential pressure sensor; the angular speed sensor is used for monitoring the rotation state of the drill string; the acceleration sensor is used for monitoring the tripping state of the drill string; the differential pressure sensor is used for measuring the differential pressure between two holes in the inner wall of the drill collar and measuring the flowing condition and the flow rate of fluid in the drill rod according to the differential pressure value.
7. An ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring device suitable for use in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the monitoring device comprises:
transmitting an ultrasonic signal to the fluid in the annulus from the outer wall of the drill collar;
acquiring ultrasonic signals reflected by the fluid in the well and current drilling state data;
preprocessing the ultrasonic signal to generate an ultrasonic preprocessing signal;
comparing the angular velocity value, the acceleration value and the differential pressure sensor display value of the drill collar in the drilling state data with preset state data to obtain a first comparison result, obtaining the current drilling state according to the first comparison result, performing noise reduction processing on the ultrasonic preprocessing signal according to the drilling state, comparing the frequency value of the processed ultrasonic preprocessing signal with a preset threshold value to obtain a second comparison result, and obtaining gas invasion result data according to the second comparison result.
8. The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring method of claim 7, wherein comparing the frequency value of the processed ultrasonic preprocessing signal with a predetermined threshold value comprises: and comparing the frequency value of the ultrasonic preprocessing signal with a preset threshold value of the corresponding relation through the corresponding relation between the gas-liquid two-phase flow gas content and the ultrasonic signal obtained through an indoor simulation experiment.

The ultrasonic gas invasion while drilling monitoring method of claim 7, wherein denoising the ultrasonic pre-processed signal according to the drilling status comprises: when the drill string is in a rotating state, removing an additional signal caused by the tangential flow velocity in the ultrasonic preprocessing signal through the angular velocity value;
when the drilling state is tripping, removing signal noise caused by flow direction acceleration in the ultrasonic preprocessing signals through the acceleration value and the speed value;
when the drilling state data is pump stopping or circulation, the flow parameters obtained by the differential pressure sensor remove the relative flow speed caused by the flow direction acceleration in the ultrasonic preprocessing signal.
