The invention provides a perforating machine capable of controlling the perforating depth, which is shown in figure 1, and specifically comprises a power device 1, a speed regulating device 6, a hand support 3, an operating handle 2, a drill rod 4 and a braking part 5; the output end of the power device 1 is connected with the input end of the speed regulating device 6, the outer side wall of the speed regulating device 6 is fixedly connected with the hand support 3, the output end of the speed regulating device penetrates into the hand support 3, the operating handle 2 is fixedly connected with the hand support 3, the top end of the drill rod 4 is detachably connected with the output end of the speed regulating device 6, and the braking part 5 is detachably connected with the drill rod 4.

Advantageously, the drill rod 4 comprises a drill rod body 43, a cutting edge 42; the drill rod body 43 is connected with a cutting edge 42, the cutting edge 42 surrounds the drill rod body 43 in a spiral manner, the drill rod body 43 is provided with a fixed hole 41 and scale marks 44, the fixed hole 41 is provided with a plurality of scale marks 44, and the scale marks 44 are arranged corresponding to the positions of the fixed hole pairs 41; the drill rod 4 provided by the invention can be integrally connected with the drill rod body 43 and the cutting edge 42, and the diameter of the drill rod can be multiple, so that the requirements of drilling holes with different diameters and depths can be met.
Optionally, the blade 42 is connected with the drill rod body 43 by a bottom-up screw to form an adjustable angle, so that punching at different angles can be realized, chips can be discharged rapidly, and the punching efficiency is further improved.
Advantageously, the sets of scale markings 44 correspond to a scale value ranging from 0-1m, with a minimum scale value of 0.01m; the scale marks 44 are engraved on the drill rod body 43 or sprayed on the drill rod body 43, so that a target hole depth value is set in the actual punching process.
The present invention provides a puncher capable of controlling punching depth, a braking part 5 comprises: a holder buckle 51, a tension spring 52, a connecting member 55, a brake pad 53 and a clamping spring 54; the fixed buckle 51 is welded at one end of the tension spring 52, the other end of the tension spring 52 is connected to the brake plate 53 through the connecting piece 55, the number of the brake plate 53 is two, and the clamping spring 54 is welded between the two brake plates 53; the brake member 5 is provided to facilitate control of the depth of perforation.
The tension springs 52 are made of stainless steel or carbon steel, and tension springs with different diameters, lengths and turns are selected according to actual operation requirements of the puncher; the clamping spring 54 may be a torsion spring, the specific parameters of which are adapted to the application.
The clamping spring 54 may also be a self-made spring, see fig. 4, where two ends of the self-made spring are welded to the two brake pads 53 respectively, and a clip 542 is provided on the spring body 541, and a bayonet of the clip 542 faces the inner side of the space formed by the two brake pads 53.
Advantageously, the fixing button 51 is correspondingly matched with the fixing hole 41, wherein the fixing button 51 selects the fixing hole 41 corresponding to the scale value according to the actual required size; the two brake blocks 53 are clamped on the corresponding cutting edges 42 at the fixed positions of the fixed buckles 51; the brake part 5 is detachably connected with the drill rod 4, and the operation is convenient. Alternatively, a piece of brake pad 53 is secured to one side of blade 42 and then clamps the blade by clamp 542.
The fixing buckle 51 may be provided in a shape of a circle, a rectangle, a wedge, etc., the shape of the fixing hole 41 is matched with the shape of the fixing buckle 51, and the fixing buckle 51 may have a certain magnetism to prevent the foreign debris from interfering with the fixing of the fixing buckle 51 and the fixing hole 41.

The working principle of the puncher capable of controlling punching depth provided by the invention is as follows:
if the power device 1 of the puncher adopts a gasoline engine, firstly, the fixing buckle 51 is arranged in the fixing hole 41 corresponding to the scale size according to the required punching depth, the cutting edge 42 corresponding to the scale position is clamped by the two braking pieces 53 or one braking piece 53 is fixed on one side of the cutting edge 42, and then the cutting edge 42 is clamped by the clamp 542; when the gasoline engine is started, the output end of the gasoline engine drives the input shaft of the speed regulating device 6, the input shaft is transmitted to the output shaft through the speed regulating gear to drive the drill rod 4 to rotate, when the preset punching depth is reached, the cutting edge 42 at the corresponding position is blocked by the brake piece 53 (the clamping spring 54 with the clamp 542 structure is closed when the target punching depth is reached, the other brake piece 53 is further clamped to the cutting edge 42), so that the cutting edge 42 cannot continue to operate, the drill rod 43 stops rotating, and the punching depth can be controlled. In the punching process, the rotating speed of the gasoline engine can be changed to realize the low speed or high speed of the speed regulating device 6 so as to adapt to the actual working operation requirement.
If the motor is adopted in the power device 1 of the puncher, firstly, the fixing buckle 51 is arranged in the fixing hole 41 corresponding to the scale size according to the required punching depth, the cutting edge 42 corresponding to the scale position is clamped by the two braking pieces 53 or one braking piece 53 is fixed on one side of the cutting edge 42, and then the cutting edge 42 is clamped by the clamp 542; when the motor is electrified to drive the speed regulating rod to rotate, the speed regulating rod drives the drill rod 4 to rotate together, and when the preset drilling depth is reached, the cutting edge 42 at the corresponding position is blocked by the brake piece 53 (the clamping spring 54 with the clamp 542 structure is closed, and when the target drilling depth is reached, the other brake piece 53 is further clamped to the cutting edge 42), so that the cutting edge 42 cannot continue to operate, and the drill rod 43 stops rotating, namely the drilling depth is controllable. In the punching process, the speed regulating switch can be rotated or pressed according to actual demands, speed change of the speed regulating rod is realized through the speed regulating device, and then the drill rod 4 is driven to realize different rotation speed regulation.
In summary, the puncher with controllable punching depth provided by the invention not only can realize controllable punching depth, but also can realize adjustable revolving speed of the puncher.
