In order to avoid the pollution of the cut thread end to the product, an air suction device can be additionally arranged on the fixing screw 22 of the clamping device 2 in the invention, a suction nozzle 25 of the air suction device is provided with an installation plate, the installation plate is arranged on the clamping bracket 21 through the fixing screw 22, an air suction opening of the suction nozzle 25 is aligned with the clamping sheet 27, and the other end of the suction nozzle is provided with air suction equipment such as a small air pump and is connected with the thread end collecting device.
After the thread trimming is completed, the thread cut by the thread cutter 33 is still clamped between the thread-pulling hook 110 and the clamping piece 27. The electric control system connects the wire-shifting electromagnet assembly 4 with the circuit and simultaneously sends a starting signal to the air suction device, and the air suction device starts to suck air; the thread pulling hook 110 moves downwards, the thread end originally clamped between the thread pulling hook 110 and the clamping piece 27 is loosened, and the loosened thread end is sucked into the thread end recovery device through the suction nozzle 25 by the air suction device; when the electric control system disconnects the wire-shifting electromagnet assembly 4 from the circuit, a stop signal is sent to the air suction device, and the air suction device stops air suction. The start and stop of the air suction device can be synchronous with the thread shifting electromagnet assembly 4, and can also be started and stopped at preset time intervals between actions of the thread shifting electromagnet assembly 4 or after the actions, so long as the thread shifting hook 110 is ensured to descend to loosen the thread lifting head and the thread lifting head can be sucked away in time; the thread trimming device can also be set as required, when the sewing machine performs thread trimming action, the air suction device is not started, and after the thread trimming action is completed, the electric control system controls the thread shifting electromagnet assembly 4 and the air suction device to complete one thread suction action; or when the thread trimming head is cut every time, the air suction device also performs air suction operation once, and the thread pulling head remained between the thread pulling hook 110 and the clamping piece 27 after the last thread trimming head operation is sucked away.
The device that induced drafts in this embodiment can retrieve the end of a thread that cuts, avoids the end of a thread to fall on the product surface, need not the manual work and handles the end of a thread.
In the present specification, the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "head", "end", and the like are used only for convenience of describing the shape and position of the structure, and are not necessarily the installation position thereof, and changes in the relative position between the structures without changing the essential contents of the technical solution also belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

A double-needle sewing machine is characterized by comprising a clamping component (2) with the position capable of being adjusted according to the needle position and used for clamping a seam-rising thread end, a thread shifting hook component (1) with the position capable of being adjusted according to the needle position and matched with the clamping component (2) to clamp the seam-rising thread end, and a thread cutter (33) used for cutting off the seam-rising thread end;
the wire poking hook component (1) comprises:
a wire-pulling connecting rod (11) which can be lifted and put down;
the transmission mechanism is connected with the wire poking connecting rod (11) and is used for transmitting the lifting and lowering actions of the wire poking connecting rod (11);
two wire shifting hooks (110) which are connected with the transmission mechanism through a connecting rod shaft (112) and are used for realizing wire shifting operation; the two wire shifting hooks (110) can move on the connecting rod shaft in opposite directions along the connecting rod shaft (112);
the clamping assembly (2) comprises two clamping supports (21) which can respectively realize synchronous and equidirectional movement with the wire poking hook (110);
the transfer mechanism specifically is a four-bar linkage structure, the four-bar linkage structure includes:
a fixed mounting bracket (18);
a driving connecting rod (14) with a first end hinged with the wire pulling connecting rod (11), wherein a second end of the driving connecting rod (14) is hinged with the top end of a first connecting rod (19); the driving connecting rod (14) is also provided with a middle end hinged with the mounting bracket (18);
a second connecting rod (17) hinged with the bottom end of the first connecting rod (19) through the connecting rod shaft (112); the connecting rod shaft (112) is positioned at the head end of the second connecting rod (17); the tail end of the second connecting rod (17) is hinged with the mounting bracket (18);
the clamping device is characterized by further comprising an adjusting support (52), wherein the adjusting support (52) comprises a bending body, one side of the bending body is fixedly connected with the mounting support (18), and the other side of the bending body is connected with the slidable clamping support (21).

A two-needle sewing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a presser foot base plate (34) for supporting the cutting blade (33), the presser foot base plate (34) being further provided with a thread guide groove (36) for separating a sewing thread head from an upper thread, the thread guide groove (36) extending to below the cutting blade (33).

A two-needle sewing machine according to claim 2, wherein the presser foot base plate (34) further comprises a spigot, the thread guide groove (36) being located at a distal end of the spigot, the spigot being further provided with a relief groove (37) located at a bottom of the spigot for enabling a sewing thread end to pass out of the thread guide groove (36).
4. A two-needle sewing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a suction device for sucking away the cut thread take-off thread.
5. A two-needle sewing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thread take-up hook (110) comprises a vertically arranged body and a hook body (114) located at the end of the body and arranged at an angle to the body;
the tail end of the clamping support (21) is provided with a clamping piece (27) which is positioned on the outer side of the clamping support (21) and is used for being in contact with the hook body (114) to clamp the sewing thread head.
6. Two-needle sewing machine according to claim 5,
the tail end of the hook body (114) is provided with a line hooking part, and the bottom of the line hooking part is provided with an arc transition for a suture head to slide into the line hooking part.
7. A two-needle sewing machine according to claim 5, wherein the holding bracket (21) is further provided with a pressure adjusting device for adjusting the holding force of the holding piece (27).
